    30 minutes to wait outside for shuttle in one degree temperature. Cashier not happy with customers because we all came in at once to pay.

    I would not recommend Airprot Valet Parking at the Buffalo airport to anyone. Waited nearly .5 hour after texting our arrival. This meant standing outside in the freezing cold at 12:30 am. waiting for the van. When the driver finally came he was uncertain if he had another pickup at the airport - which was nearly deserted by that time. When we arrived at the Budget office (where the valet parking is based) waited nearly another .5 hour while the clerk served a customer wanting to rent a car. Finally she asked us if we wanted to pay. Because it was December thought it was wise to use a valet service but self parking is much faster and check out is efficient.

    Great service! Would definitely recommend. Shuttle was quick both ways and all employees were pleasant and helpful. When we got back, our car was clear of snow and warm as promised!

    It took nearly .5 an hour after sending a text- the suggested communication method.before someone came. Hence we were standing outside in the freezing cold as we had to keep watch. Then the driver was unsure if he needed to wait for another customer. It was nearly 1am and the Buffalo airport deserted. Took .5 hour to process our bill at the Budget building as someone was trying to rent a car having made no previous arrangements. Finally the clerk asked if we just needed to pay. All in all it was very slow and inefficient. I would not recommend valet parking there to snyoine. Parking Spot - our usual place - is far better organized and efficient.

    parking lot was very difficult to find we drove around for at least 20 minutes trying to find it. We luckily pulled into your parking lot to inquire where you were located and it happened to be the right one. don't understand why the name and address number are not at the road to make it easier to find. Also when we left we were handed the wrong set of keys to our vehicle.

    The wait was way too long upon our arrival back. It was about 4:30 pm on October 3rd and it was a good 25 minutes before the shuttle showed up. Very disappointing.
