only 1 person working. Ride to airport was very scary. He drove like a maniac. Pickup from airport ride was good.

I have used this parking site several times and have found the service excellent and the attendant very helpful and nice. They have also upgraded their van that takes to the Airport in the last week. Very nice.
Parking was easy to find. Shuttle driver was polite and helped us with all of our luggage. I was concerned because of reviews that I read that stated that the parking spaces were very small/tight but they were ok. This location could really use a newer vehicle but it did get us from point A to point B. Only one attendant at the lot and he was also the van driver so this left the lot unattended and gate open while he was gone. This made me wonder about the safety/security of vehicles within the lot. Overall this was an ok lot and I may or may not use it again in the future.
Placed numerous calls for pickup. After a half an hour scheduled our own transportation to the lot and picked up the car. We had hoped to beat the traffic but this placed us right in the middle of it.
Last summer I used this parking lot. This year I chose a different lot. I had a coupon that was shown on the site I gave it to the guy who was checking me out and he totally disregarded it. I'm not an overly judgmental person but they should attempt to be cordial since we are paying their salaries. I am paying more this summer because of the rudeness of the staff. It is 24 hour with shuttle that is why i gave it 2 stars.

It is what it is. I chose the cheapest parking, my car was still there when I returned, so I guess I shouldn't complain much. The transport shuttle was an old and dirty van, but it is available 24/7. You might have to call the guy a couple times if the guy is sleeping or out on a shuttle run. It was a one person operation - check-in, shuttle, check-out. Have to call for shuttle.

I want to let you know that my experience with "Airport Parking" at 4832 W. 47th St, Chicago, IL 60638 was downright horrific. I landed at the scheduled time of 6:30pm last night (4/21/15) and called the number of the valet claim ticket after I had luggage in hand and was waiting outside. There were two different numbers on the valet ticket. I called at 6:52pm, 6:53pm, 6:55pm, 6:55pm, 7:00pm and 7:00pm. A total of SIX times! No one was picking up the phone. It rang and rang and rang. And when the person finally did pick up the phone, he answered "Parking" and I said, "Yes, I'm at Midway Airport" and I immediately heard a click. The person hung up on me. During those SIX calls I made, I kept calling back and got hung up on 2 more times. I had 5 signal bars on my phone so it wasn't a bad connection. Finally after waiting outside for over 20 mins, I decided to take a cab to the lot (which cost me $12.85). I called one last time and said "I've been calling the number on the ticket for the past 20 mins and keep getting hung up on!" He says "Ok where are you?" I said, "In a cab! You weren't answering the call so I left!" When I got to the lot, all hell broke loose. This man literally started screaming at me that I did NOT call six times and called me a LIAR several times. "YOU LIE! YOU LIE! YOU NOT CALL ME SIX TIMES! SHOW ME ON MY PHONE WHERE YOU CALL SIX TIMES!" I said, "What?! Show you on YOUR phone where I called YOU six times? How or why would I do that?" So I showed him on MY phone the call log (which I still have) where I called six times and I said, "Don't you ever call me a liar again. This proves I called you six times." He then says, "This is YOUR fault. You should have waited at the airport for 15 mins (longer) before calling." WHAT?! I said, "What are you talking about? I called six times after I got my luggage! I was out there for over 20 mins!" This ridiculous argument went on for another 5 mins. He continued to SCREAM at me that I was 1. a liar 2. didn't call 6 times 3. shouldn't have taken a cab 4. didn't wait at the airport long enough and 5. wasn't going to deduct the cab fare from the amount due. So I gave him my CC and he charged it the full $40.50, handed me the key and pointed where my car was parked. Went back inside and slammed the office door. This is not only bad customer service, this is verbal assault. I should have called the police because I felt very unsafe and threatened by him screaming at me in this little office at night and we're the only people there. I strongly suggest you severe ties with this company immediately. I would appreciate someone from your site to respond to get this issue resolved. Thank you.
The driver was timely, we arrived at the parking lot, was able to park our truck and within 15 minutes we were headed to the airport to make our flight. Upon arrival back home, we grab our luggage and less than 15 minutes the driver picked us up, packed our luggage in his van and we were back at our vehicle. Timely and efficient service is what we received.

When we arrived at the lot, there was no one there to check us in. It seems there was only one person working, and since he was taking other passengers to the airport, there was no one left at the lot to monitor incoming customers. Other than that delay, everything was great. We had to wait less than 10 minutes to be picked up at the airport when we returned. Checkout was quick.
Drop off and pick up was prompt but overloading the van and talking on a cell phone was off putting.
We waited over 45 minutes to be picked up by the parking shuttle and then returned to an overcrowded parking lot. Parking the car was difficult as well as the parking spots were very narrower. We will never use this parking lot again!
Very friendly and respectful upon arrival and departure. Great way to start and end the vacation. Actually, the best part of the trip from hell.
