    My husband being able to book a reservation for me on line - was a life saver. I arrived (after a 3 hour drive) at DCA to find all the parking lots full. He secured a space for me - the shuttle was perfect... will always do this now - never park at the airport again.

    the parking lot was in a hotel and the hotel phone systems where down. I called for almost an hour and no one answer. I had to end up calling the 800 central booking for marriott for them to contact a hotel manager and had someone pick me up. The hotel had all my information and flight number and they did not arrange for anyone to pick me up while their phone systems where down. ridiculous service for marriott!!!

    When returning from our trip, we called the hotel 19 times trying to get someone to answer the phone to pick our family up from the terminal. After, countless tries we finally got in touch with the hotel operator, who told us that the van would come every half hour and to look for a white van with the sign of the Marriott on both sides. We waited 2.5 hrs. Until the Marriott blue and green van finally showed up. The excuse we received was the phones were not working. The manager on duty was not there to hear about our experience but a lady that was in charge said the shuttle is a complimentary service and not a requirement for the hotel. I will never use your service again.

    45 minute Wait for shuttle almost caused me to miss flight. Unacceptable. Key didn't work when I came back, another guest had to let me in the garage and got tired waiting for desk to issue a new key

    When we arrived the hotel staff and shuttle staff were very nice. Upon our return, however, we waited over an hour for a shuttle. We called the number we were given over 20 times and were disconnected every time. We finally decided to take a taxi back to the hotel, costing us an additional $25. When we arrived at the hotel the parking shuttle was parked right out front. We went inside to speak to the staff and they said their phones had been down. We asked why the shuttle hadn't come around on the 30 minute mark like it was supposed to and they said that the shuttle only comes when called. We asked to be reimbursed for our taxi and the staff said that he could not but that we could leave our information for the manager, all in an extremely smug, sorry about you bad luck kind of way. We were excited that we finally found a new convenient and easy way to park because we travel quite often, however I don't know or we will do this again :-(

    Check-in was quick and friendly. I parked in the first spot from the entrance, which put to rest any fears I had about leaving bicycles in a car for 9 days. Garage was covered, so my car was nice and cool when I returned. Shuttle arrived shortly after we did, and waited for us to wash our hands after shoving bikes in the car. The shuttle went straight to the airport and left us a business card and pick-up instructions. Upon our return, we called the shuttle and were told it'd arrive in 15 minutes. It was there in 6, and the driver offered us bottled water. My only caution to others is that the shuttle stopped at 2 (I think) other hotels on the way back to pick up passengers. Other than that, great experience.

    I will never use this parking location again! I waited an hour for the shuttle driver to arrive at the hotel, after which the hotel staff called the shuttle driver who said that he was about 25 to 30 minutes away. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight. I sent an email to the hotel manager stating my dissatisfaction and he did not bother to respond. I wish it were possible to rate this location less than one star.

    I had to pay $25 to get to the hotel on my return trip because there was no shuttle. My plane was later getting in. It would be helpful to know the shuttle policy in advance.

    The only complaint I have about their service is the shuttle. I have used this service twice and the shuttle was not on time in either instance. It is supposed to show up at the airport every 30 minutes. I even called 20 minutes ahead to make sure it was going to be there on time. I waited 15 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to be there then called again. They had to send another driver because they didn't know where the first one went.

    Return shuttle. Called as soon as I arrived at baggage claim. Was informed of a 15-20min wait. At :30 minutes I called the hotel (parking lot) and was told the driver had been around and missed me. I managed to see 2 rounds of shuttles for seemingly EVERY other hotel in the beltway but somehow massed the courtyard shuttle -yeah - I think not. Called at :45 minutes and was told the driver was 5-10minutes away - at this point the receptionist took down my number. 20 minutes later the driver finally arrived. Very nice but full of excuses and couldn't tell time to save his life. Over one hour dead in the water...

    Wait time at the air port was an hour. They only had one van operating, at 7:45 pm Wednesday and this van was used to make several stops all over town picking up and dropping off patrons. I think it would help to advertise a one hour wait time for vans, then their is no expectation. Or tell us we are at the mercy of the hotel getting to and from the airport. They made several stops on the way to the airport as well. The driver said they changed their schedule to only have one van operating in the evening.

    We had to make 7 calls to get the shuttle. Another couple also had to make several calls. The operator at the hotel was so rude and cuts off your conversation in the middle. All the time, she was telling "you will get the shuttle, but you have to wait? Okay" That's it. I am so shocked with such an attitude and audacity of a "hotel" especially Marriot. Poor guests at the Hotel.
