it took a few extra minutes to find the entrance to the lot, because the entrance I normally used was closed. It also took me a few more minutes to find a open parking spot. Almost all of the covered spots were taken. Luckily I did find a spot and all was well.
The lot was full and I drove around for over 30 minutes before I found a spot==totally unacceptable. Upon my return a bus that was not full did not stop and I texted twice and it still took over 35 minutes for a pickup. I called and complained and was treated rudely by the manager. Will not use that lot again

NEED MORE SHUTTLES TO RUN DURING PEAK HOURS.
i had to wait to be picked up about 25 minutes and needed to call twice earl in the morning at 4:30 am.
After a red eye flight home, we followed all instructions to contact the shuttle; by text and phone call. WE were tired and my feet were killing me from having been burnt from the deck of a sun baked boat, so we were anxious to get the shuttle and back to our car. however after two test and two phone calls later, time lapsed 30 mins plus, but no shuttle came. After 45 mins we found alternate transportation to the garage. We were very upset however your attendant at the exit gate was thoughtful and helpful and made everything better. All I have to say is for being that close to the airport it should not have taken 5 mins to pick us up! You have to work on that!
Only complain I have is that the parking spaces were small. Hard to fit a mid-size suv and my daughter's car got side swept which left a dent and scratch marks at the back side of passenger side. Told the attendant at check out and she just asked would you like me to call security. Now my daughter is stuck with the bill to repair it.
The shuttle was horrible. We texted the number given twice. The shuttle drove by us twice staying on the outside of the road - not even coming by the pick up location. My wife, twin 5 year olds and I waited in the pick up location from 12:00 am to 1:15 am without getting picked up. Had to get a ride from another shuttle company. Very very disappointed- will NEVERS use again.
On return, shuttle service not good. Had to hire other conveyance. Cast more money. Next time will work on some one to drop us to the airport.Probably be cheaper!
We never got on a shuttle. We waited for an hour . We walked from the international building letter B . It was around 1:30 am
I waited 35 minutes for a shuttle while another shuttle passed me and didn't even come into the lane to stop. Then I had to wait 10 minutes in line to leave because there was only one lane open and someone wouldn't pay their fee or move aside. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wouldn't use this company again.
Stalls are very small.

I was not picked up by the shuttle from terminal 1 and had to walk to the parking lot after waiting for 30 minutes.
Many customers took more than one marked stall. This made for fewer spots to park. I was almost on the roof. Is it possible to make a marked space to reload the luggage upon return?

Parking spaces are very tight. Had to let the passenger get out of the car before parking, as they couldn't get out once parked.
Came into LAX the plane was 1/2 hour late, the shuttle's were hard to spot, we flew in American so maybe some of the shuttles were full by the time they got to us. There was a shuttle not running on a Sunday at 8:30, so only two shuttles were running. It seemed like we waiting between 45 - 1hr for the shuttle.
