The shuttle service was great when I arrived at the Blue Sky Parking Garage. However, I had an awful experience when I arrived back home. The directions they have you follow to meet them on the blue slip of paper were not correct, I was walking all over the airport to try and find the meeting spot. We called to see where exactly we should go to meet the van and they had us go to a completely different spot. I also wanted to know what the van would say on the side to make sure I was looking out for the correct vehicle. When I inquired about it they would not answer me. I waited a half hour in the freezing cold before calling the service again. They said they would be sending the shuttle right away. When I approached the van to see if it was the correct shuttle the driver told me it wasn't. As it turns out it was the correct shuttle and it was given away to someone else. Not only did the driver tell me that there wasn't any room for us but that he was shutting down for the night. I again called the service and was told another shuttle would be coming. I waited another 20 minutes and no one showed up. I called again and was told 5 more minutes. By now it had been an hour and I was at the point of taking a cab home and coming back the next day for my car. I called one more time and was told any second. As I was waiting the driver blew past us and I had to chase it down. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Everything was wonderful, except: Totally with agreement with review written by Robert M. on January 2nd, 2014. Employees should be more "excited" seeing client. Definitely would use service again and recommend to friends.

We are glad that we found this parking service as it's much more convenient than parking at the O'Hare lots. Everything was excellent except that we had to wait longer than expected for the shuttle to take us back to the car.
We will never park at the airport again! This was the way to go! Coming back from 85 degree weather to -1 degree, it much appreciated to not have to clean our vehicle off and to have it started. Thanks again!

We would highly recommend this service. Will definitely use again. The parking lot and shuttles were a bit dirty, but what can you expect in the dead of winter. Loved having the vehicle ready to go and waiting, all warmed up. Loved that the shuttle was nice and warm in the subzero temps. Loved having the option for indoor parking. Thanks!

Your service was very clean, polite. Your attendants seemed to know their work and took care of cars and parking well. My only concern is that none of your employees really greet anyone. They simply wait for the customer to come to them. In a 'service' field of work the employees should greet every customer with a smile, say 'hello', 'how was your day?', 'may I help you?', 'Have a nice day- or - trip', 'Thank you for choosing Blue Sky', 'Good bye.' As it is I wonder whether the employees are paid enough? Are they happy to work for you? Thank you for your service, Robert

The direction paper handed out for the pick upon arrival should be revised, the current direction provide is not clear.
Suggest that you automatically withdraw the payment from the credit card provided in order not to have to enter the office and pay - after a long flight one just wants to get home.
It was cold outside. When we got the car, it had been warmed up. Very nice.
We adore Blue Sky Parking and have used it several times now. I would LOVE an app that would show a map and where the shuttle is OR an estimated time of its arrival to a particular door (like 5E). That way we don't have to keep popping outside the door to see if the shuttle has arrived. We missed on once because we did not see it behind another bus. Most recently we kept going out into the cold to check. Thank you, Sarah
