This is my 4th time parking at this lot-it is easy to find-shuttles comes immediately to my car/driver quickly gets my bags into shuttle-airport shuttle is quick within 5-10 min, of my arrival to be picked up. All drivers have been helpful, friendly and professional. I will use this lot again when coming to Detroit Airport.

There was a gentlemen that was driving the shuttle for a midnight pickup early morning of april 10th, it was my family and some other women. when he dropped the women off, they had a flat. he immediately called the front, had them charge the air compressor and came to their aide. That might be very common in your business but he did it with grace. That will keep me coming back to your lot always for the sense of security.

At curb, most other companies' vans had made 2-3 trips before your van showed up. Your driver was friendly and willing to help with a lot of bags. The attendant's personality was kinda flat although she did not make a big deal of my lost ticket.

I really like your shuttle service, but the last few times, after being picked up at the Spirit terminal, we always double back to the Mcnamara terminal to pick up additional riders. Although I understand why, it is very time-consuming, due to the fact, that you can't go directly to McNamara from the old North terminal. It took an hour from getting off the plane, picking up my luggage and getting to my car on my last trip. More often than not, there were no additional riders, so it was a not only a waste of time, but also of gas!

It took 25 minutes to be picked up after our flight came in. A park n' go van drove right past my associate and I without stopping long enough to pick us up. I was very tired after flying all night, and to wait outside in 30 degree weather for 25 minutes is unacceptable. While your drivers were nice, the service was poor and we will not return.

The drivers both ways were GREAT. The attendant at the window was so rude! So much so that I am considering not coming back. We were there at around midnight, are windows were frozen shut so my husband had to open his door. She -started-- screaming at him to more forward (we knew he had left enough clearance). He handed her our ticket and said " I prepaid some" She yelled "I CAN'T READ YOUR MIND". It is a shame that you have such kind wonderful drivers and then have someone so rude to leave the last impression.

I think the amount of shuttles that came through the lot while I was parking was great we saw 3 before catching one at our leisure! The other thing was the late night attendant was very nice. The only thing I would like to have seen was a sign of where to meet the shuttle at the airport as other companies were designated but we couldnt find a sign of where to wait, though they werent really difficult to find. Thanks for a great and simple experience. Also I have parked at other facilities and yours was very easy to find and located quite close to our airport.

The driver of the shuttle was too busy talking to us and not paying attention to the road. We were in a turn around loop stopped behind another shuttle bus, and the driver decided to accelerate and crashed into the shuttle in front of us.

The attendant who "attended" us when we returned and left the lot was very disrespectful and rude. I did not have my paperwork and he did not even ask for my name so that he could search for my reservation. A woman (supervisor?) came and asked for my name and found my reservation after I sat there for several minutes trying to find my email confirmation for the first man.

I waited about 20 minutes at McNamara for a pick up, at 3 pm on Thursday. During that time 9 yellow buses and 6 US Park buses came by. If the people had not been so nice (the driver, the man who cleared my car, and the cashier were all very nice and helpful), i was ready to switch to a different lot next time.

I used this parking service, then the next time I used the McNamara terminal parking which was awful. Park n Go is prompt and there are always shuttles to take you back and forth. The last time I used an alternate service I had the following major issues: 1. On my return I waited almost 2 hours before a shuttle came to pick us up...that was after making several inquiries. 2. Before my departure on arriving at the parking lot, there were no parking spots and I had to park on a make-shift space. I am traveling again this coming weekend and I am so going to use the Park n Go service.

Airport Reservations.com's phone customer service saved me a lot of grief the day I was headed to the airport and forgot my parking receipt. The representative assured me that the copy was not needed until I return. Then, I knew that another copy could be printed by me before I returned from my destination. Glad the phone option was available for customer service.

She demanded our reservation papers, took my husband's credit card, had us wait for 5 minutes or more, then handed the card and reciept back and immediately shut the window. The wait time upon our return to the airport was over 25 minutes. I expect 10 minutes or less for off-site airport parking. Then we had to drive all the way to the other terminal where nobody was waiting and wasted another 10 minutes. We saw multiple airport parking shuttles pass by numerous times before our shuttle arrived. This was the most frustrating part! The ride quality of the shuttle was very harsh which only aggravated the matter.

Troy was extremely nice and he even helped us with jump starting our car--dead battery!! They were prompt ,never waited the shuttle was there waiting for us both on arrival to the lot and at the airport when we returned. Very satisfied.

We've used Park N Go on four trips in the last 12 months. There's no other way to fly out of Detroit conveniently. Rapid service both going to the airport and upon arriving back in Detroit. Always a shuttle waiting to transport us back to our car!! Excellent way to travel.

I had forgotten to give the attendant my computerised discount paper upon departure from the Romulus facility. I lost my discount. The next day I called the location and talked to "SANDY". My credit card was credited with the proper refund. She was extremely polite and helpfull.

Shuttle driver was there to meet us when we pulled in. Driver was very courtious and helped with our bags. The same is true for the return. Attendant asked if I had prepaid before charging for parking. Suggestion: Attendant or driver should give parking location of vehicle to owner so as not to waste time when returning. Overall: Service was good and price reasonable. I will definately use Park and Go in the future.

Everything was excellent especially the two extremely courteous and friendly drivers that dropped us off and picked us up at the Airport. - - The ONLY difficulty we encountered, when we left the terminal we couldn't find any sign that had YOUR name so we walked up and down a few times. Two different people suggested it was one direction and then the other, but still couldn't find any sign!

Shuttle service when arriving back into Detroit was every poor - Had to wait over 30 mins for shuttles with 3 Children (4, 5 and 6 months old) in the cold. Worked out very well. My only complaint was that they allowed a huge van to park so close to our vehicle that I could not get my bags in the car as the door could only open 50% of the way. This actually was the fault of the person who owned the van, but it still was frustrating!

Attendant tried to charged me higher amount than what I had booked for. He was not courteous at all. I booked on line rates of $7.00/day but he wanted to charged me 9.50 . Driver- older gentleman that took us to the airport on Feb 19 around 1pm was awesome, friendly, helpful would give him an 'Excellent' rating. The younger man that picked us up from the a/p in the early morning hours of March 7 around 2am was quiet, not helpful, didn't raise a finger to help with a bag or the van door, would give him a fair - poor rating. unfortunately the front license plate on my car disappeared while parked at your Detroit Park and Go location. I was parked by the fence, close to the road and perhaps someone wanted an Ontario license plate as a souvenir. I did not notice that it was missing until I had driven for 2 hours. I am sure it did not fall off as the plate, screws and car are fairly new and were not rusty.

The one thing that was very upsetting is that upon arrival back from our trip we found our car buried in snow. My husband, who is 66, had to dig us out. The driver helped a little but did not seem to know what to do with the shovel! We found it very poor business that we had to dig our way out. It seems that if we pay for a parking space it should be easily accessable both coming and going. For that matter there was a lot of snow that I had to step into when we parked as well, and since I was not wearing boots on the plane, it did get my feet all wet. So I think the care of you lots is very poor and if it winter I am not so sure I will be using your lot again.

Taking car back was a challenge because parking lot was overcrowded and many cars were blocked by other cars, so to get out required help from shuttle driver (driving blocking cars) and a lot of maneuvering which may be a challenge for some drivers.
