    Excellent facility and everyone thing went smooth & the personnel were polite on the shuttle and the gentleman inside at the desk. Would use them again a& highly recommend this facility, Baymont Suites in Ft. Myers, FL

    Really conveniently located off the freeway. I've stayed at other lots where the place was annoying to get to, but this was really smooth and it took <15 min to park and arrive at the airport terminal.

    I was shuttled to the airport. 3 Hours later I was told my flight to Orlando was cancelled so I called the hotel and the shuttle took me back to my car. Then I calle United air Lines from my car. It was then I was told that the airline was willing to taxi me to Orlando if I could be back at the airport within 10 minutes. The shuttle driver was very accommodating and got me back to the airport in time for me to catch the taxi. Thanks so much for the extra ride !

    Unlikely to park at Baymont again because of loooooong wait time for pick up on return. Driver stated that he was not dispatched ion a timely fashion.

    Everything went well. Nice lot. Shuttle to RSW left as soon as I was ready and is just minutes away. Never any traffic issues. Waited longer to be picked up (15 minutes) on the return then the drive back to the lot. Would use again

    2 AMAZING people at the front desk! I believe I had a parking reservation around Dec. 3, 2015. Anyway, I have made parking reservations here twice. I had to cancel the first time because when I was about 10 minutes away from The Baymont, my parents called and said my Great -Great Aunt was in the hospital. I called the hotel to cancel my parking reservation and the gentleman (Brennan?) was as sweet as can be ! ! I was stressing out and he was so comforting, he even suggested that I pull over while we talked! Told me cancelling was NO problem and wished me well. The second time; I called the night before because I had read several reviews with people complaining about the shuttle not running. I got Brennan(?) again and he assured me it would be running at the time I needed. And, sure enough they pulled through! Coming back, my flight finally landed around 12:30 am so, as they tell you; that is too late for the shuttle. I took a cab to the hotel and the girl there was super accomodating (I forgot her name...will get back with it.) By this time it was after 1:30 in the morning and I didn't want to pay for a full hotel night. I only had an hour drive ahead of me, so this same wonderful girl told me to go ahead and rest a while on their (amazingly comfortable) sofas. I rested an hour and she told me to help myself to the coffee bar. Hey, it doesn't get much better than this!!! I'm looking forward to going to the Baymont Inn and parking my car tomorrow!!!! I'm sure they don't get paid enough to be so thoughtful, I'm suggesting a raise for both of them, because, THEY are 2 people I'd want to have working for me. People like these two are the reason a company suceeds or fails. Thank you both!!!

    There was no parking lot attendant. Also I was told the shuttle would be running but it was not. I had to use uber and the driver even said he gets a lot of rides because of the shuttle not running all the time. On the way back the shuttle took 45 minutes to wait for. I could've parked at a dedicated airport parking lot for my total cost including uber and it would've probably been faster too.

    On return flight, hotel was unreachable by phone for over an hour, so the wait for the shuttle was almost 2 hours. I have given this feedback to hotel--in this day and age you would think there is some other way to reach the hotel other than a landline that experiences surges from the Fort Myers area's frequent lightning storms. Not even the 800 number for Baymont Inn and Suites could reach them.
