Online it was mentioned snow removal, but mine was still piled with snow. Staff was great and short wait for shuttle at parking lot. Very easy web reservation, and inexpensive. Will definetly use again
if I have any critique it would be to add covered parking. all else was good.
Shuttle pulled up right behind me, driver was great, and no wait time when exiting. Only downside was that I had to pay for the entire reserved time even thpugh I returned a day early. Will definitely use again.
I always use this shuttle because I can count on it and have peace of mind that my vehicle is safe in their lot.

Thanksgiving morning parking lot attendant was grouchy and did not give a receipt or explain anything. We'd never parked there before, as was the case with most people that morning, and we didn't know the drill. He could make his job a lot better if he was polite and gave some information. We were in the overflow lot---so we had no idea what to do. We left our keys with the attendant, but I'm not sure why??? Driver on Monday the 30th (afternoon) was perfect---he should do your customer service training. Very polite and helpful. The woman where we paid actually yelled at us---and then apologized. She had a ton of trouble finding our keys.
Our car was moved. We were parked on grass and when we returned we were on pavement. For the first time attendant required key to be left with car. There was a cigarette burn on the interior. We do not smoke.
The staff was helpful and friendly, the driver Dave was excellent and were friendly, all and all a great experience. We arrived back in Omaha during a snow storm after a packed flight not knowing if we were able to get home toSouth Dakota. The service provided by the budget parking staff was super and efficient which helped raise our spirits an got on our way quickly which enabled us to get home before the dark and worsening weather.
We didn't have to wait getting to the airport or back from the airport. The drivers were helpful and friendly. It's a good value and easy to get to.
After a long day of air travel and finally to our car ran into a gate keeper on Saturday November 28 who convinced us to try a different lot next time. When we told her we had pre paid part of our reservation she asked for proof and we attempted to show her the confirmation email on our smartphone . She became argumentative ,demanded to see it printed and ,and about it being on a smartphone and demanded to see where I saw that was allowed. After bickering for a few moments with people lining up behind us she took our confirmation number orally and the remainder of our payment . Would rather have just full price again instead of the fight.
I thought the bus driver was very friendly and helpful. He stayed near my vehicle until he was sure that my vehicle would start after we had freezing rain and a cold spell while I was traveling. My only disappointment about this lot is that the attendant at the pay booth didn't ask me for my printed receipt for the deposit that I made and I forgot to give it to her, so I ended up overpaying for the lot. I know this was my fault for not remembering, but she could have at least asked as I'm sure that everyone has to pay for a deposit.

Great rate, great parking, incredible and professional service. I want to recommend this parking because of the outstanding service by one individual driver "Jesse". My car was there for a week while family(4) went on vacation, he assisted with the many pieces of luggage and kept my seven year twins interested in conversation. A week later he picked us up and continued with the kids conversation and outstanding service. He even remember our vehicle and parking area from the week before. Awesome service and very friendly !
when got dropped off at airport. Driver was rude because didn't have any small bills to leave a tip and he let us know that he was upset. He said"thanks for not leaving a tip". When came back our driver was friendly and thanked us for using them. Lady at gate was very friendly.
