We landed at 10:30 PM and we waited for the shuttle bus for over 15 minutes before I called the hotel twice and they never picked up the first time and the second time they told me the bus would be there in 2 mins. We ended up waiting 15 more mins after the call.
Hoping that Marriott will have direct service to the International Terminal at Delta soon. It is extremely inconvenient to get off an 8 hour or longer flight and be expected to change busses at the domestic terminal in Atlanta and wait for the shuttle to the parking place.
The service was excellent. It was a seamless transition from the hotel to the airport.

Check out at the Marriott Atlanta Airport was cumbersome. My ticket that opened the exit gate rang up $159 and I had prepaid $54 (the total amount). They had to come to the gate to clear the machine and open the gate for me and then I had to go to the valet station to clear everything up. It took me 10 minutes or so to clear all this.
I was not happy to find out my car was towed to another lot, a good distance away, I am hoping there was no damage to the transmission when towed.
Valets were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely use this service again.
We certainly would not choose to park here again. When we returned after LONG day of traveling - got the shuttle and then hauled our bags (in the hot sun) to where we parked the car. What surprise! our car was not there!!!!!!!!! Hauled the bags back to front door, were we were told our car was towed to another parking lot because they were paving. Nice of them to tell us! And I wonder what damage they might have done to our car with no keys available? They did not even offer to have us not pay !BAD DEAL!!!!!!
It was a little too dark at night when I got to the Marriot to pick up my car at the parking lot. I didn't feel completely safe, even if I knew there were people around. Maybe cameras and some extra light would be a good idea. Other than that, service was great, like always.
We were met with a friendly staff and we thank them for that.
Due to traffic delays, we did not get to the international terminal in time to check our luggage. I had to fly later than the rest of my family at additional cost with the checked luggage. I suggest that the hotel parking staff be trained to ask about the departure time of parking clients and suggest that a taxi be used to go directly to the international terminal if the parking client has parked too late to get to the international terminal via the domestic terminal.
The Marriott on Best Road is cumbersome and inconvenient- You have to drive to front of hotel and pay. Then be transferred by Golf cart back to the bus. Attendants are not always pro-active with the cart. On the return- get off shuttle and then wait to be transported to your car to get out of the gate. I paid when I entered =why can't I be given a ticket to exit and have the bus on the return drop me off at my car. If you are concerned about additional fees you should figure that out. It really is a lot less convenient than the Hilton or Marriott on Virginia Avenue. I only use you if those 2 locations are full
process was smooth and cheaper than long-term airport parking; I will definitely use it again
