    we had to wait a little bit for another shuttle because the first one was full, but that's dependent on the crowds and time of day. when we got back to the garage the car was right out front ready to go.

    I had the option to purchased the car wash service at the O'Hare Blue Sky parking which included hand wash and vacuum, but my car was clearly not vacuumed on the back seat and on the trunk.

    I found the service by Internet search; the reservation and intake services were quite quick and painless. Returning to ORD went well and the directions were good andthe service prompt, in spite of some construction and traffic, the return to the ramp timely.

    Since O;hare now requires shuttle buses to pickup at the Bus/Shuttle Center it has created a mess. Too many shuttles are just parked in front of the doors, making it difficult to see your shuttle. We stood in front of door 1 for 15 minutes and didn't see our shuttle until it was driving away. Luckily I was able to call right away and the driver came back around for us. Maybe you need to call your customers back letting them know that the shuttle has arrived and where it is parked.

    Upon arrival it took us a few minutes to verify our information and then the attendant got our bags and we got on the shuttle bus right away. The only negative is that they did not have enough seat belts to accommodate us (adults and kids). When we returned the shuttle was there and our vehicle was ready when we arrived with the key inside. Overall fast service.

    Everything was excellent except the car was covered with bird droppings all over. I understand you do not have control over it, but it would be nice if you have car wash in the future.

    There was zero wait time to go to the airport, I waited 20 minutes to get picked up. Not a big deal. But I paid for indoor parking and from The condition of my windshield that had huge bird droppings on it that were not new, and some sort of white ashy substance on the car, I don't believe it was kept inside. There are way too many places like this to pay extra for a service I don't believe was provided. Had I not paid extra for indoor parking, I would've felt this was a good experience.

    Indoor parking - well supervised. Seems safer than other lots I've used. Don't have to deal with broken automated tellers - real persons handle all transactions - with the exception of this App. Car upfront and ready upon return. Excellent service.

    Shuttle could have used some shock repair, they were not at 5E for international but 5D and it would be helpful if they can incorporate the carwash to their reservation site. Overall it was a good experience and everything was as expected.

    The price went up $3-4 per day this time compared to last time. Although, I would like to continue parking with Blue Sky, if this rate continues, I may shop around.
