After your trip, once you have returned to BUF please call upon landing from the courtesy phone at the Baggage Claim area.

    Always an easy process, no walking to your car, they load and unload your bags from your car to the shuttle and then also on return. Always have your car pulled up front.

    My husband and I were very satisfied with the service. The people were all very friendly, our car was ready for us when we arrived back to the lot and the shuttle arrived very quickly. We will certainly use airport valet parking again.

    I have always used your service. Last Jan, the pick up stop was changed, and we were not informed. It was 20 degrees when we came back to Buffalo and had to wait outside for a lot longer than we should have because the shuttle was so far away. I do not appreciate that location of the shuttle. It is the very last spot at the Buffalo Airport after crossing the street.

    I would've given a higher rating, but, upon landing at the airport, I called the number given to me to get the shuttle, and, upon pressing "1" to have immediate shuttle transport, the phone rang once, and than there was nothing. I called about 7 times, and nothing. Fortunately, I found a couple who needed the shuttle, too, and they were able to get through. Basically, I "hitched a ride" with them back to the lot. I wasn't sure how I would've handled the situation if I hadn't met them. Get a taxi? Walk? I don't know if I will use this place again because of that. Very disappointed.

    The girl at the front desk was juggling between Car Rental and Parking but she handled it very well. The drivers we had (one going and one coming) were both polite, talkative and good drivers. Thanks!

    The desk attendant was nice. Once we arrived at the parking lot and had delivered our vehicle, we had to wait in the shuttle for approximately 10 minutes for the shuttle driver, and this was after three personal trips to the office asking if we could get going. Once the driver climbed into the shuttle/van, he made a few comments under his breathe and drove very aggressively the short distance to the airport. Our our return, we had a similar experience. Thrifty had three separate pickups by the time it took our shuttle/van to arrive at the airport. Once it had arrived, we were again greeted by a different driver, but a similar attitude. Again, he drove some what aggressively back to the parking lot, speeding up and then stopping hard in between stop signs. I know that it's just a parking lot, but I think that I'll either park at the airport next time, or look elsewhere.

    Overall service good. Like text message idea on return. Was a little slow on signing in, there were a few people and the Budget Rental has a cost who would not stop talking. Overall experience good, will do again.
