Parking lot was kind of hard to find. The staff service was ok. The man wasn't mean but he wasn't nice either. The shuttle driver was the same way. The shuttle was not very clean but the drive was very quick.
We arrived at location 2,5h prior to our flight. Since parking lot was packed they send us to a different location but didn't gave us the address. Took us 20 minutes to figure out where to go. As we arrived shuttle was gone and we had to wait another 25 minutes for next one. Arrived at airport 20 minutes prior to flight and missed it! had to spend nearly whole day of Christmas eve at airport. Really bad service! At least the shuttle back to parking lot was fast and ok.

The shuttle never arrived for the pick up from airport. I called hotel 3 times asking for the shuttle on the forth call they never picked up. I had to ride neighbor hotel shuttle and give lot of tips.
On my return, the motel's van was broken and when I called for a pick up they didn't tell me to get on another van. When I found out about this, I called them back (after 1/2 an hour) They said sorry, yes get on the other van from another hotel. The driver of that van (after another half an hour) refused to pick me up as his boss had told him not to. I then called back and they told me to catch a cab and they would pay for it. I won't use this hotel again. It's the second time I've had problems

The shuttle services sucks. They say that there shuttle runnings every thirty minutes and the is not a true statement. You have to call the hotel once you get to the airport and wait about an hour for pick up
The hotel was Ok, the service in the hotel was Ok as well. The Shuttle.... THE WORST! The outbound trip was ok but the driver was with a no motivation attitude but since its a routine job and maybe the shift was not going well I understood and gave him the reason for being like that. No problem. The return.... Seriously, we waited (me and my pregnant wife) 50 minutes waiting for the shuttle to come and pick us up. I even called the hotel two times and they told me that the shuttle was on their way. I took so long that the other shuttle drivers started asking about what happened to us because they traveled more than two times and we where still there. At the end a nice lady from ANOTHER Hotel (Super 8) gave us the ride to the hotel on her own risk (she was being tracked by GPS). It was ridiculous. First and last time in this parking.
Absolutely horrible !!!! On my way to the airport on Nov. 20th, I was shocked to see that the dirty van did not have room for luggage so they actually took a seat out of the van to accommodate luggage.That left luggage right up against your legs,making the ride uncomfortable for those sitting on that initial row !! That was just the beginning !! When I needed them to pick me up from the airport on Nov 27th, it took almost and 1 and 1/2 hours for the van to arrive after several calls ! When I brought that to the attention of the inarticulate driver,he yelled at me and called me a liar. He later tried to apologize...too late !! This hotel obviously had not vetted this driver or his dirty van before allowing this sham to represent their hotel,which was nice !! The windshield was extremely dirty from not being washed in days !! Lastly,the other couple who had waited longer than me, arrived back at the hotel,only to find their car had been broken into...COMPLETE NIGHTMARE...NEVER AGAIN !!!
We waited a half hour when getting the shuttle, thankfully indoors. But on our return we waited one hour! The driver lied and said he was there. We even had another shuttle tell us she saw him on the drop off site but never the pick up site.. It was very cold. Will not be using you again!

This is a great service as airport parking is so expensive!!
The Comfort Inn South was absolutely wonderful. I had the best experience, and this was my first time using this service. From the front desk, the driver, even the lady that owned it. They even let me and my son have coffee and juice while waited which was not part of the service. Will be using it again.
