Very quick service. Would recommend
Upon return the driver sat at the terminal for over 5 minutes with only one seat left on the bus. With two shuttles in service at the time, this was necessary. And when I got back to the lot, the paperwork for my car could not be found. It took at least 10 minutes to pay and get going, entirely too long, and this was at around 12:30 AM. My ticket number was called in at the airport pick-up location, so everything should have been ready to go. I've tried several parking facilities and this one ranks second to last behind one of the hotels.
Pretty convenient, and well priced. DON'T pay for the indoor parking. I think it's kind of a scam. I paid for the indoor parking and it was very clear that my car had been outdoors as it was covered in frost. Despite the 2-star rating, I would probably return. I definitely would have given at least 1 more star if I did not feel ripped off about the extra money I paid for indoor parking.
I chose to pay more for this option than other options available, primarily because of the on-call shuttle service. The other options advertised a shuttle every 15 or 30 minutes. Well... after a long day of international travel I was ready to hop in my car and get home. Called for the shuttle at 11:50 p.m., then again at 12:15, and again at 12:30 just as the shuttle pulled up. A 40 minute wait just for the shuttle to arrive!!! In addition, I paid an extra $2/day to have my car parked inside. The driver called ahead to have my car ready. When I arrived at the parking area, my car was not ready; a few minutes later someone brought it in from outside! There was bird poop on it. I complained about the wait and about the outdoor parking, but no one said a single word that sounded like an apology or attempt to placate me. This was my second time with them - the first time was great, but this time was enough for me to take my business elsewhere next time.
Used Blue Sky. Took them 45 min to come pick us up. Then it took another 45 min to find my car on the lot. I had to tell them how much I owed them. Arrived at the airport at 11PM and didn't get out of the parking lot to go home by 1:30AM. This was ridiculous. This happened to everyone that was with me. Everyone. In addition to that, the 45min I was waiting, someone had just left their car and went to the airport. The Acura MDX was left running in the lot the whole time I was there. Way to waste the gas. In all, I saw 6 people working but it looked like wild chickens looking for people's cars. sad. will never use again.
I found my wait times to get to the airport and be picked up from the airport to be very long. I actually missed my flight going because I spent 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention to park my car and another 20 minutes waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. Altogether those 30 minutes wasted on poor organization and overbooking created a huge inconvenience for me.
The trip to the airport was good. I was the last on the bus, not sure how long the others were waiting. The guy was pleasant and helpful. The trip back to the airport was less than impressive. The man on the other side of the walky talky was rude numerous times to our driver and we all heard it (even heard the office person be rude to another shuttle). However, our driver was hardly committed to the job and put out that that he had to drive us, so I am not sure if I blame the guy on the walky talky. The driver scolded someone on the bus for not calling ahead, even though they said they did. Basically calling the passengers liars in front of everyone and made sure he had the last word, putting the customers "on their place" if you will (when I paid and saw the chaos in the office, I definitely believe the guys that they called). You do need to let people know to call in even if they walk out and see the bus waiting. I called in the building, then walked out and saw the bus there. It is not unreasonable for people to walk out thinking they will check for the bus before calling, see the bus and just walk straight on, not calling into the office. Common sense would say your man is the one contacting the office to prepare the cars, not the customers. So even if the people on the bus did not call in, it is the parking lots company's job to call in for them, not the customer. It is definitely not appropriate to publically scold a customer for not calling, then walk of the bus and make everyone wait while he has a smoke.
Driver on pickup was very apologetic for the wait, and we could see that traffic was bad for him to get into the airport. Good experience, however, and would go back to Blue Sky.

This was our second time using this service. Very convenient; easy shuttle to and from the airport; very reasonably priced. We have recommended this parking lot.

The lot was easy to find and close to the airport. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and loaded onto a shuttle in less than 5 minutes. When we returned we waited a minute for the shuttle! When we got the parking lot they had our car warming up since it was cold, and it took 5 minutes to pay and load up the car! They are very efficient there, and the staff is very friendly! Will be using this lot again!
Service was great. I just pulled in, they took my reservation and explained how to get picked up. When I returned I called the number and they picked me up quickly. My car was ready when I got there. I also liked that it was indoor parking.
Blue Sky Parking is simply the best choice for extended overnight parking at O'Hare international Airport. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I had to ask what to do to settle the bill. It may seem obvious but after a l day traveling it's would be nice to get some ditection. It would also have been nice to have been told that the keys were in the visor not just in the car.((
Blue Sky parking was great! The free valet service is a real plus, and their rates are very affordable. The service of all the workers was also very friendly. I'd say we had an awesome experience with them.
