    The check in process was great. I did have to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. I texted twice and it turned out the machine was out of paper. Thus a fair rating. I was frustrated that I had to wait that long but was impressed with the honesty. I did not receive an apology from the clerk however the drivers were very courteous. I would call before texting next time.

    We were very pleased with the service and will definately use it again. We had a terribly stressful flight back to Buffalo with our 2 year old and the shuttle driver was kind, friendly and made the helped end our trip on a good note.

    All your employees were courteous and helpful when we got to speak or see them. The phone # extension to get the pickup shuttle just rang and rang. We tried twice (exceeding 4 minutes the first time). On our third call we pressed the ext for general info & got someone. It was then 25 minutes until we saw a shuttle.

    The wait at the facility was way too long. When we returned to pick up our car we waited 35 minutes in the office to pay. Only one person was working and she was busy answering the phone and making reservations for those on the phone while we waited at the window. Will not use your service again

    I haved used your service for the last 3 years and have been satisfied. This trip was the same with the exception of the shuttle service. I waited for 30 min in the cold for the shuttle to arrive and when he did there was no apology for the tardiness. At the office I was told this behavior was not uncommon but no discount offered. This experience certainly left a bad taste of your service.

    I found the shuttle service to be quite slow when we returned from our trip. As we were waiting for the shuttle to pick us up, there was 3 shuttles from Thrifty to your one shuttle from Budget.

    Your service was overall excellent. Very prompt and courteous. The driver that assisted me on the return flight was very helpful.and the young lady at the counter was kind enough to provide me with a map directing me back to the Queenston- Lewiston bridge, which I would have had trouble finding. I have never flown out of Buffalo before but would do so again and would certainly use your Company's services and will be sure to recommend you to my friends.
