Should give your the ticket to get out of the lot when you pay. I always have to get the guy to come over and raise the barrier arm to exit. BUT, that's usually because the nice driver takes me to the car instead of making me walk up the hill and to the car. So it's still good.

the driver on my return was most courteous . He delivered me to my car and placed all my luggae in my car and tehn gave me directions on how to get from the parking lot. He was great!

Attendant was very courteous, but as I was the only one on the shuttle, he asked if it was okay to make a stop to "pick up food" before he took me to the airport, as I had 2 hours until my flight departed. This was not acceptable to me, so I said no that I would like to be taken to the airport without any stops. I found this to be a bit strange and unprofessional, though he was extremely friendly and courteous.

I was really impressed with the attendants at the hotel, both coming and going, they were very helpful and went above and beyond service. The drivers also were courteous and safe drivers! Coming from National Hwy to Best Road, you end up on side of hotel, no signage on gates to direct you to the front entrance.

I have been parking here for years. It is very convenient and the service is great. My only recommendation - if you must use the restroom in the hotel, take your luggage with you. The staff told me they would keep an eye on mine outside and it accidentally was put on the shuttle without me. The driver was called and the situation was resolved almost immediately, but I was a little stressed in the mean time.

Shuttle sat full for nearly 20 minutes before my wife and I had to hail a cab to make our flight. I'm sure this was an isolated incident, but it was extremely inconvenient.

We did not know we had to take a second shuttle to the international terminal and this caused us to miss out flight. It needs to be made clearer that the shuttle does not go to the international terminal.

Hotel was easy to find using my gps. I left the bags with my husband at the shuttle stop and went to park in the back of the hotel. I parked there for a week. Pick up went just as smooth...except you got to carry your suitcases around to the back of the hotel to get to your car there is no way to cut thru hotel or pick up luggage at shuttle stop like u do upon arrival. All I kept thinking was thank god it's not raining. All in all good experience...will use them again.

It would be a huge benefit if the shuttle could drop/pickup at the new international terminal (eliminating the need to change shuttles at the domestic terminal), but I guess that is up to the airport authorities. This was our second time to park at the Marriott, so we knew where we were going; but per my past comments, the hotel was very hard to get to the first time because the left turn onto the T Owen Smith Connector is poorly marked and the hotel sign there is very small - a challenge for 'newcomers'.

The driver was playing gospel church music, which I found inappropriate. He also talked for a long time to other drivers before leaving, even though we passengers were all seated and waiting to go. When returned late on Sunday night, the parking attendant was very slow at opening the gate to let us leave. Two of us were stuck at the gate and had to shout for someone to let us out.

i would rather pay the total fee online. it's it's not very conv. to pay at the hotel. you have to wait sometimes 10-15 min for change. Getting out of the gated parking lots is a little odd. you have to make an extra trip back to the hotel to get a pass out of the gate.

Best Street or Avenue was not in the TomTom GPS. It was very hard to find in the dark and the hotel personnel had to find 3 people to guide me in. They did not know the area.

HOTEL moved long term parking to behind the hotel instead of up the hill in front of hotel. no way to cut through hotel. On pick up of car, had to walk again all the way around the hotel to the parking area. shuttle driver refused to take me around. HAVE BEEN PARKING HERE FOR YEARS BUT WILL NOT RETURN. THEY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!

The shuttle from the Marriott Hotel does not offer service to the International Terminal. Therefore, I had to board two different shuttles, while the distance was not far, I did have some very bulky/heavy items with me which I had to drag from one to the other as there are no porters in that area. For International Trips, I will have to find an alternate place to park.

The directions given on the site to the Marriott Atlanta Airport Parking lot via I-85 North and South should be changed to read "Domestic Flights" instead of exit 71. There are signs leading up to the exit that still show Exit 71, but the actual exit is not numbered; it is now "Domestic Flights." I had to get off on exit 72 and get back on the interstate to get to the parking lot.

My only complaint is that there were no instructions given for exit. I got stuck at the gate with vehicles behind me. The attendant came over and explained the exiting process, but spoke to me with a condescending tone.

There were no clear directions on how to pick up car from parking lot on return trip. I picked up car in lot, drove to gate and put my ticket in slot as indicated on the gate screen. Gate did not open. Pressed attendant button for 4 or 5 minutes-no response. Finally someone came and seemed to say I had done it wrong. I believe what was wrong was your system for picking up car on return trip.

upon return, shuttle service from the intl terminal to the domestic terminal took 12 minutes (way too long). Next time we will seek a lot much closer to the intl terminal. upon returning home, Traveling internationally should not be so cumbersome.

Getting from parking lot back to where the Marriott bus drops you off with your bags is confusing. I leave my bags, walk to my parked car, then return but have to go in a "Do Not Enter" drive to get my bags.

Parking at the Airport Marriott in Atlanta saved me nearly half of what I would have paid at the airport's own "economy parking" lot. The shuttle drivers are most helpful in getting luggage on and off the shuttles and are very quick to get to and from the airport. I will use this service again next time I fly.

The Marriott was wonderful, but we had to wait for the second shuttle even though we were early because so many people needed to use it. Adding a shuttle during busy times would be nice. Customers were also left behind in the freezing weather after our second shuttle.

The attendant on check in was very helpful. When I went to check out, I had to get out of car and go over to get someones attention. The shuttle to the airport was very late. On the way back, I called and one came 30 minutes later. Hotel is less than 5 minutes away.

We were parked at the Marriott Atlanta Hotel 12/17/12 through 1/1/13. All employees related to the parking lot & shuttle drivers were beyond courteous, accommodating & prompt. I have some issues to inquire why my Mom was charged when I paid the parking fee upon check in @ the Hotel, but will call and straighten that out. We will definitely stay at the Hotel in the future & use the parking service, as well as refer it to ALL!

It would be much more convenient if the shuttle would pick up at the Atlanta International Terminal. Also- it was a little unclear about where we were to get on the shuttle at the domestic terminal. But other than that a great deal and pretty convenient.

The information about time required to get to the terminal was off, because it varies depending on how busy you are. When you are busy you should allow 45 minutes instead of 20 minutes to get to the airport.

My only fear for the Hotel lots is unforeseen overbooking.. For that reason, I would prefer not to pay the whole amount online in the event that one may have to bounce to a different lot in case of overfill.

The only problem was that it was not obvious what to do with the ticket that allowed me to pick up my car and get the scanable ticket that let me out of the security gate. Maybe I was told or it was written somewhere, but to alleviate the confusion of a first time customer, maybe the pickup ticket should say in large, bold red letters, "When you return to pick up your car, give this ticket to the parking lot attendant".

The driver was outstanding. We arrived a few minutes before the shuttle bus was departing and my husband had to park our car and get back in a matter of less than five minutes so that the shuttle bus could depart as scheduled. The driver was so kind to allow him to park and pick him up from the parking space so that we did not have to wait on the next shuttle- outstanding!

Atlanta Airport Marriott saved my Thanksgiving! I was brand new to Atlanta, traveling back to my family over the holiday and at a loss for inexpensive airport parking. After finding this site I was able to make same day reservations for much less than I expected. All the attendants at the Atlanta Airport Marriott were so nice and I had no wait for the shuttle for my trip to ATL. On my way back, I only had to wait about 10 min. Thanks Atlanta Airport Marriott!

it will be helpful to have handicap access from the shuttle stop to the parking at the marriot hotel...I had to carry 3 heavy luggages using the stairs and i think that was very inconvenient

Upon my return on 11/26 at 6 am I waited almost for almost 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. I got outside to ground transpiration around 6:20 only for the 6:30 shuttle to drive right pass the lot. Another shuttle didn't come around until 6:50. If shuttles are to arrive every 15 mins then they should stop & wait whether they think people are waiting for them or not!

Everything was a breeze parking at the hotel Marriott for shuttle service. Friendly staff and quick shuttle service. One negative was the walk from where the parking lot was back to the shuttle at the hotel entrance. Had to walk around the entire hotel grounds.

The credit card reader at Marriot hotel was broken (?) and couldn't read card at all (not only mine). So I had to get off the car and go to hotel front to pay for the parking fee. It's not Airport Parking's fault but it was disappointing anyway.

I always use the Marriott Parking. This was the first time that on the way back we waited for almost 25 minutes. Also, it would be best if something could be worked out to pick up/drop off at the new International section. Even if for a while that means having to call to schedule it.

Exiting the parking lot is problematic: The gate can be opened only by an attendant. If one is not available, the driver must wait for one to show up. From the lot one cannot enter where the attendant is (it's a one-way street going the wrong way). Therefore, there's no way to signal without getting out of the car and searching for an attendant.

We like the Marriott Atlanta location and the shuttle is mostly pretty prompt. Will park here again in the future if we travel.

I would recommend arriving early the first time to learn where to park. i would update the website for Mariott to give specific instructions (i.e., park anywhere, walk to the parking valet, pre pay or pay with cash, or you need to wait for them to run inside w/cc). I had to use my gps to find it; the road wasn't well marked. But everything else was excellent!

directions at this parking lot were rather difficult to follow. upon arrival to pickup vehicle there were not instructions. Turns out I should have approached an attendant when disembarking from the bus, told him/her that I was picking up my car. He would then have given me a ticket to put in the receiver to open the gate. I didn't know this and had to cal an attendant to open the gate for me after I showed him the paid bill. Not very efficient at Atlanta Marriott Hotel on Best.

I wish you could pay all at once up front (online) without having to pay the fee online and then pay more at the lot. It just seems more efficient and then I would only have one receipt to deal with.

The fact that the deposit receipt had to be presented in printed format was unfortunate. It would be much more convenient to be able to present an electronic version of the confirmation/receipt when arriving at the lot.

Due to my car being lefton and no gas and dead battery your employees did everthing possible to help me with my problem. Which was much help msince it was dark. Kudos to them. I will definitely use your park and ride again.

The only negative to parking here for an international flight is having to go to the main terminal, then transferring to another shuttle to the international terminal. The trip took about 45 minutes. It would be great to have a shuttle that could go directly to the international terminal, cutting down travel time.

I read the reviews online before making my decision of where to park because we have a new car and I wanted to insure we were in a safe place. This was the safest place to park as well as the best value! The bus drivers and attendants were extremely helpful in every instance (i.e. attending to bags, helping board the bus, offering water while waiting for more passengers, etc.). Will definitely park here again :)

Everything was wonderful except the directions. The street to turn off of Riverdale Road is not marked and the directions did not indicate how far the turn was i.e. first left off of Riverdale Road. T. Owen Smith Blvd. is not marked with a street sign and I was unfamiliar with the area.

The trip to the airport was great, the driver made extra space for us as we were later than anticipated. On the trip back from the airport, the driver on 9/23 only picked up those who were waiting, and did not wait for any additional passengers (a total wait time of 60 seconds) for those looking for the Marriott shuttle. Also, the instructions should be made clearer for seeing the concierge upon return to get a gate card to leave the lot.

It was not clear to us where to park, so we took a ticket and went through the gate and parked with the motel guests. The shuttle attendants were very polite and we will definitely use your parking lot again when we fly out of Atlanta.

Someone placed an ad under our wiper while parked at the hotel which baked a gluey residue on our windshield. It was a challenge removing this mess. Please advise the hotel to stop this practice.

This service was great, with one exception. We had a hard time finding our way to the hotel because the street it is on does not actually intersect with the street that appears on the map. Instead, there is a left turn onto a ramp that goes down to the street for the hotel. That ramp appears to be a T-intersection street, but it is unmarked and is not an obvious way to turn. The area has a lot of trees, etc. that prevent a person from seeing what is there. Only after driving by it twice did we finally notice a very small sign with small print and logo for the Marriott. That sign was off to the right side by some trees, and is easily missed because the tendency is to be looking to the left in order to see if there is a street sign across the divided street where that left turn ramp is located. There needs to be a traffic sign to indicate that ramp as the access to the street that passes below, and the Marriott needs to as a minimum put up another sign on the left so that people will see it when looking there as they drive by. They also should have a more prominent sign on the right. In summary, the hotel is visible but there is no obvious way to get there because of the complexity of several turns, an overpass, a ramp, poor signage and obstructed views. (Also note that the 'compare and save' header above this survey is confusing, as it appears to be a first survey step involving filling in of when I had parked - your webmaster needs to provide a clearer start point, separated from thet other function).

After a LONG day of travel and delayed flights due to weather, (I arrived very late at night) the shuttle driver not only took us to the hotel to get our cars but went above and beyond to take us TO our cars! I was so grateful because I couldn't have parked any further away! (And it was VERY late, and I was tired) He even made sure I was able to get into my car! Thank you so much! This is the second time that I've parked my car there with ya'all and I will recomend your location and use it again for sure!

We had a fantastic experience parking at the Atlanta Airport Marriott. When we arrived, the attendant was very helpful, and gave us a ticket for our stay. We immediately boarded the shuttle, and were at the airport in about 10 minutes. On the way back, we went to the Zone 1 Parking area of the airport, and the shuttle was there quickly. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes between 5am - midnight. After that, it runs every 30 minutes. When we returned, the valet attendant validated our ticket and gave us a ticket to exit the parking lot. Overall, we saved about $80, and it was a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely use this again!

There was no road sign at Best Rd. ,at least we could not see it and just took a chance and tried that turn. Also in all the reservation material there were no instructions for returning- We thought we would be picked up where we were dropped off , instead we had to ask and were finally were told about the shuttle area-Improve your instructions to include-how to pick up your car.

Check-in was easy, however there were no instructions on what to do for check-out. It would be simple to give an instruction page w/ticket at check-in explaining where to meet limo, handing ticket to agent upon arriving @ hotel, etc. I saw several cars at the gate unable to leave due to lack of communication.

Like other reviewers, we had never parked at a hotel before for airport parking and we felt a little strange. Fortunately, all the attendants were very helpful and the whole process went smoothly. We'll be parking here again without a doubt. On our return trip, we had accumulated a lot more bags and the driver initially dropped us off at the front of the hotel, but then insisted on loading all the bags back into the shuttle and driving us to our car. What a nice guy! He even gave us some ice cold bottled water. One tip: On your return flight, go to zone 1 in the ground transportation area. The shuttle should be there soon. Safe travels!

we parked at the marriott. there were 7 of us with lots of bags for 2 weeks. no one at hotel was keeping order. 2 shuttles pulled up and everyone waiting rushed on. we could not control the crowd until we stood in front of the bus and forcefully kept people from loading. the attendents were worthless. then upon arriving at airport, we told the driver that we were flying international. he took us to the domestic side and instructed us that we had to get off and take another airport shuttle over to the international side. we travel alot and will not use this service again because of the inconvience even tho it might have been alittle cheeper. guess you get what you pay for.

All customer service was excellent however, your parking was horrible. the lot was supper full and we would have had to park behind the hotel , down to a lower level and walk up some step coming through the hotel in the (DARK). I was not happy with that at all. You needed a shuttle or better lighting because it is dark at 430 am .

when we were dropped off on 7/17/12 ,we were told to go across from the baggage dept and the return shuttle from the Marriot would pick us up there, we did exactly that, and waited at least 45 minutes on 7/25 at night, and finally a police officer told us that we had to walk up and around the corner to get the shuttle, the driver said that the first driver on 717 told us the wrong area! we were not happy about the long wait in the wrong spot!

There are TWO Airport Marriots. But I didn't find that out until I landed. More effort should be made to tell the customers which one. They're called several different names. The phone numbers at the airport shuttle area are different. The advertisement has one number, the list of hotels has a different number. I finally got to the right hotel but I was somewhat agitated. Overall the service was good.

The shuttle was prompt and the driver was helpful and courteous. Leaving the parking lot was not pleasant. It tells you to insert a ticket which we were never provided and it took the attendants several minutes to open the gate. If we need a ticket to exit now at the Marriott, it needs to be told to the customers before leaving the shuttle.

No way to exit the gate without having to get out of the car and find the attendant. Nothing is provided to access the automatic gate...an attendant needs to come over and override the system to open the gate. Not good if you can't find an attendant. Please in the future provide us a card readable receipt when we pay for extended parking so we can get out of the lot when we return home!

The delivery to airport was perfect. On 25 June, waited for at least 35 mins for van. we had called and they said that the van was on the way shortly. It's only 2 miles so maybe 15 mins would be appropriate.

Only one thing bad - my vehicle was FULL OF ANTS when I returned. It has taken me three days to eradicate them. I will probably use your service again, however, I will try a different hotel in hopes of not being invaded. Also noticed that the parking spot had 10 vans come for passengers in the time I had to wait for your shuttle service.

Services only to main terminal and not to international terminal is inconvenient more returning from trip than leaving. You can take the Tram to the International but have to use a Shuttle bus to get to the Main terminal.

Marriott was slightly cheaper and closer than other parking, but you have to walk to/from the shuttle (you park in the back of the hotel and the shuttle leaves from the front) and the shuttle only runs every 15 minutes. If you're parking as it's leaving, too bad, you wait for another 15 minutes. I won't use it again. This website was fine though.

I forgot where I parked my car. The bus shuttle driver drove me around the parking area until I located my auto. Usually they drop you off in front of the hotel. What a nice jesture. Thank you.

The location is close to the airport. However, you need to pay attention to the street. You need to be active when the attendants are busy. Otherwise, you will wait there long. Some attendants have short memory. So, remind them that you paid them or passed them the ticket.

The only change my family and I would have made about parking is having to transport luggage from the shuttle drop off at the hotel to our car on the far side of the parking lot. It would have been excellent if we could have been dropped in closer proximity to our car rather than by the hotel front door, especially since there was only one other passenger on the shuttle with us. Otherwise we really appreciated the shuttle service.

The shuttle drivers went far beyond what I might have expected in order to assist me; I have mobility issues. They were solicitous and helpful, even driving me directly to my car on return rather than making me walk all the way to my car. I'll definitely park there (Atlanta Marriott Airport) again! I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.

Used your service for two different trips within 2 weeks. Both times, the shuttle on the return trip (from the airport back to the lot) was over a 30 minute wait and by the time the shuttle arrived at the Atl aiport, there were so many people waiting - more than could fit on two shuttles. At that point, some of the waiting people decided to be rude.

Service was great. It would help if they document the pick up procedures clearly. 1. Where to wait for shuttle 2. What to do after picking up the car Also, we approached the shuttle at one place, and the driver said this is drop-only place. Same driver came to the actual pickup location. It would have been fair for him to take us rather than we running in rain to the actual pickup location.

This was my first time using this service and upon my arrival at the hotel parking I was really excited at how convenient it was HOWEVER on my return I realized that instructions or directions on how to get back to the hotel had not been provided, so I figured they must pick up where they had initially dropped me off so I went there and waited. I spent over an hour in the rain attempting to catch a shuttle back to the hotel as I waived/yelled and several passed me by. Ended up paying to call information to get number for the hotel for instructions. The person on the phone kept telling me Zone 1 between 23 and 24 (which makes no sense unless you know where Zone 1 is) I asked for clarification and she kept repeating the same thing. Asked the Delta skycap and he pointed me in different direction where I waited for another 15-20 minutes. Finally a shuttle driver from another company attempted to pick me up and when I told him I was waiting for the Marriott shuttle he informed me I was in the wrong location and pointed me to where I should be standing to catch the shuttle.

I was very impressed with the overall service. The shuttle was very prompt and I was able to get to and from the airport in a reasonable amount of time. The attendants were very helpful and courteous! I would definitely recommend this service to others. My only suggestion would be to put a barcode on your email confirmation so it can be scanned from your phone rather than printing out the reservation. I look forward to using this service again!

Parking lot was easy to find with the directions but the only problem was lack of attendants to tell what needs to be done. I had to ask few people about what to do next once I was parked. Also, while exiting the parking lot late at night, there was nobody and I had to wait at the gate for few minutes and tried calling from the booth by the exit gate to no avail. After few minutes of wait, the gate opened by itself. It looked like it was not organized at all. I would rather park park-n-fly or some place similar.

The walk to the shuttle was long and we had to wait. When we got to the Marriott, My husband had to walk some distance to the car in the dark and come back and pick me up. Our arrival home from the plane landing and getting home was 2 1/2 hours. We only live about 25 minutes from the airport.

Marriott Atlanta Airport long-term parking experience consistently excellent--although the turns to find it can be a bit confusing. Both attendants and drivers are helpful and courteous and shuttles run frequently. This time I was especially impressed that a shuttle met a delayed return flight at 3 am--flight crew was headed to Marriott too :-)

100%+ Satisfaction Special attn from driver on return trip from airport offered and then took us to our vehicle as we were last on the bus while others, I believe, went into the hotel. That saved us additional time while offering convenience and less hassle retrieving our luggage in front of the hotel after drop off like last time. The driver really deserved his tip. Bob Tewksbury

I somehow missed the signage at ATL pointing to the courtesy van area. Did not see any signs in the baggage claim area. With this in mind, I would suggest additional directions in your print-outs to customers showing how to find the courtesy van parking area once flight arrives back in ATL.

The shuttle never came to pick me from the airport upon my arrival. I called them twice to inform them that I was waiting for the shuttle and both times the receptionist told me that a shuttle was on its way. Finally, after waiting for 45minutes, a shuttle to a different company offered to take me to my car.

On our return the shuttle driver was kind enough to offer us water after having to walk the full length of the airport. He also drove us directly to our car since it was at the far end of the lot. We have recommended this lot to several other people since returning. We will definitely use this lot in the future.

Parking lot attendants may become "too familiar" when they feel no one is looking. Security Guards have no business needing a personal, home/cellphone number from the females that expect to be protected by them for the duration of the stay parked in your wonderful parking lot. More professionalism.

The only thing that we would suggest is to make sure the patrons using your parking service is aware that the bus will take them directly to their car when they return from their trip. We did not know that and got off the bus at the hotel. I walked to the car and drove it to the hotel to pick up my wife and luggage. We found out about being taken directly to our car by the bus driver.

Would be a nicer service to have shuttle pick up and drop off at the parking lot/space versus pick up/drop off at the front lobby. The parking lot is a long walk to the lobby - and past 3 years that we have used the service were rainy, cold and snowy for either our arrival and/or departure. Drop off at the car would have been a much nicer and pleasant experience.

We have always used Airport Marriott, but I was very disappointed this time. We came in on a Sat evening and had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle. Then he dropped off at several different locations, apparently he was picking up guests at other locations, not just the airport as the name implies.

Had to walk a good distance with luggage to and from my car. Would be great if the shuttle stopped at another point on the property closer to the designated parking areas. After dark, I would not have felt safe, as there was not a lot of traffic in the area.
