Speedy drop off and pick up. we didn't have to wait for a shuttle - even when our flight was 2 hours late and came in at midnight. We used the valet and our car was waiting for us when we came back from the airport

When I arrived I was required to use the valet service because the lot was full despite the fact I had a reservation. I was a little apprehensive, but it worked out fine. It appears you took good care of my car.

we have used ANZA ever since I retired as pilot for UAL. Very few times have I had minor issues in the lot, with pickup or other small problems. we are happy repeat customers, do wish you had a bit more room as many times it has been hard to locate a spot

This was the first time there was very slow pick-up at the airport. Other off ariport services came twice while I waited for this one bus. The bus was filled with people by the time we left this one stop. Overall, everything was fine.

I'd prefer to not have the reservation printout have so much junk on it. How about something simpler on a single page. Or better yet, I could put in my auto license number and not have to bring a print out at all. I prefer to park myself but there were not ANY self park spaces left. After cruising around, I ended up using the valet. That was ok, but not my preference. I've always liked that the shuttle would come pick me up and later drop me off at my car.

Great service - but I don't know who to tip and how tips are distributed. I want to tip the driver and the Valet parking guys but don't want to have to tip twice. If i know tips are aggregated and split among the staff - problem solved, I tip one, knowing it goes to all. Let us know.

Girl in the booth was very friendly, Neil the shuttle driver was great,- I didn't remember that I needed to have my paperwork handy to get the discount- so it took me awhile to check out which was completely my fault. That probably happens a lot- whatever you can do so that tired travelers like me who book online remember that they need to have their reservation handy would be a good idea. I will use Anza again. 100% satisfied.

Excellent! They picked me up and dropped me off at my car. The shuttle on the return came immediately. As I left their parking lot, I saw another shuttle arriving, so they appear to run continuously. Choice of self-park or valet. I will always park here now!

Upon exiting the parking lot I found it necessary to force the issue to get the rate for the lot I chose. The attendant told me I was supposed to print my receipt in order to receive the $9 daily rate. While he did eventually capitulate if I had not been insistent he would have charged me nearly $45 more than the rate on the website. Parking across the street for a week is several dollars cheaper so there is another options for the next trip. All drivers and other employees were very polite and pickup was prompt.

Excellent ~ Steve was super courtious, friendly and prompted, the ladies at the check out were fast effective and get you on your way. The only bad thing is GPS takes you to the wrong Broadway .. Not the fault of your company but maybe worth putting it on your website .. I will definatly park there again..

Good courteous service. I lost my courtesy location card, but had written down my location on my iphone, no problem finding my car. The lot is very large, would be good, if there was a back up way to locating the car - such as records kept at the office. Otherwise, if card is lost, it would take a while to go around the lot. Otherwise excellent courteous service.

This is a great lot, that I use frequently. The shuttle service is fantastic. For self-park, they come to your car to pick you up. They run several shuttles at the same time, so at the airport I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for pickup. They do frequently overbook the self-park area. When that happens, you must use the valet even if you have a self-park reservation. The price is the same, but you have to give up your keys and let someone else have access to your car...

I used this lot for a trip where I had to get to the airport at about 4:30am, and was slightly hesitant due to the middle of the night timing, they were great though! The shuttle actually followed me to my spot and picked me up right there, so no waiting around for a shuttle in the middle of the night.

The service was very prompt, I assumed it would take me 30 mins to park get on the shuttle and get to the airport. I was in and out of the parking lot & at the airport in 10 mins. Amazing. The shuttle driver lead me to the first available parking spot, and grabbed my bags the minute I was out of my car loaded them in and I was on my way to the airport. Very prompt. Definitely will park here again and again. From the airport, the shuttle was at the stop within 5 mins of my waiting. And I was at the parking lot 10-15 mins later.

We were very pleased with the location of the lot, the shuttle service and most of all, the cost. I found a promotion on the internet, prepaid $14 and paid $70 balance for 8 days of parking. Incredible for off-site parking for SFO! I'd go there again!

Everything about my experience with Anza met or exceeded expectations. The price was quite competitive. On our return we just missed one shuttle and expected to wait at least fifteen or twenty minutes for another. Instead another shuttle arrived in no more than ten minutes. Our car was waiting when we arrived at the lot and was in the same condition we left it.

This past week used this lot for the first time. Because it was my preference I used self parking. My only complaint is that it was very crowded, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it was a very good experience. By the time i found a space the shuttle driver was there to take my bag. Very quick ride to SFO and on my return I waited approx10-12 min for pick up. Driver returns you right to your car. I had reserved online and got a coupon for $1.00 off per day. Check out was quick and pleasant. Will definitely use Anza again.

The parkijg was easy and the shuttle took us immediately to the airport - and on the way back, the shuttle driver called our car in ahead so it was waiting for us when we got into the lot. I liked the pricing too, very reasonable. The only thing that could have been improved was that the shuttle driver didn't really tell us that he could only drop us off at one spot, and we wondered why the driver couldn't have dropped us closer to Southwest terminal.

This parkibg lot has made employees into robots, they cannot accomodate customers, customers have to conform to tjem. Given their distance fro airporr, they are going to have a terrible fall and winter.

I really really liked that we never had to wait. As soon as we returned in the shuttle our car was coming around. The attendant loaded our bags straight from the shuttle to our car and we were out. We were in the lot less than 5 minutes, including payment!

Worst. Customer. Experience. Ever. I was a loyal Anza Parking customer for 17 years. Never again. Tonight, my family waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle with space. Five, count'em, five, shuttles came by full, and each time the driver said to "wait for the next one". An elderly couple that was already there said there had been three other shuttles that passed by. Note, the other parking services had twice the number of shuttles coming by and always had space for their customers. Finally we took a cab to the Anza lot. There were plenty of Anza employees there. Not a single one apologized. They all tried to avoid us. The cashier ("Jenny") was clearly used to irate customers. She just pretended she didn't hear what she didn't want to hear. She told us we could sit there all night, she would just switch to another lane. Everyone said "call the manager tomorrow." You know, if I were to go to Anza again, likely things would be alright. They'd likely be relatively capable on any given day. But I simply don't want to put my family (including two small children) at their mercy again, waiting in the cold for some mythical shuttle with space, driven by employees that don't care a whit.

Anza really needs to get it shuttle service up to par with the rest of its service. It was late Sunday night, but there were still lots of people waiting for a shuttle. Some had seen five full shuttles go by....and boy were they unhappy! We had to wait for two shuttles before we could get on. Shuttles for other lots did not seems to have this problem.

In regards to the attendants I would have put excellent if it were only for the bus drivers. They were extremely curteous and professional. On the other the whole experience with Anza ended with a very rude young asian woman who makes me not want to use your company again. She was working at the exit gate to receive payments. i actually told her face to face how unpleasant she was. i hope she was just having a bad day but I do not think so. I should have thought of getting her name.... Not a good thing for company to end on that note. Thank you

I was pretty unhappy that my car was towed from where I originally parked it and into a place where it was covered with bird excrement. I had to find where it was and wasn't happy about a game of hide and seek at the end of a long trip and the attitude of the parking attendant, one in particular, was rude.

Anza advertises shuttles every 5 minutes. Well on the eve 7/22/12 I waited 40-45 minutes for a shuttle from the International Terminal to the lot. This after the driver of a full shuttle stopped to tell us he couldn't take us and another shuttle would be along in "5 minutes". Anza was reco'd to me by a family member so I gave it a try but after seeing multiple Park-n-Fly and Park SFO shuttles go by while waiting, I'm not sure I'll be back. If Anza wants to make this right with a free day(s), coupon, etc., they can look up my credit card for the 7/22 transaction.

This was easily one of the best airport parking lot I have used. Parking attendants and shuttle driver were very courteous. And the best part was valet service. The shuttle driver intimated the parking lot about pick up, and by the time I reached the lot, the car was up front waiting for me..

Do not allow to work in your premises any person who can not be happy with their job. The delivery of my car was very good, but the cashier at the time of living your location after my return, was very rude and unhappy with her job. This is not good for your company nor for the Asian community.

Anza is the only choice as far as I am concerned. If they are not full that is where I go. No one and I mean no one provides anywhere close to the fantastic prompt and courteous service , and at good rates. Let them take over all the lots around SFO. They seem to know how to manage extraordinarily well.

This is the 4th time I have used Anza after many other lots. I have never waited over 3 minutes for a shuttle (in multiple terminals), I had to have send a bag back to the car which the shuttle operators kindly took and put safely in my car, and my last trip I had 6 heavy bags and the drive was very helpful in helping me load and unload into my car. I love these guys! Can't believe I just said that about a parking lot.

I am a frequent user of this lot but finally did the math with my Sept. 20 receipt on the $10.95/dy parking advertised. I paid $17.57 per 24 hours using the AAA card for a discount no less. Great shuttle service but seems like false advertising. Watch your wallet.

Our flight was delayed so wer were 1hr 59min past my est. arrival time...they sock it to your big time...we were charged an extra $5.59 for two additional hrs parking...be sure when making reservation to base your est. time way ahead of your known arrival time to get a better idea of your charges.

I always am pleased with how quickly your vans come. We've waited over half-an-hour for others (not too appealing after traveling over 24 hours!). Thedrivers are always courteous and always help us with the luggage. One even lifted the bags into the car (we must have looked very tired!).

Location a little farther than some of the others we've used since we are coming from SF and it seems to be on the other side of the airport. Everything else about the company was great!

The one complaint I have is that your booking instructions said to go to the center aisle and wait at the blue/white curb. We waited at the first blue/white curb in front of Southwest and watched as your driver drove past us. The airport shuttle driver told us we had to go to the next blue/white curb. Then we noticed that our ticket states to look for the "Off-Airport" shuttle signage.

Anza Parking lost my car, and blamed me for producing an old claim ticket. In fact, the claim ticket was the one given me upon my departure a week before. They finally found my car which had the corresponding claim number taped in the window.

You operate a parking lot for people who travel by air. Travel by air is difficult and tiring. Getting to & from the lot and not waiting to get your car and leave is important. I have consistently asked the cashiers to not require signatures on charges less than say $75 because it makes people wait in line at the cashier longer than necessary. Almost all other airport parking lots do not require a signature for small amounts. This would be an appreciated improvement to your service.

My backseat windows tend to fall down, and it gets worse in the rain, and the attendants were kind enough to tape a plastic bag over the open part when it started to rain while I was gone. Great service!

WHEN I CHECKD-IN @ 606AM, THE SHUTTLE DRIVER SAW ME WALKING & HE DIDN'T EVEN STOP FOR ME. THEN THE NXT SHUTTLE DRIVER WHO PICKD ME UP TOOK 20MINS TO PICK EVERYBODY IN THE LOT & THE BUS WAS STANDING ROOM ONLY. WHERE DO YOU DRAW THE LINE?

My first time to use Anza Pkg.,it's easy to find and convenient location, shuttle was right there. However, upon return the cashier was quite impatient and showed his annoyance since I didn't present the online receipt before ringing up the registry and now he has to do it again. There were no other cars lining behind me. So what's his problem so early in the morning?

The drive that picked me up on my return was either Hon or Hou. The drive back was fine, but he made the parking lot his private race way.. He needs to slow down. D

As a SF peninsula resident Anza Parking is most convenient to me of all the parking services. I've used them for many years and have always been satisfied. Their best feature is the frequency of their shuttles to and from the airport. The reduced parking fees through AirportParkingReservations.com is icing on the cake.

After my arrival at the parking lot on May 3, 2011 at 05:15 a.m. I watched as the shuttle bus pulled away one row away from me. I looked for a Shuttle stop, didn't see one so I walked to the office. I walked through an unlocked door marked Office. A slightly built girl started ranting at me telling me to get out of the office. I asked, "Where is the kiosk for the shuttle?" Indignantly she told me go back to my car or wait at the red and white sign. As I left her coworker who was sitting behind a desk started laughing. We loved your service! Easy access, pick up at the car, fast ride to and from the airport. Pick up at the curb was only 5 minutes after we stepped out of the terminal. This is much easier than parking at a hotel, where you have to put up with all the other hotel stops. The price was great! We will be back!

When I arrived back at SFO a gentlemen let me know that he had already called Anza. I didn't realize that I should call and he said it was a good double check just to be sure it was looping about every 8 minutes. he said it was especially important to do this if it was later at night.

Will never use this place again!! First I reserved self parking not valet, because I don't like people driving my new car. When I arrived I was told the lot was full and my only choice was to valet park. Since I did not have enough time before my flight, I left my key & car. After my trip I returned to find extensive damage to my rear bumper & very mean staff who basically called me a liar and said the damage was there before I arrived. I filed a claim immediately, but will tell everyone about the terrible experience so they don't get screwed as well. The only good part was the quick & curteous shuttle both ways.

Anza was tricky to find--esp. in the dark of night--no good arrows pointing to the lot. Also, when leaving last night, it was terribly hard to find Northbound 101. That wasn't marked either!!! I will probably try another parking lot next time!!
