When I tried to start car after paying, it would not start. Valet person explained he had had trouble starting it, and was unsure whether to turn it off when he got it up front, but did. He quickly arranged to boost the battery and we got home fine. I do think that someone had left lights on during time it was parked with you.

Dissapointed with the pick up, thought that once you text your reservation number this would automatically send the shuttle to pick you up....No then you have to call to arrange the pick up. may give it another try, not sure yet

We were coming in from NYC and called to let you know we were there and other people must have as well and a smaller van was sent over and parked beside a larger bus and we didn't see your van until it was already full. We use your service all the time and this is the first time we've had to wait for more than half an hour to get literally across the street.

Arrived back at Buffalo on 5/20/11 around 9:30 a.m. called for the shuttle approx. 9:45. At 10:00 a.m. no shuttle, so I called again. I was asked who I talked to the first time (the one who answers never gives their names) because they didn't get the message to pick me up! At 10:15 a.m. I called again for not being picked up and while on the phone the shuttle finally arrived. I was given a one day discount for the delay but was still disappointed on the service. Even the driver seemed annoyed as I tried to get his attention to tip him but he hurriedly left and ignored me when we were leaving.

The car seemed to have sustained a little roughing when we retrieved it, the passanger window was bent in, their was a new scatch on the car and the wheel was visibly scraped along something. this was rather dissapointing considering it only had to be parked and retreievd for us.

I was shocked to see that my van had been left running for 20 minutes before I got to it. That is ridiculous! If the same person is fetching cars and driving the shuttle, the cars need to be shut off while he goes to fetch their drivers.

Great service - because of your staff. I don't care about the lot, provided it is secure, but the attendants are key. The two we had were outstanding - courteous, helpful and they loaded the bags quickly and efficiently. I have mobile challenges and they were patient and very helpful in getting me seated with minimal fuss. Pay them well - they are why we will come back and will urge friends to do so too.

I was very impressed with the service. I was very surprised that our car was waiting for us with it running and the trunk open parked under the canopy. The attendent just placed out suitcases in the trunk and we were done. It was raining and cold. I have a lot of friends that fly out of Buffalo and have already told them about your service. 5 Stars all around Ted Basiak

My trip back to the airport was great with no issues. However, when I arrived I called as soon as I had my luggage and was told someone would pick me up in 20 min. However, it took 5 calls and 1 hour and 20min later to finally be picked up. All I got was an apology. Unexceptable in my opion.

The wait time for pick-up was not unusually long but it was 10 mins. You could improve the wait time for pick-up at the airport other than that we definitely will use Budget Valet for our next trip.

Service flying out was excellent. We waited in the cold for 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive from Budget, despite 3 visits to the Budget rental car front desk and phone calls from them for the shuttle. I actually finally left my family behind and ran to the parking lot. It was weird, I found my car waiting for me, running and warmed up, cleared my bill and still had to wait for the shuttle to arrive with the rest of my bone-chilled family. So, overall the entrance experience, including making the reservations, was excellent. The exit experience was very poor and frustrating. I would like to use the service again from this airport yet am hesitant to use Budget again. Stephen Kern

Was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Airport Valet Parking. Coming back from the Bahamas to Buffalo in February is usually a chilling experience, but the shuttle came quickly and having the car already cleaned off and warmed up was the best.

The whole process is so easy, from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate; the payment process (and price) is easy; the directions to, and the location of the lot are fantastic. The customer service is wonderful and the shuttles are clean and well-maintained. The drivers are courteous and helpful. Arriving home, the shuttle was at the airport within minutes of the call from courtesy phone in the airport. It's crazy not to use this service!!
