    My biggest issue was being able to communicate in English to where I needed to go for departure. English was very broken. Also, when I asked for change for a tip, smallest bill he had was a $5. I believe he had $1's just didn't want less than $5. Also, drivers attitude was not very friendly. On return, pick-up took 20 minutes outside the airport and then, after I paid, it took 20 minutes to get my car to me. It certainly was not running and cooled off as advertised. Still not a terrible service for the cost but not the level of service that is advertised.

    this is a definite must if you want to park your car. we got there, checked, and was on the shuttle to the airport in leass than 10 minites. On the way back, shuttle was already in the area, picked us up in less than 10 minutes, and was back to garage in under 20 minutes. car was ready, paid, outta garage in 5 mintes. fast, courteous workers. i will definitely use go there again. thank you.

    Bad experience with Blue Sky - both ways Things started off fine with parking and loading onto shuttle to airport. Shuttle driver brought us to wrong terminal at O'hare. We told him we were flying Jet Blue. He brought us to international terminal and said Jet Blue had been moved to there and we had to get off the shuttle. We mentioned it seemed really odd but he persisted and had us get out there. Once inside we did find that indeed Jet Blue was two terminals away. Glad we had allowed extra time as we had to do the go up one story, over a bridge, down a story, lots of walking with two big heavy suitcases and two children. I called the Blue Sky office to talk about it and the person working the phone blew me off. Upon return we waited over 20 mins for shuttle, saw 2-3 shuttles for many other airport parking come through in that time. I called to discuss the wrong drop off location issue and the person who answered the phone was very rude. Decided to have the conversation in person when got there. My wife went in to calmly discuss the situation - price reduction would have been nice, but she mainly was hoping for a courteous apology. Instead the man she spoke with there interrupted her at least 4 times and was very rude. He kept saying "why would you get out at international for jet blue?" and she would explain that their driver had insisted that was where we had to get out... Obviously some staffing issues including incompetence and rudeness...

    When dropping off the car, the attendants were a little disorganized and overwhelmed with people dropping off their cars at 6AM as they were checking in people out of order. However, on the return - I was a day late as I missed my original flight and my check was quick even though it included an additional day charge.

    I have used this Parking lot many times but happened to arrive when they ad about 100 cars coming in and thought there was more of a delay in getting to the airport, the staff was busy trying to make everything work well while remaining cordial.

    Waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle really put me off. Then to have it break down on the way to the parking lot and waiting another 10 minutes for the replacement left a bad taste.

    After making the phone call in the terminal for the shuttle, I was amazed that they were waiting for me several minutes later when I exited the terminal. After an 18 hour journey, I was grateful that I did not have to stand and wait for the shuttle.

    I am not sure if I am reviewing the drop off or the pick up but all experiences wee top notch! We started out in a traffic jam leaving for our holiday and this team did a great job of making our lives easier! When we landed, collected our baggage and called, they ere right there. I will use this service often in the future. I honestly think it is even easier than parking onsite! Thanks again!
