    I have always been extremely happy with the Budget Parking in Omaha and the employees. The drivers are always so very, very nice and helpful. Except....this last trip that I went on the driver that was there to take me to the airport was less than what I've been used to. First of all, I waited at my car for 15 minutes. I never have had to wait. I don't know why, but I did. I didn't put 15 minutes wait time in your lot into my itinerary because of past service. I just thought I should let you know. Then when I returned, once again it was a wonderful driver providing my previous experiences.

    It was very convenient except I assumed "print" meant I could bring proof on my phone because that's the case with most things. You should make that an option to make it more convenient. The woman at the parking place was very upset when I didn't have the paper.

    Booked a reservation on-line, along with a deposit - only to find we were to print out the receipt at the end and take with me to the lot. Since I do not own a printer I called Budget and finally was connected to a manager. She told me to just use the emailed receipt on my phone when we left the the lot and that would be fine. No problem. However when we tried to present this electronic receipt at the pay window the attendant said she could NOT use it - that we needed a printed receipt. And she wasn't very nice about it, rather rude and demanding. I explained the situation and that using the phone receipt was what a manager had told us to do. She then backed down her tone a little and though she continued to tell us that we shouldn't have done it this way, she did charge us the amount minus our deposit. It's not about the small deposit amount, but rather about the lack of communication at Budget that resulted in our being treated so harshly when we tried to pay our bill. In all the many times we've traveled out of Omaha, this was the first time we've ever made an advance parking reservation, and we will never do it again.

    Thank you for honoring my preregistration number even though my computer printer was misbehaving and wouldn't print my receipt properly. Next year when I plan to fly again, I will use Budget. Thanks again.

    Worst experience, twice now! We have used Budget many times in the past but the last few times they have been awful! All other shuttle services were at the airport same time people arrived, but not Budget. After waiting 15 minutes we called. They said some one was on their way. That van got filled up and we were still waiting. Thinking the second van was on its way we waited once again. Again we call. That van was filled immediately as well. We let a family go ahead of us as they had kids, it was very cold and very late. The driver promised another van was on the way. It has now been an hour since the first call. Now they say they have to give a jump start to someone and it will be another 20 minutes. We finally get to our car after 1 1/2 hours! To top it off we were trying to pay and the cashier was in an argument on the phone with someone else waiting for a ride! The vehicles are just junk and the people are very disorganized. I will try another service in the future.
