    The lot is close to the airport, I waited less than 5 minutes @ 5am for the shuttle to the airport, and about 10 minutes for the shuttle to take me to my car upon return at 10:30 pm. The lot and shuttle felt safe and secure.

    I have used this location a few times now and it is easy to access from I-480 and the staff/drivers are pleasant & courteous. My only gripe is the lot surface needs to be completely torn out, leveled, and resurfaced. Too many pot holes, uneven surfaces and water/ice spots throughout the parking lot area. Painting parking stall lines would be a plus too. Fees charged are reasonable & very competitive with other parking lots in the area.

    The parking lot was not tended to, at all!!! There were HUGE potholes everywhere! The cost is too high considering the service! I know the only consideration for the business is making money, but the daily rate is sufficient to cover business expenses! They do NOT need to gouge us on an hourly rate. I would have paid less for the day than by using the hourly rate, because the hours happened to fall in a bad timing pattern! Good for the company making money! BAD for the customers!

    The Budget parking lot asphalt is in poor condition and is in need of repairs. After waiting in the rain for the shuttle we finally walked to the attendant shack with our luggage and the attendant had to radio him twice while he was circling the west side of the lot.

    I have been using the Budget lot for years and have never had a complaint....until now. Getting out of the lot took FOREVER! Do you have a new system? Was it a new employee? He never said a single word to us. There were 5 cars stacked up and it was midnight, I can't image what would happen on a busy day!

    We used the shuttle only at drop off at around 300am. There was snow and ice at the back of our car where we parked and the driver pulled up and didn't even get out of the bus to help us. If a shuttle driver expects a tip, they need to show more initiative and be courteous and friendly. He was only helpful taking off our luggage and was really nasty with an attitude when we didn't give him a tip and said we'd catch him on the return. :-( W e didn't use the shuttle on our return because our flight was cancelled and we flew into Lincoln instead. My husband drove me to Omaha to pick up the car and the lady at the booth was very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you, we will use the parking lot again.
