Shuttle was longer than normal on pick up from airport

couldn't recommend them more. Took us to airport as soon as we were there, picked us up in minutes. Helped us out with a dead battery. Great place.

Easy to find. Hard to park in the tight spaces when dropping off & scraped my bumper on the tall curb in the lot- but this was my fault. Coming back was easy - we picked up our luggage, walked out the door at Midway & there was one of their vans waiting! No stress! The drivers were friendly, loaded and unloaded our luggage. Would recommend and use these folks again.

The service was efficient, timely and affordable. My flight came in on time at 12:35 am . As I left the Gate I called the service. I didn't check a bag and I mentioned that to the driver. He was there when I exited Gate Four on the arrival level. This expedited my trip home which was welcome given the time of morning.
Gentleman that drove me to and from airport was nice, pleasant and made my travel very easy!

When I arrived home and called for the shuttle, the driver spoke very quickly and had an accent so I could not understand him. I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. Then when I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the shuttle, I was concerned that I was not waiting in the right place because I might have misunderstood him. There were 2 other passengers in the shuttle with me who were having the same difficulty.
THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL!!! They snow piled about 6 feet of snow behind my car, refused to help me get my car out, and were extremely rude and harassed me the whole time. I HAD TO FIND A TOW AT 2 AM in negative degree weather to help me. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Pay the extra money to park at a better place. WORST COMPANY EVER.
The credit card reader was not working so I had to pay cash. A bit rough considering it was the end of a trip. I arrived home to over 2 feet of snow and had to dig out. Not bad, again just a let down at the end of a long travel day. I reserved my parking online and I am glad I had my email with me because the attendant had no clue what I was supposed to pay.
I always have a good experience with this parking place. The attendant is courteous and on time. The price is decent and I always feel that my car is safe. Will always use this option if I'm flying out of Midway.

I could barely understand the attendant. A lot if snow had fallen. There was still snow on our car which I had to brush off. He did not help me with our bags at the lot. I had to make three trips in 10 degree weather between the van and my car while the attendant sat in his heated office and my family sat in the van (which the attendant had turned off).
Would be nice to have had a non-smoked-in cleaner van. But no actual smoking while we were being shuttled, and no residue in the car, which they had to move around some in their cramped lot, so that's a plus.
