The employees were fine and courteous. However, I could not appreciate it because I had to wait 20 minutes to get through on the phone. From the time I got my suitcase and arrived at parking it was a full hour and a half
Will not park there again left stranded at airport for almost 2 hours had to take Uber Back to yard attendant told me drive will be there in 10 minutes never showed up
Drop off went fine. Pick up was a whole different experience. I waited for an hour, the debit swipe machine didnt work. They did shave off some cost for atm fees. An hour wat to get my vehicle is just obsurd. You get what you pay for.
Time to pickup was tooo long, over 1 hour, using JFK is not something I will do again, better to go to Newark or Philly. Construction in the roads to the airport also made the vacation not pleasant to come back to.
I have parked at this lot since it was U-Save and with the exception of this last experience, have always had a good experience. The gentlemen who was both driving and manning the desk was doing his best to keep things together. To his defense, he should have not been left alone. There was another character parking cars who was useless in helping. As a result of my experience, I probably won't park there in the future
Return pick up driver drove super fast, texted while driving and almost hit a car. Office attendant was pleasant and car was returned undamaged. For the price, the service served its purpose.
Worse experience ever when I call them to pick up at 6am the told me to wait 20 min half hour later I call them no one pick up they keep telling me that they don't have any driver right now to pick me up after 1.5 hour of waiting I ended up taking a uber for $12.45 cents to the lot so I can get my car and go home m.

Going to the airport, the shuttle took a long time. The longest we've ever had to wait, and the staff offered no explanation or apologies. When we returned there was NO shuttle service to the lot. We were told that we had to catch a cab. They offered to take one day off the cost, but I told them that I paid more than one for the cab & tip...the only attendant there at the time reduced the cost even further but I believe he got in trouble when the regular guy got back. He also had trouble finding my car, because it was parked on the street. Worse parking lot experience ever

I waited for one and a half hour for the shuttle. I was calling the phone for 20 times and no one ever picked up the phone. I WILL NEVER LEAVE MY CAR at this parking lot again. It was an enormous waste of time and money.
Unprofessional and sketchy workers. Did not pick me up at the terminal in spite of numerous calls. Could not provide change for cash. Driver operated vehicle erratically when we were being dropped off.
I had a flat from a bolt when I picked the car up. All my quarters were taken, about 7 dollars. When reporting the change being gone the front desk help were kind in reminding me that I should remove personal items. V

The gentleman at the desk was very unprofessional and speaks like he talking to a child also I am missing sunglasses from my vehicle Your shuttle driver was very professional I would not recommend this parking lot to anyone

When I arrived at the lot on Friday afternoon, I was first told that--despite having a reservation--there may not be room for my car. Given that we were about to leave on a week-long family vacation, this was a rather stressful development. That said, they did fit us in, and I found the drivers to be very timely and courteous. Plus, when we returned, my car was ready to go with the windows down to let out heat (it was a very hot day). I appreciate that attention to detail and will park there again.
