Had to wait 20 minutes for shuttle pickup. Advertising indicated on 10 minute wait. Need more shuttles or more frequent pick up.
I've left my car here a couple of times, the place always is in very good shape and clean. The employees are very courteous, the place looks safe and rates are very competitive.

I paid for indoor parking and when I arrived the sign in the garage stated that there was only parking available on the roof. Fortunately, the service rep gave me the discounted rarte upon my return. This was my second lot, and I might return, I'm still looking for a regular parking spot for my business trips to NYC.
1. The wait at the airport was excessive. 2. The attendant in the garage was rude.
I will use a different lot next time. I like the one with the shuttle that picks up and drops off passengers where their car is parked instead of having to walk to/from the reception area..
when leaving we waited for 20 minutes till attended open the gate I guess the system went down.

Shuttle pick up at the airport was poor on Dec 9th at approx 9:30pm. I waited for a substantial length of time 20+ minutes and ended up calling to check on when the shuttle was arriving. By the time it got there many people were waiting for it causing a mad dash and some left to wait for another shuttle. You need to post signs telling people to prepay at the machines or counter before trying to exit the lot.
It was a chaotic checkout. The attendant took my reservation at check-in and then I had to have it check out. They have no apparent records of anything on file - and it took about 20 minutes to check-out after I had to find the reservation e-mail and e-mail it to attendant's personal e-mail so he could have a record of it. I am unlikely to use again - even though everything else was very nice.

Seems safe, secure, roomy vans, water/coffee provided for free if needed. Agree w/ another reviewer that they should have a system to easily deal when someone doesn't bring their printed ticket, etc.

The reason for 2 stars is what happens when you try to leave. You either have to have a print out of your reservation; or you email it to them at that moment. If all you did was write down the reservation code, you would not be able to get your vehicle out. Upon entering you obtain a ticket, you must present this ticket along with the printed out or emailed reservation. Then you pay the balance of what is left. I strongly encourage exact change because the guy behind the counter seemed to have to use his own money to get the exact change. Or use a CC. Their whole payment system seems to be very archaic. They could make this whole experience a lot easier if they stored some information. After a long weekend and a late flight this is something you don't want to have to deal with if you didn't realize you had to have all of this. I know this doesn't sound all that bad, but the experience could be polished up with them having the ability to store information about the reservation. I shouldn't have to waste paper or have to hold onto a ticket.

Very rude attendant - he was helping me and when a man walked up he stopped what he was helping me with and said, "Let me take care of this customer first" and I responded, "I am a customer" and he proceeded to tell me that my transaction would take more time - really? Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Appalling!
Now that I know where you are I won't have a problem finding you again but on the first go-round, I tried to follow the directions but ended up finding you quite by accident after I realized I was lost. I came in from the 94 on to the 5. It would be nice if your site had a vicinity map with definitive arrows marking the route to the lot from all directions. Everything else was great. Thanks.
