    The lot was very dirty and WAY too full for all the cars they had. The obviously had a system but I felt very nervous leaving my van there.

    Parking lot wasnt that easy to find and they just sent you off to get yourself parked which was confusing for a first time customer. However they are good and prompt.

    I would not park here if you want prompt service. When we arrived at their lot at 645 pm, there was no one there and they weren't answering phone calls. Twenty minutes later they finally answered and came to pick us up. When we arrived back at Midway, they did answer our call, but still took at least 20 minutes to come get us.

    When we arrived their was no employee at the location. Also the parking lot was almost full only three spots left to park and we could not park in two of the because the other cars where parked at an angle. The only one left was very tough to get our truck into.

    ODIE was our driver/attendant!!!! He was WONDERFUL!!!!! So kind and nice!!! We took numerous shuttle trips on our mini vacation and he ranked a MILLION compared to others!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! Will use this location again next year and hope that ODIE will be there to help us!!!! Thanks

    Very poor service. Shuttle driver never talked to us.Talked on his cell phone the entire time and tried to continue while we were checking out. Could not find our paperwork and wanted to charge us for the entire fee after we had made a reservation deposit.. Terrible terrible service!!!

    Initially nervous leaving the car in a place that looked a bit small & older. The parking spaces were small & I thought for sure I'd have scratches upon return. However, we were incredibly impressed with promptness of service, shuttle & check-in/check-out. The car was in perfect condition upon return & I would use this place again, definitely!

    I reserved a parking at the Airport Express parking at Midway. When I reached the parking garage I was told that it is full. I was told there is nothing they can do about it. So I had to leave and find another parking which was expensive. Luckily they decided to honor the payment I made at this website and allowed me to park. The website is popular and well known. It is only good if you make a wise choice.

    The driver was rude and dangerous driver. He went thru stop signs on residential streets and sped down them where children were present. I will NEVER park in this lot again!

    There was confusion when we were picked up from the airport. I paid for two cars (two seperate parties). The driver insisted that only one car and one party was suppose to be picked up. He was rude and arguementive. After we made it to the office, the gentleman there was a bit more understanding and had the proper paperwork for both cars and both parties. It would have been better if the driver had just left it alone and let us deal with the man in the office. He clearly didn't know how to handle the situation.

    The first attendant was very courteous. He opened the doors and handled our luggage and he was very professional. His smile was worth a million bucks which made you feel comfortable. The second attendant was no hands on. He did not get out the van until we arrived at the parking lot. These gentleman were definetly two different individuals. Presentation always matter!     We had to wait in the van for an extra 20 minutes for another party. Once we arrived at the lot, it was pouring rain and the driver did not help us with our luggages or even help us get out of the car. Once we found our car on our own, we were stuck since there were other cars parked behind us and we had to wait another 10 minutes to wait for someone to come help us. I will never take this car service again and will advise my friends, coworkers, and family the same.

    The shuttle was there within a couple minutes of pulling up to take us to the airport. Upon our return we called the number and the shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Gotta love the curbside service!
