    Drivers on both shuttles were very helpful. Our depart date (Dec 25) was confusing. We didn't know where to go, no signs, no people. I had to go to the rental office, and was misdirected. We went around a second time, and found someone who said follow them, to a parking spot. He said the bus would be by shortly to pick us up.

    Maybe it was coincidence, but the shuttle was right there when we dropped the car off and it was already at the airport when we returned and walked outside. Drivers were courteous and helpful. I will definitely use this place again!

    I paid ahead of time for one night as I was told it necessary to hold the reservation, yet when I checked out several days later the amount paid was not reflected on the total due. In fact I had to bring it to the attendant's attention that the total was incorrect. I was told I should have said something earlier and that now she would have to do a refund to my credit card for the incorrect amount and then put in the correct amount. Geez!!! Sorry!!! Everybody else was great and very helpful.

    The service upon my return was horrible. I called 10 times and no one answered, so I walked from the airport to budget which took 40 minutes and I had to put my life at risk walking on the highway. The ride to the airport was fine, but upon return was horrible!

    Everything about Budget was excellent! They were there waiting when I arrived @ the airport. I waited longer @ baggage claim than it took me to get picked up & into my vehicle. I will definately being using this service again!

    I paid on line for covered parking. There was NO parking when I got there. I had to park along a fence, uncovered. The shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. However, the cashier was rude and I had to argue for a credit for not having covered parking. Won't use this facility again.

    When I arrived back after 11 at night and my car had a dead battery, I was sorely disappointed with the lackadaisical attitude of the staff toward my predicament and their disinterest in helping me arrive at a solution. Quite frankly, if they worked for me I would offer them additional training so they could respond in an appropriate manner and offer exceptional customer service or the opportunity to pursue other employment. Incidentally, the service manager was competent, amicable and most helpful. He is to be commended.

    I use Budget Parking once or twice a month. It's easy to find, shuttles are always prompt both at the lot and at the airport. I've never had to wait longer than 8 minutes. Drivers are courteous and there is always a space to park.

    I have had always had wonderful experiences with the service. I park with you every time I fly, but just recently I joined the program and will make reservations now. Every shuttle ride until yesterday has been super. Yesterday the driver was very erratic and jerky in his driving. I guess the main thing is he was accelerating rapidly and stopping with quite a jerk. I felt often like I was going to fall off the seat. I believe the drivers name was Adrian, he was a really tall man, and very nice. Thank you

    I'm not pleased with the return trip driver. He did not help with my carry-on luggage when I boarded the shuttle. I'm 73 years old and needed help. He did, however, help unload the suit case back at the lot. I do not know if this is a requirement for your drivers. I always leave a generous tip and it would be nice if your drivers would help.

    There was some confusion with covered and uncovered parking. I had prepaid for uncovered parking, but when inside there were no signs or reminders about this. I didnt realize it and parked in covered parking, and later got charged extra for it. I will remember it for next time.
