    Our only issue was that when we arrived to drop off the car the parking lot was full - there was no spaces at all. We had to wait about 10 minutes before we were guided to park on a side street (where cars were parked and double parked). So we were a little nervous - first, that we may have to look for another parking, second, that we are leaving our car double parked on the street instead of the parking lot. But when we arrived back to pick up the car it was safely parked on the parking lot. Shuttle was very prompt, we didn't wait more than couple of minutes. In general it was a good experience and very reasonable price. I would give it 5 stars if not for the issues that I described above. Thank you

    When i arrived at the parking lot at 3am I saw workers flying in to the parking lot with cars they were parking. I thought it was a bit weird that they were driving the vehicles because people drop off the vehicles themselves and then get shuttled in to the airport. Sure enough i checked my mileage before i left and took a picture. When I was gone they had put 7 miles onto my car. The parking lot is extremely small which suggests it was driven somewhere besides within the lot. Also, when i called for the shuttle i was assured it would be there in 5 to 7 minutes. I called 15 minutes later after standing in the rain and asked again where it was. The woman called the driver who said he was one minute away. They showed up 10 minutes later. Needless to say I wont be using their parking lot again.

    Things were smooth from start to finish, and everyone at the lot was friendly and professional. On return, we only waited a few minutes for the shuttle to the lot, and a quick call with our ticket number endured that out car was ready & waiting for us. Great experience -- we'll be back!

    The check-in process was extremely poor. There was a long line of cars with no attendant directing traffic. We eventually had to drive around the block and were finally directed to double park on a side street, and then had to move the car to let someone out who was blocked in. It was well over 30 minutes from arriving at the lot until boarding the shuttle. Condition of the shuttle itself and lot were poor.

    It would be great if there was a mobile app or option so that you don't have to print out a receipt for your reservation and online payment. Great service though! Thanks!

    Hoped to have the car wash, but found out after the fact, that you don't wash cars anymore, or it was broken. Would have been nice to know this in advance.

    For efficiency and better use of staff who were so pressed on a Sunday eve with phone and counter duties, I recommend a phone message on your phone that explains where to meet and to make sure one has claim # ready, then it can go to a live person. If you are not hiring a 3rd person for phone/desk, this will give counter person more time.

    Gentleman who drove the shuttle mumbled and seemed more preoccupied with time than the customer. He was harried and overwhelmed. On the return trip he was on the wrong side of arrivals and had to circle again to pick us up.

    As this was my first time using avistar, it wasn't clear where to go to pay and pick up my car, and a bus blocked the small office. It would be helpful if the driver directed customers to the office once the bus arrived. Also, dispatchers should be more precise as to where to wait on the median for the shuttle.

    I unknowingly dropped my wallet in the parking lot and the attendant radioed back and was able to locate it. He then went back to the lot and brought my wallet, with all items in tact, back to me at the airport. It doesn't get better than this. The entire staff was excellent!!

    There was a line of cars at the entrance and no one coming out to inform us what was happening. As a result, I had to wait almost a half hour before I finally went up and requested that someone check in the car. Fortunately, I had allowed for more time than normal because we were traveling with someone in a wheelchair. The wait may have been necessary, internally, but the communication with the customers was not.

    When we returned to pick up our car, there was a misunderstanding as far as having a discount. My husband went to pay and forgot that I told him I had paid a deposit and we had a discount. When he went back to the cashier she was very annoyed and not pleasant. Also when we got home we did not realize that there was damage to the step on the side of the car. Other than those two incidents, the attendants were helpful and prompt.

    The wait for the shuttle to the airport was extra long. At least 20 minutes. People were complaining. Attendants were not being responsive.

    The shuttle to the terminal was prompt. However, upon arrival, I called several times, and although the agent over the phone was very professional, my experience was tainted because I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to finally pick me up. Very frustrating and in part, defeats the purpose of using airport parking if you have to wait that long just to get on the shuttle.

    This survey does not reflect upon our outgoing flight. When we left last Thursday evening, the staff was courteous. However, coming back in late last night, the service was literally the "last straw" after a long day of flight delays. The driver was obnoxious, complaining and grunting when he lifted the bags. He then hit every bump and pothole, driving too fast and it felt like he was trying to bounce us out of our seats. HORRIBLE! We waited over a half hour for the pick-up. Staff at the desk was fine, however. This survey is to report this terrible driver.

    Everything was fine until I went to pay for my parking. I had to pay a portion of the expense online and when I got to the counter they don't have any way to see what consumers are paying online. I had to pull it up on my phone and when I wasn't able to forward the email of payment to them they let me use the manager's office to print of the receipt. Okay I get that it was my problem but the worst part was they all talked about me right in front of me. Even the manager made comments about people like me. I thought it was extremely rude! Not to mention that it's the year 2011 and if they require a partial payment online when you make the reservation they should have it show up in their system. The last comment was that this parking lot is valet. So when I arrived I leave my keys with the attendent and they take my car. However, on the return they just give you your keys and tell you your car is to the left. They don't even take you to your car. I used Airpark previously and although they are $5-$10 more expensive I will be using them instead of Avistar as their service is 10 times better and they have the functionality to see when you pay a portion online.

    One thing did irk me a bit - I was waiting for my turn to be served by one of the two clerks, for about ten minutes. I was up "next" but one of the clerks was on the phone so I waited as she completed the call. Another customer walked in, and the other clerk was unable to help her at that time. The clerk on the phone completed her call, and I handed her my paperwork. The second clerk insisted that the other lady was "first". I really didn't care whether or not who was "first", and the woman who arrived later was courteous enough to let me go, but that second clerk could have at least apologized to me for the misunderstanding. I work in customer service myself, and that's what I would have done.

    Airport cashiers clearly didn't know how to handle reservations booked through this website. They charged me three different amounts until they finally got it right. Icing of the cake was when I overheard one of them saying that I was 15 minutes late as what my reservation said. All I wanted to say at the time was "well if you didnt had me for 20 minutes in here, I would have been 5 minutes early."

    I would rate excellent overall excellent service. Staff were courteous; I had a bit of an issue with initial online reservation and called in to help line. Agent was very helpful. One minor complaint; day I left it was raining and canopy was not in place when switching from car to shuttle.

    My radio was programmed with PBS and classical stations. When I picked up the car the radio programming was gone and replaced with Hip-Hop and Rap. I was not pleased.

    Garmin directions would help. Putting in the address didn't work. If I was driving myself I would have had a hard time finding it, but it is very close and convenient. I would go here again.

    I was disappointed that I got back late last night, after midnight, I was the only one checking out at the time, yet I had to ASK to have my luggage moved from the canopied area and placed in my car which was in position at the outgoing gate. This after I tipped the guy taking it off the shuttle! This was the first time I had to ask and I didn't like it one bit. !!!

    First attendant noteworthy-friendly, positive and supportive..the balance of attendants fine. Shuttle bus old and shocks suspect - however overall I would not hesitate to use the service again. Thank you.

    Actually everything was fine. Only the waiting time for the shuttle was more than we had ever experienced at this location, which we have used many times in the past. I attributed it to the economic slowdown.

    Out side of the shuttle driver waiting until people were sitting on laps & standing up holding onto the poles like a crowded subway train, and someone removing all of my change from the cup holder the service was great!

Airport Transportation:

FREE transportation to and from the airport 24/7 on clean shuttle buses to all terminals and gates. Shuttles run every 5-7 minutes. Handicap accessible shuttle available.
