I am handicap and can not walk long distance. Attendent allowed us to park in the handicap zone in front and that was a tremendous help. Greatly appreciated!

I've used this service a number of times. It takes <15 minutes to get to the airport and shuttles to the airport arrive promptly and on a regular basis. I was a little nervous at first since I've had some really early flights and late flights and the shuttles are always there. These guys don't sleep. If you're lucky, the hotel shuttle will drop you off right at your car on the return trip. I drive from Auburn, AL and it's cheaper to park here for a week than it is to take a shuttle. Will gladly use again!

Good value, convenient location with good shuttle.
Being a first time user I managed to tap my breeze card twice and lost my return fare. I understand this happens frequently and while I understand I did the wrong thing it seems that the service station attendant should have the ability to reinstate my fare under those circumstances.
This has been my 3rd experience using this service. I have been pleased each time with the Atlanta Airport Marriott. The shuttles are prompt and predictable and they are always very courteous. I will be using your services again.
Directions to the lot on your website are fine, the directions on what to do when you enter the lot should be revised to include not going through the gate, even if you self park, you have to check in at the valet, otherwise all worked fine

We were not told where the pickup location was so we wasted 1/2 hr trying to find that out. Will use again.
With our international flight in Atlanta, we had to use a taxi to that terminal. Taxi was readily available.The attendants were very nice, personable, helpful, and understanding. We will use the service again.
The hotel parking staff were very courteous; even took me back to my car when I realized that I meant to leave an item in the car. I wish that I had known about this service sooner!
Price was right. Shuttle worked - we missed the first one back to the hotel because the bus was full but it was less than 10" before a new bus came to the airport. (New driver - must have had two running at the same time!)

It was cheap and nice parking.
My flight was delayed so instead of arriving back in Atlanta at 11:30pm I arrived at 2:00 am. I knew the shuttle at the Marriott Atlanta Airport Hotel ran every half hour after midnight because naturally I checked seeing as how I was traveling with my 8 year old daughter at that time of the night I didn't want to be stuck. Unfortunately, I didn't wait 30 minutes but instead one and half hours. It took 2 phone calls from me and one from the airport ground transportation worker on duty before they showed up. When he did arrive he was polite and helpful but not once did he apologize. Very dissappointed. This was my 2nd time using them. The first time was great went off without any issues. I will use them again when my flight gets in early but never again when I have a left flight- very inconvenient and no remorse shown by driver or hotel.
