At check out it took 5 minutes to establish what I owed on a reservation made days before.
I realised at the boarding gate that I had left my cell phone in my car! I retuemd to where the shuttle runs from. Got a shuttle bus in 5 minutes, told the driver my position and was quickly taken back to the parking lot and brought back. Excellent service. I will park there again and use this airport more often than not.
Address to Park-N-Go was hard to find. I put in Wickham instead of Wick and found it that way per a customer review on your website. Wick took me somewhere by the airport. The bald driver that picked me up from the airport needs to shut his mouth and just be friendly. He ruined my experience there. The driver that dropped me off at the airport was great. He didn't say much. Just did his job in a hurry which is all I ask for.
Very friendly shuttle driver, quick and safe way to park the car . Highly recommend this place .
Park and Go is our parking choice when we travel from Detroit Metro. Easy access, short wait time (if any), reasonably priced. Why fight the traffic and crowds in the airport parking lot?
I checked all boxes excellent and rated the lot and staff a 5 because they are always professional, efficient and they shuttle busses where right there when I left and arrived I had no wait. Hats off to all of you
We'll be back!
Easy access, pleasant staff.
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE TOTAL SERVICE
I've used this Park N Go for years and have never ever been disappointed. Drivers are always pleasant and it's just so much easier than trying to park on airport.
First time we tried Park and Go. Everything went very smoothly. Drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Transportation van was ready immediately when dropping off car. Waited 5-10 minutes when getting picked up at airport.
The overall experience was good. Unfortunately, there were not any clear directions on how to find the facility.
It was VERY hard to find the parking lot, they have the wrong street down on the site it says Wick Rd it's suppose to be Wickham. Other than that everything was great.
I was very pleased with the parking arrangements and staff. I would definitely use your parking facility again.
Great service. I'll use it again.
I will use your parking again . Great service! :)
The only negative feedback I have is there were shuttles from other parking garages that has came around at least 4-5 times, before our shuttle showed up.
Lady at the parking lot window was very rude.
The only people that were there were the shuttle bus drivers. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have known what to do or how anything worked. No one was operating the window so i couldn't even stop to ask questions.
