Shuttle drivers both way were courteous, professional, friendly, and safe and attentive drivers. Easy in and out procedures made the beginning and ending of our trip a good experience.

I arrived home at 11:30 PM and the Budget van was waiting at the curb. The driver immediately took me to the parking lot, helped me with my baggage and waited to make sure my car started. Good service.

Upon my return, I called to be picked up at the airport. I never actually got to speak to anyone. Just automated phone service-no option to talk with someone. I walked outside to wait and luckily the shuttle was just leaving with another person. I flagged it down.

Pat Noack was quick, courteous and helpful. He let us know when we could expect to arrive at the terminal and assisted us in every way getting to our gate, moving bags and assisting my mother on and off the shuttle. Exemplary service and door to door delivery with a smile, thank you Pat!! We were long term parking customers.

The attendant that picked us up on our departure was couteous and very helpful. The attendant that picked us up at the airport when we returned was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Had the man that returned us to the parking lot been more courteous I would have given a 5 star rating.

Good location, and good price. Only detractor was the shuttle driver on our arrival made us nervous. He was quite friendly and courteous, but he has the habit of turning both his head and some of his body around while driving to speak to passengers. A dangerous habit that needs to be corrected. Believe his first name was Mario.

The afternoon driver (outbound) was very helpful with info and loading/unloading bags. The night driver(inbound) did not offer any assitance, as a matter of fact he did not even say a word.

Attendants were very friendly, courteous, and informative. They hefted the bags in and out of the shuttle. Upon returning after dark the attendant even hefted my bag into the car for me. He also seemed to be waiting around to be sure my car started
