    I will never use this parking location again! I waited an hour for the shuttle driver to arrive at the hotel, after which the hotel staff called the shuttle driver who said that he was about 25 to 30 minutes away. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight. I sent an email to the hotel manager stating my dissatisfaction and he did not bother to respond. I wish it were possible to rate this location less than one star.

    I had to pay $25 to get to the hotel on my return trip because there was no shuttle. My plane was later getting in. It would be helpful to know the shuttle policy in advance.

    I had to park outside on the 5th level. It looks like a Lexus dealership shares the space. I would not park there again.

    The only complaint I have about their service is the shuttle. I have used this service twice and the shuttle was not on time in either instance. It is supposed to show up at the airport every 30 minutes. I even called 20 minutes ahead to make sure it was going to be there on time. I waited 15 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to be there then called again. They had to send another driver because they didn't know where the first one went.

    Return shuttle. Called as soon as I arrived at baggage claim. Was informed of a 15-20min wait. At :30 minutes I called the hotel (parking lot) and was told the driver had been around and missed me. I managed to see 2 rounds of shuttles for seemingly EVERY other hotel in the beltway but somehow massed the courtyard shuttle -yeah - I think not. Called at :45 minutes and was told the driver was 5-10minutes away - at this point the receptionist took down my number. 20 minutes later the driver finally arrived. Very nice but full of excuses and couldn't tell time to save his life. Over one hour dead in the water...

    Wait time at the air port was an hour. They only had one van operating, at 7:45 pm Wednesday and this van was used to make several stops all over town picking up and dropping off patrons. I think it would help to advertise a one hour wait time for vans, then their is no expectation. Or tell us we are at the mercy of the hotel getting to and from the airport. They made several stops on the way to the airport as well. The driver said they changed their schedule to only have one van operating in the evening.

    We had to make 7 calls to get the shuttle. Another couple also had to make several calls. The operator at the hotel was so rude and cuts off your conversation in the middle. All the time, she was telling "you will get the shuttle, but you have to wait? Okay" That's it. I am so shocked with such an attitude and audacity of a "hotel" especially Marriot. Poor guests at the Hotel.

    I would not recommend this lot to anyone who do not value their time to get to and get picked up from the airport. It is not convenient or timely. Also, not regular pickups like the other hotels in area, need to call and wait, and wait, and wait.

    This was my VERY 1st time using this service. I love Marriott so I took a chance.... So convenient! The shuttle was free and hotel very close to airport. Drop off and pick up was such smooth sailing. I would DEFINITELY do this everytime I travel out of DCA! All the staff was helpful.

    Just missed the previous shuttle, so had to wait app. 20 minutes for it to drop off and return. On the plus side, when I called the hotel for the shuttle, I was told it'd be back in 20-25 minutes and it got back to DCA in 20 minutes.

    Shuttle wait time on the way to the airport was over 15 minutes and then the driver decided to make 2 additional stops before taking us to the airport. Getting picked up from the airport were even more outrageous. We called for the shuttle and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes, were told it would be 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. 30 minutes later we called back and were told it would be 10-15 more minutes. 25 minutes after that, the shuttle finally arrived. We had waited for over an hour after landing and getting our baggage. Unacceptable, and no apologies or explanations. Traffic conditions were fine, so that is not the reason.

    The hotel phone lines were down when we returned and we waited 1.5 hours for our shuttle back to our vehicle after our return flight. The driver was bogged down and had several radio messages from the hotels during our transfer requesting he pick up passengers that had been waiting. They needed another driver making rounds and a better way for us to communicate that we were ready for pick up considering phone lines were down. They should have had a driver making rounds to check for passengers while phones were down.
