Upon arrival, take a ticket and proceed down to find parking. Valet guests may stay on the main floor and follow the signs to valet drop off. Guests who self park may need to leave their keys with an attendant if they park in a tandem space. Self park guests may then proceed up the elevator to the lobby and proceed through the parking structure, just outside of the main entrance to the shuttle waiting area. Garage clearance is 6'2". Any vehicle higher than this clearance must valet. Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

Online feedback to my inquiry wasn't 100% but okay - I had to assume a minute over 24 hours counts as an addt'l day, and apparently does. Overall less expensive than another service I shopped. Pickup location wasn't clear - other than others/TSA standing there. Pleasant Italian chauffeur! Will use Airport Spectrum again.
Had to locate an attendant to move a car parked directly behind mine. Staff very helpful and kind to my wife who has a walking disability
Overall didn't have any major issues however this lot is advertised as indoor valet so I purchased valet and my car was so obviously not kept indoor during my trip which is false advertising. Also the staff barely say so much as a Hello or acknowledgement and forget about them helping you with your luggage. Since my car returned safe and without any damage albeit dirty I would give this place a fair rating, however when you pay for indoor valet that's what you should get. Also the shuttles do not run regularly they are on demand so you do have to wait a bit for the shuttle, I find the hotel shuttles much more efficient. I would probably go the hotel route next time.

Very unprofessional service! Our driver was on the phone for the drive and was rude to a wheel-chaired customer. She kept repeating "I ain't picking that up" making them very uncomfortable. The shuttle service is not every 15 minutes.. we waited 45 minutes and and that might be an understatement. Then when I went to pay the cashier said "ticket" and that was the end of our conversation. Rude and impersonal. I would not use this again unless they work on their customer service.

The parking lot is very convenient to the LAX terminals. The parking lot sttendents and shuttle drivers are courteous and provide prompt service.
We called the front desk three times starting at 7:43 we were told 15 minutes then called back 25 minutes later and we were told 5 minutes then we called back 10 minutes later and we were told another 10 minutes.There was no apology for the long wait.We were finally in our car at about 9 PM. We will not be using Spectrum again shuttles take too long.Second time I have had a long wait. Ps in the same time we saw at least 3 Wally Park and about 6 Century Park vans
We'd check in and park on August 23th, 2016 at 6am and it took us more than 10 minutes to find the right parking for overnite customer. That morning the parking attendance was nice but the cashier was not. We came back on August 30th, 2016 at 9:00pm waited for our shuttle for 25mins. The lady that pick us up that night just sat in the shuttle didn't lets us know we have to put all our luggages ourself and she was the same way went we arrived at the parking structure. When we arrive the cashier that night was extremely rude, we paid our fees and ask her please show us where p2 f7 parking area was, and she said just go toward the parking lot and look for it ourself. We went down there and we got lost, I came back and ask her if someone can please if us some dirrection but she said she know nothing about the parking lot because she never been there. There were another male attendance working that night sat next to her and I also ask him to show me some dirrection he also declined. Through all this ordeal I had stayed calm and very polite to them. I went back down to the parking lot after 10mins found our car but our car was block in so I ask the attendance that was there please let us out. He did move the car but didn't say anything to me the whole time. We don't usually write negative review but in this case we just your manamagements take some action on your customer service in the future. Thank You
I self-parked which wasn't a problem at all. Finding a parking spot, the elevators, the pick-up location - all were surpringly easy to locate. The parking attendants and shuttle drivers were all very friendly, personable yet professional.
The women who drive the van are so courteous and drive very safe.
The attendant when we arrived was not good but we went to the cashier who was there when we returned as well and he was fabulously efficient and easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again
The woman who picked us up on 8/28/16 at 7:15 pm was on her cell phone THE ENTIRE TIME. She pulled over at our airport stop and opened the door, and BECAUSE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE, SHE KEPT ROLLING, ANDIMMEDIATELY SHUT THE DOOR BEFORE WE GOT IN. When we walked to the back of the van, we heard her talking and thought she was talking to us, but she was WAS ON A PERSONALD CALL on the phone. AND, she was on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS DRIVING, talking about her friends and putting in applications for jobs, etc. When we arrived back to the garage, she was STILL ON THE PHONE. This DISTRACTED behavior is not only very unprofessional, IT IS VERY DANGEROUS. Putting your customers at risk should be grounds for dismissal.
When we came back from our flight we waited over 45 minutes and were sardined in the shuttle because us travelers had to complete with the people that work and park at that same location. Horrible experience coming back. Had it not been for this we would have been very impressed. Never again!!
The wait time was over 40 minutes. When we called after 20 minutes we were told another 10. That wasn't true. We would have just taken a cab if we knew it was going to be that long. THEN because they are 10 passenger vans the driver had to leave others behind at the next terminal. People wanted to get in the van and couldn't. Poor shuttle service. Then the staff barely looked up over the counter at us when we paid for the week's parking. Poor experience.
Our first time there and could have had a little more signage for directions to the valet area out front. We arrived at 6:00am and no one to ask. But we will definitely use your company again.
the name of the company is different than the name on the shuttle so it get complicated
The shuttle was very nice and the drivers were great. The lady at desk when we returned Tuesday 8/23 at 5pm was very rude and not friendly. Either was having a bad day or doesn't like her job. Was upsetting to be be greeted in such a poor manner.
