I do not recall the names of the two Customer Service Reps assisting me on 05/14/12 but the time was around 7:00 p.m. They were very patient in helping me find my receipt to be charged the correctly. I am very grateful and would definitely use and reccommend Avistar in the future.

Only one single thing I'd love to see changed. Instead of having to print out an actual coupon, make it available to scan the code on smartphones! Going paperless is so easy & makes traveling that much easier. Overall, fabulous! I'll be back.

I didn't feel comfortable having free valet service to park my car but it was returned safe and secure. I called shuttle and had only a 3 minute wait. Not cleanest part of town but near airport. Reasonable and friendly. I would use again.

Coming from Milwaukee, it is not very convenient to fly out of O'hare, but sometimes necessary. This was my first time using AviStar & was very pleased with their overall service. From the parking lot attendants, to the shuttle drivers, to the woman helping me at check out, everyone was very friendly. I did not have to wait for the shuttle drop off or pick up. I used the coupon provided on their website so the value for the service I received was outstanding. Should I need to fly out of O'hare again, I'll definitely use AviStar & I hope to have the same great experience.

The spot to wait for the shuttle is the farthest from the United terminal possible. You will not be able to wait inside the shuttle center for it, because you will not be able to see it from inside. Waited about an hour for the shuttle. The car was covered with a thick layer of filth when I picked it up, not just the usual from being outside as the car is parked outside at home. The air conditioning in the shuttle was not working, in July.

The shuttle did not pick us up even after we walked over 30 mins in the cold and rain. There needs to be a better system of helping patrons understand how the pick up zone works and how frequently they run. Overall we were disappointed with the service we received. Yolanda did not try to listen, and was insistent upon telling us that it was our fault. The entire process was extremely frustrating, and we will not be using your services again in the future. thanks

The only improvement I could recommend is having an actual check-in procedure that includes recording a name and rate at the time of check in so losing papers on a trip is not so problematic.

The payment area is in need of some sprucing up. It is dingey I understand it is just a parking lot but it always helps to have your best self out there. The shuttle drivers have been outstanding both times I have used the service. I will be using again in a few weeks and looking forward to the great ease it is now getting to the airport, not having to ask a friend or take a much more pricey limo/car or a more inconvenient bus.

Good...could be better, upon pickup, sometimes less than two minute wait, sometimes more. Staff can be either superfriendly, sometimes not friendly. Used many times. One time I did get overcharged, called, emailed, talked to manager, never received a refund.

Our trip to the airport was wonderful, however the return trip was not so fine. It was difficult to locate the shuttle, and when we flagged down the driver they were not so helpful. I unloaded our bag and moved us to the car. The garage experience was perfect however, and the check out went without an issue.

While everyone was attentive and very helpful I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I found my car had been jumped and NO ONE told me. I got to my vehicle and it was running, the time had been restarted, as was the trip odometer miles. This could be not only a safety issue but a liability on your part as my radio now does not work. Had I been told, I probably would not have even been angry, as mistakes (such as leaving lights on, etc) happen - but not being told is totally uncalled for and unprofessional.

I have been using the Ohare parking for some time and I have never had a bad experience until I used Avistar. I was not given the parking rate that was on line or credit for the $12.50 I paid because I did not have my confirmation letter with me. I believe I should not need my letter to receive rate or credit for reservation amount if the rate is authentic. I should have, at least, been given credit for my $12.50. I believe this parking lot is a rip off. The amount I paid was twice the quoted price. I will never use this lot again.

Used many times. Avistar is good overall, but the wait time is a hit or miss. Sometimes wait is less than 2 minutes since they have multiple vans running. Wait times during holiday weekends is long, it seems that they do not add more shuttles knowing demand is high.

Shuttle took over 45 minutes to do pick-up from time of call. On second call I was told that I had just missed the previous shuttle yet myself and others waiting were able to see two buses go by for drop-offs and neither came around for pick-ups. Very disappointed. Attitude of attendant was very cocky and when doing bill made it sound like he was saving me a lot of money by discounting the parking and yet bill was more then the quoted rate.

Avistar at ORD was our provider. Quoted $7.50/day actual charges $12./per day Vehicle was found with windows open and bird poop all over it. Service was very slow. They should not be part of your program.

I love the fact that the shuttle leaves every 15 minutes or as necessary!! This is a major plus. I did not go with the company we used last year due to the fact that their shuttle left every 30 minutes on the hour. Also, you guys were very prompt in picking us up!! Awesome experience. I went to the washroom. When I came out my husband had paid and was loading the car with the bags. Love it!!!

They must have disconnected the battery or something. They didn't tell me and I couldn't use the GPS and I was not familiar with the area so I had a very difficult time getting on the right tollway at midnight. Very scary.

The issue we had when traveling was the pick up area from the airport. It is not very well marked. The check out at the AviStar parking garage took too long. One cashier for 8 people checking out not acceptable. At this point of the trip you are more than ready to get home. Not sure if I would use Avistar again.

I am new to the area! I looked up parking online- and AviStar showed up. Although I was nervous when I pulled up and the attendant asked for my keys- I was highly impressed with ther service, cost, and transportation. I felt at ease! Great place to park. I felt safe. The service was excellent. However, when we pulled up, there was no where to park. There was a long line of cars and we just left our car in the middle of the parking garage. No one asked for our keys and we forgot to leave them. They had to push our car into a parking spot. It didn't end up being a huge issue.

Staff at Amristar was good. Car had brake warning lights when we returned from a 4 day trip. They tried to help diagnose. After driving a half mile the warning lights reset. The location can be a little tricky to find.

When I returned from my trip I had to walk too far to get to the spot where the shuttle would pick me up to take me back to my car. I am a senior citizens and the purpose of off airport parking was not to have to walk so far.You need a better system for seniors to retrieve their cars. I had to lug my luggage all the way. It was awful.

The shuttle to the airport is always quick and available. The shuttle back from the airport is a long wait and ends up being so full it is hard to squeeze everyone in. We waited 20 minutes or more, which used up the benefit of landing early. This happened last time we used your service as well.

The shuttle service was very prompt; however, the retrieval of my care was not. When I arrived at Avistar, it took an additional 15 minutes to get my car. That's an unacceptable wait time given I called at baggage claim at ORD, which should have provided an 15-25 minutes more time to have my car ready. Why does it take >30 minutes to find and pull-up my car?

I always use this service to park my car, but after my last experience I think I will be trying other places.. I made my reservations online, and because of new management they would not accept looking up my information. I had to wait until they found a place for me to print the reservation receipt. The whole place just did not seem as organized as it used to be. On the plus side the staff has always been very friendly.

everything was great except when we loaded up our luggage to leave and closed the back hatch all the glass broke out of the window. I don't know if one of the employees hit the glass while we were away or what. It cost me 360.00 to replace glass. So that was not Cool....

Shuttle service was great on the way to the airport, but after requesting a pickup upon return it took over 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive...and I had to call twice, with no update as to why there was a delay or an apology for the inconvenience.

I returned Friday 4/8 at 7am. My key was not in the pouch. After almost an hour of the agents looking thru over 100 pouches trying to find my key, she called someone and said she would need to reimburse me. She asked if I had a second key, then asked for my contact information and said they would mail me my key as soon as they find it. After another 15 - 20 minutes, they found my key. I asked about the refund and was told, they would mention it to manager and see if she does something. I think it was wrong of them to tell me I would be reimbursed, then change it because they found the key. I was inconvenienced for over an hour and did not leave the office until after 9am.

Avistar was fine for the start of my trip. Unloaded the car and got onto a shuttle without any problems. However, coming back was a huge problem. I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the international terminal (terminal 5) at O'Hare. To make matters worse, there were too many people waiting for the shuttle that did arrive that not everyone could ride the first shuttle. In the past, I haven't had problems with Avistar, but this experience will make me think twice before considering Avistar again.

I have booked Avistar (Franklin Park, IL location) twice and both times been highly disappointed, as a result will be contacting the company's CEO. Avistar does not have enough staff to man their customer base, therefore encounter extreme delays per customer pick-up and car retrieval. Not only is this unacceptable but very unprofessional as well. I have advised (via mass communication) to all employees with the company I work for (over 3,000 employees) to avoid using Avistar--3700 N. Manneheim Rd, Franklin Park, IL 60131 (847-678-7275), family and friends as well. Often time the only way to get the attention of Management/Department heads is to speak to their buget & bottom lines.

Return was awful at parking lot. Attendant didn't make eye contact, seemed bothered by customers. He didn't call for the car ahead of time. Finally, after about 10 minutes, another employee asked us if we were waiting for our car (what else?), and got the car. There's plenty of competition around ORD.

Used AviStar, had problems finding shuttle pickup at airport not the same as other airportparking services I have used in the past. Had to wait to long for shuttle to pickup at airport. Cashier was short and quite rule but tried to up charge for indoor parking that I did not ask for. The way she said it I know it was a setup. "you did request indoor parking"? NO. The person in front of me was also being charged to much and she had to correct them on the fees. I won't use AviStar again.

New online reservations make it easier, although there was confusion at the check out desk when returning to pay.The online cost is not automatic in your system, therefore you need to present your reservation email payment agreement upon returning from your trip to have the correct balance of the payment.
