    Used this lot several times. This time had the car at the Marriott lot for 18 days. Check in went smoothly. Like that the lot is gated. Service on the shuttle was excellent. Did not wait more then 5 minuted coming or going. Also driver was very pleasant and helpful with baggage.

    The place is big. For us it was a bit tricky to find the location where we could start the parking process. But overall the experience was good. Will come back and park here again next time!

    When it came time to pick up our car in parking lot, it was very chaotic. No one seemed to want to help. We stood there for 10 min before any kind of assistance. I finally asked where do we pick up our car and was told the wait was too long for the golf cart to take me, so he gave me my receipt and said I could walk and get it myself. To me, it wasn't not busy at all. Got the impression they just didn't want to be bothered.

    The drill: Parking lot has several stairs, and is a small distance away. Best to drop luggage at entrance before parking. On return, must present receipt to get a working exit ticket.

    Flight arrived at 3:30 am. Called the lot twice but still waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. Finally, the Sheraton hotel driver took pity on us and took us to the Marriot. Getting out of the parking lot was an ordeal as well. The attendant who took our money (it's a pre-pay lot) didn't give us the proper ticket for exiting. An employee came over to help us by insisting that we show proof of payment. fortunately, my debit acct sends me an email each time the card is used so I was able to find the email to show the attendant and we were finally freed. What an unnecessary and horrible ordeal. We won't be back

    Parking at the Airport Marriot was almost perfect. The only issue I had was knowing what to do when I arrived, so here goes: When you pull up to the hotel, go to the VALET stand, and tell them you made a reservation. Show them the paperwork, and they will charge your card for the remaining balance. Then go park your car. Keep your paperwork with you when you arrive back from your trip and show the valet when you arrive, BEFORE retrieving your car. They will give you a ticket to insert in the machine, and you're good to go! The only other issue I had was that I didn't know where the hotel shuttles pick you up at the airport. I went to the spot where they dropped me off, but was then told to walk to the other side of the airport, where the official hotel shuttle pick up spot is. This was a hassle, but had I known beforehand, it would have been easy.

    Too many steps to check in, get through the gate, pay a part in advance, more when you arrive, stop to get a ticket when you return. You need to design a better system.
