We live in the era of smartphones. You really need to provide an Android and an iPhone app where customers can input the parking provider name, parking space number, arrival-departure info....and receive reminders according to the schedule.
we actually parked 2 cars in the lot for 12 days each this time. We use this Budget lot each time we travel and have used it for several cars at a time when our extended family is traveling together.
The only upsetting moment was as I pulled into the drive of Budget 3 hours before my flight, the gate was closed and the sign said "FULL". However, when I went into the offices the friendly helpful staff directed me to just pull up and they would let me in. Sure enough there was one spot left for me to park. The shuttle was fast, helpful, friendly and I will use Budget as I fly. It is close and comfortable, easy to find and park!

The shuttle was fabulous! I walked out from claiming my bag, and the shuttle was there. No waiting at all.
Not real happy that my 3 day trip (fri-Sun) cost me 4 daily rates. However, very nice and prompt service from all employees.
Great price, a great service. My only frustration was that I reserved covered parking, and when I arrived the sign said it was full. Luckily there was one spot left, so I did get what I reserved.
We used Budget Parking in San Antonio. We had a guaranteed COVERED parking reservation made online. When we arrived at Budget there was not a covered space available and had to settle with uncovered even after speaking with the manager of the lot. We were completely unhappy with this outcome. 10 days with our newer car sitting in the SA heat for 10 days is too much. Then we were hassled by the pay attendant when we asked that our rate be adjusted to the Uncovered parking rate. Their customer service was completely unsatisfactory.
Great service on the way out...couldn't have been worse upon returning. For our departure the driver was friendly, courteous and helpful...as in he helped load our luggage onto the van. Walked us through what to expect during the check-out process and was equally as helpful when he dropped us off at the terminal. I believe his name was Alonso. Upon returning we had a different driver, her name was Roxanne. I don't know Roxanne so perhaps she has a medical condition that prevents her from getting out of the driver's seat, or assisting with luggage or greeting customers. Regardless, none of those happened when she picked us up at the terminal...nor during the ride...nor upon dropping us off at our car. She simply drove the van. However, she was consistent in that she didn't get out of the driver's seat, assist with luggage or talk to any of the other passengers, either. In her defense, she was actually the high-point of the Budget Parking "customer service" we received upon returning. The low-point was in trying to actually pay for parking and go home. We pulled up to the payment station and patiently waited as there was nobody at the window...nor was there a sign explaining there might be a delay in checking out. Three or so minutes later I asked if anybody was there. No answer. Another 2-3 minutes go by...nothing. Beep my horn....nothing. Another couple of minutes go by and I whistle, something I seldom do and only when all else has failed. Magically an associate appears and begins to chew me out because she's the only one working and had to deal with other customers. Apparently her co-worker who walked behind during the dressing-down of a (soon to be lost) customer wasn't working. At the end of the diatribe on how hard she had it working at Budget she informed me that I should have known she was busy. When I asked her how I would have known that she was the only one working and was busy with another customer, she pointed out that there was a tire alarm that notified employees when a customer pulled up to window. "And everybody knows that" was her closing argument. So here's the bottom line...Budget Parking has the lowest prices but some sketchy customer service. My guess is it's only a few employees that consider customers an irritating distraction to whatever else they may be doing. When you read this board it's pretty clear some folks are getting good-to-great CS while others aren't. But I'd rather pay an extra buck or two a day to get consistently good service than role the dice and hope I don't have to deal with the Window Witch again.
Will use this service again.

Bigger signs to the parking lot would be helpful.
The condition of the road leading to the parking lot from the south is horrible. We have used this parking for years, but will probably reconsider using it in the future unless the road is repaired.
