The business is on an unlit street parallel to railroad tracks. There is no visible sign, at least in the dark, and the parking lot is not lit. As a single woman traveler I found it intimidating.

Couldn't find the parking facility. People asked had no idea where you where. Directions from your attendent were terrible. Ended up parking at the airport.

This was first time using airport parking. Personnel were very pleasant. Came back after dark and had difficulty finding our way back to I-95 (didn't think to ask for a map or directions).
