I had a great experience with the parking service. I was surprised at the quality of the lot itself (just a fenced in patch of grass/dirt by the road) so I was a bit suspect as I left for my trip. Regardless, I was pleasantly surprised and would gladly use this company again for my future travel.

The shuttle drivers were excelent, friendly and courteous. However, the office and phone attendant(same person) sounded like he couldn't hate his job more, and like I was bothering him by doing business with him.

Gentlemen answering the phone seemed to not care. They didn't come across very pleasant. On the other hand, however, the drivers were awesome. Fernando, in particular, was so courteous and friendly - he brightened my day!!! Thanks :)
