Arrival Info:

Upon arrival, obtain a take a ticket and proceed to find parking on levels 4 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the shuttle service waiting area at the west side of the parking structure. Garage clearance is 6'6". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    Finding the lot can be a little tricky, because it is in between two places, but once you find it, you'll probably never get lost/confused/turned around again. There are pre-pay options (which I did, after I found an online coupon) and you use the cashier or you can use the automated pay station (like you would at a movie theater parking garage). It is in a well-lit area, in a secure part of town, extremely close to LAX. You could literally walk to/from. The shuttle runs continuously. When you return, you text the company and they dispatch a driver to LAX. As it turned out, I happened to walk out as a driver was pulling up so I had like at 55 second wait. The only thing--and this is quite small--is signage and elevator access. The garage is reserved on the first floor. Parking for the company is on floors 2-7. The elevator happened to be broken which was OK for me because I was parked on floor 2 and had 1 bag. Other people notsomuch. It was also a bit tricky finding the stairs so I got turned around on the way home. Better signage would be great--especially if the lift is broken. This is my extended parking spot. Will return and would recommend.

    We always park at Airport Center because it's not far from the airport and the rates are lower on the internet. We have been parking there for many years and have not had a problem. It does get full at times we have had to park on the roof a couple of times. The only negative is the size of the parking stalls which are small. I don't know if other parking lots stalls are larger. I don't trust the cheaper lots that are in bad area's.

    I had a reservation for parking that included my 5:00 am arrival time. When I got to the lot there was a sign that said full except for reservations. However, there was no way to prevent people who did not have reservations from entering the lot. There were no spaces. I circled for over a half hour - longer than it took me to drive there from Orange County, looking for a spot. On my way to exit lot and try to find another parking garage I spotted a spot in the very corner of the roof parking. I maneuvered around a car parked on the end and crossed my fingers that that car would not hit me when they backed out. Not a fun thought to have occasionally while on vacation. But I thought my party of 4 would miss our flight if I had to find another lot. It was tight. On the way back we had to wait 20 minutes for shuttle. When I shared my experience with the attendant on the way out he kind of shrugged and said there was nothing he could do about it. I have parked here before but will be looking for another lot next time - not worth sweating it out.

    Only two shuttles going, my colleague and I couldn't get on first shuttle because of space, so young lady told us we could wait and be back in 20 minutes. Hour later we decided to get on the crowne plaza shuttle. Computer system was down but the clerks were quick with getting cars out of the lot with the long line.

    Parking garage elevator was "out of order" at one location but no signs to tell you it wasn't working until you got to the elevator. We had to turn around and find another elevator dragging all our luggage! Return shuttle service took approximately 20 minutes. Check out area was good when we returned from our trip, attendant was courteous and nice.

    We got off the shuttle - went to the elevator on the far East side, since our car was parked there. We called the elevator...waited....waited....waited. Then a gentleman came by and said, "it's out of order." Then walked up a flight of steps with all of our luggage and called for the other elevator. Another person came by and told us the elevators were out. There were no signs on either. Walked back to the West bank of elevators. Appropriate signage needs to be place on out of order elevators.

    elevator is broken forcing you to pull your luggage through the garage. You are directed to a second elevator at the complete eastern side of the garage and the elevator their is filthy and smells like vomit. When I checked out a week early, the parking attendant tried to charge me for the full two weeks or lose my online reservation discounted daily rate. She finally spoke to a supervisor who knew what she was doing and fixed it. The supervisor was professional and courteous. I have parked here on many occasions in the past as I travel internationally for business frequently. I understand that this is a new owner. I will try again next time. If the elevator is still out of service, I will find a new location

    We made reservations on line and that saved us $4/day. The parking lot was pretty full, and many of the available covered spots were too narrow, mostly because people had parked over the line, and rendered the spot unusable. There were, however, many uncovered spots available on the roof. The wait for the shuttle was very brief. Only about 5 or 6 minutes on our way to the airport, and on our way home there was a shuttle there waiting for us! This lot is very close to the airport, and very convenient, right off Century Blvd. The Shuttle driver was efficient, friendly and helpful. We will use this parking lot again.

    Had reservation no parking available was given parking in monthly slot AWESOME took 20 minutes of driving around to get. delivery to airport VG! PU was a disaster called when i got off the plane BUSY, BUSY, VOICEMAIL VOICEMAIL, BUSY, spoke with supervisor she said she would send a driver waited outside 45 mins. CB was told me she would come pu waited 15mins THEIR SHE WAS!!!

    It took a long time to find a spot and the spaces are very skinny. Then it took forever to get out of the building because 4 out of 5 elevators weren't working. Then upon our return a week later, still 4 elevators weren't working, but different ones this time. The elevator that goes from the ground to 2nd floor wouldn't work, so we had to carry all our bags up two flights, and we had a lot of bags!

    Covered parking spaces are extremely small for mid to full size autos & useless for minivans. We had to park our minivan on rooftop where spaces were spacious. Your website should say covered parking is limited to compact cars.

    If I wasn't really looking, I would have missed the Parking lot. Very hidden. The wait foing was over 30 minutes, but the wait afyer getting my bag was less than 5. I dont think.that you had enough people working in thw morning. One guy came back and we thought he was going tomtake us, but he said that his time qas up for the day, so he parked and left. Not very good customer service.
