    Directions were fine on paper, driving in Atlanta traffic quite something else! Interstate directional signs are awful. But I made it to the Marriott after 3 hr drive from NE Alabama, and survived. I consider myself lucky. You offer a great service!

    Your directions to the parking lot at the Airport Marriot state to use self parking and not to go in the valet parking area. However you must first go in VALET Parking in order to pay for your parking and get a ticket that will let you reclaim your car. The area in self parking where I was to park is not marked at all - no signs, nothing to tell you that you are in the correct area. These are the same complaints I read about on-line - not new, and not addressed by anyone.

    Overall, thos was a good experience. Getting the shuttle back to the Marriott was a learning experience. I had the hardest time exiting the Marriott parking lot once I went back to retrieve my car. I ended up leaving out of a back gate.

    Upon leaving, I put the ticket into the machine and it wanted me to insert $48 even though I had prepaid. I pushed cancel and took the ticket out. Tried inserting the other ticket the valet guys had given me. This didn't work. Pushed cancel again and finally the arm just went up on its own. Not sure why this happened but it was very disconcerting not knowing what I was supposed to do. Also, upon arriving, I had a balance to pay and the valet guys told me to pay them. Wasn't sure if this was correct or not - kind of made me a bit nervous.

    Need better instructions on procedures to get out of parking lot when you return. I did not know that I should have checked in with attendent when I got off shuttle to get pass to exit lot. suggest you highlight this on sheet given to customer with reciept and ask shuttle driver to emphasize when dropping passengers off. Other than this, I thought it was a very good experience and will use it again.

    It was very confusing. Better instructions should be provided at the time of registration on what to do when you arrive at the hotel parking lot. I didn't understand that I was to take a ticket to get in the parking lot - save that ticket until I got back and the attendant would give me a new ticket in order to exit the lot. Over all- it was great! I would highly recommend and use the service again.

    Wish they had made it more clear where to catch the shuttle after I arrived back. Ended up calling twice before I found I needed to go to a different place than where I was dropped off. Was not on the written instructions either, nothing about where to go for pickup, and this was my first time.

    It would be great if your shuttle went to the international terminal as well. It's a bit inconvenient having to take two shuttles to make it to the international terminal.

    I paid for long term parking. There was no clear direction as to were to go when I arrived to drop off my car. When I went to pick up my car I couldn't get out the gate. I was told that the shuttle bus driver was supposed to give me a ticket to use- How was I supposed know this???? The friendly shuttle bus driver didn't ask any questions he just a assisted with the luggage.
