Upon arrival, obtain a take a ticket and proceed to find parking on levels 4 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the shuttle service waiting area at the west side of the parking structure. Garage clearance is 6'6".

Covered, self- parking is available at this location, as well as one level of open, rooftop parking. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from LAX every 15-20 minutes. Reservations made here on guarantee your parking space.

Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    Elevators weren't working and spaces are numbered poorly, hard to find. Ex: 3B is on 2 separate levels of the garage. Office was dark and locked, no one to assist.

    Great location and frequent shuttles. Very little wait time. However paying at the end there was only one attendant. It took about 15 minutes to get through the line. That was a little too long. Otherwise great place to park at LAX

    My favorite parking spot! Always plenty of parking spots! Shuttles always promptly available for departure and arrival! Drivers are always helpful and courteous! Reasonably priced! Fast payment options and exit!! Above the rest! Will not use any other facility when flying out of LAX!

    We waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and it never came. We had to get an Uber, and when we got to the parking lot there was over 40 people waiting there with no shuttle. I've stayed here over 10 times and have never had this much trouble. Also, when we were looking for a parking spot in the first place, we counted 7 large piles of broken glass from car break ins before we found our spot. Might not ever use this one again even though it's been my go to for a long time

    Followed the Airport Center Express directions and texted them as soon as I landed. Received a text message back within a few minutes telling me where to go stand and which shuttle to look for. After waiting under the red Hotel & Courtesy Shuttle sign for 25 minutes, still no shuttle, so I called the number given in the text message. dispatcher asked my exact location and said it would be about 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later, I called again and she said it would be there shortly. 30 more minutes go by and I call again and I'm told that the shuttle should be there soon. 10 more minutes before it finally showed. Bad end to a great trip.

    When we arrived there were no spots available on the upper levels we were assigned to. we drove around for a long time. i finally called and we were directed to the 1st floor to park in an available slot. we were happy about that but worried we were not going to be able to park.

    Even texting for pickup the wait time for the shuttle was no more than 10 minutes. Overall very good experience although the elevator in the garage was very least a 5 minute wait.

    There is a persistent problem where people are parking in two spaces because the lines are drawn too close together. If you would redraw the lines appropriately, there would actually be MORE room because there would not consistently be wasted unusable parking spaces. Also, there is no way to stop people from coming into the lot when the sign says the lot is full. So people who have gone to the trouble of making a reservation (AND paying for it!) are in a bind because there is no way to ensure that you will get the space you paid for. When I returned from my vacation this time, I saw numerous cars parked in areas that were not actual parking spaces. :-(

    at the airport you can not see the (Red Signs) because its facing the street side. it needs to be on the inside facing the glass doors so you can see it after you have picked up luggage.

    The parking stalls are too narrow. Cars are parked haphazardly and across the lines, usually taking up two spots. Any car bigger than a Honda Civic inevitably will end up with their car doors scratched and dinged.. My car was "smacked" on both sides this last trip leaving two big dents in the side.
