    The signs in the lot said to take your ticket, automated check out. I was in a hurry, and didn't (my bad) so I went back to my car when I returned, got it and went back to the kiosk, then I saw the sign about paying if you had a reservation/coupon. May be that could be displayed larger elsewhere? Thx!

    I will not use the Airport Center again. I have used them about 6-8 times over the last year. Every time the shuttle bus to pick you up at the airport took 30 minutes or more. They suggest you text to let them know you are waiting. The driver never receives the information. This last trip I sent the message 3 times When I asked him he indicated never receiving it. They also give you a number to call. It is either busy or no one answers it. Terrible pick up service.

    After reading some bad reviews, was a little worried. Also leaving the car unattended for 11 days on an open roof! But it worked fine. Texted for a pickup from the airport and the van came in under 10. Driver helped with bags. Checked out with my printout of my reservation price, and all was well.

    Staff was friendly, but the explanation of exactly what to do with the electronic ticket that I received was somewhat vague. One of the employees said that I need to put the ticket into the kiosk as soon as I arrived back from the trip, but I had already made arrangements through the Internet.

    the parking entrance wasn`t easy to locate, it was unclear what section was the actual parking for your company, the price was fair but i returned a day early and was charged full price which i thought was unfair. the driver was good, my experience was OK not one that would make me say i`m going to use you every time or run out an recommend your company. i`m sure that`s the experience you want the customer to have but i think you fell a little short...if you fix these issues then your company can provide the ultimate parking experience..

    Flew in; picked up luggage and waited for the shuttle. The woman driver on the bus was not as cordial as other drivers. It seems she had a bad back, but took it out on passengers for having heavy luggage. It took care of my and my mothers luggage, but there were other elderly folks that, her attitude, facial expression, body response and verbiage could have been better, if not neutral.

    We arrived an hour and a half early for our morning flight. I proceeded to the 4th level as directed by a sign(no one is there in person to offer ANY assistance) and proceeded to drive around frantically for the next half hour not finding ANY available parking space. In panic, I called a customer service person who said I might have to go to another parking structure?! By now, we're panicking because a half-hour has been lost to trying to find a parking space (it turns out the structure also lets some hotel guests park there as well, so when it's full (and in the morning, no one is leaving), you have no one to turn to when there's no space. Ultimately, I found two giant SUV's parked over the lines on the sides of a single space. By pulling in my side mirrors, I squeezed between them and climbed out through my driver's side window since the door couldn't be opened! I ran to where my wife had been instructed to catch another shuttle for the hotel in front and we still nearly missed our flight. I will NEVER park there again and will steer anyone I know away from parking. If you can't feel secure that you have a guaranteed parking space being held for you, it's crazy to pay these kind of daily prices! It made for one of the most miserable and stressful mornings in months.

    First time, usually use another lot but gotten so expensive its better to just have family drive us. Saw your lot online. Only concern in reviews was wait time so thought we'd try. Zero wait time leaving and under 10 minutes returning. Very pleased, will return.

    The staffing in the lot and shuttles later at night has been cut - wait times and long lines to pay and exit have really increased. Sunday night waited 8+ cars to check out - had waited 20 minutes for pick up with driver saying there had been only 1 shuttle running 10-midnight, and she was the only one out now since her shift started at midnight. I thought my 20+ minute wait was bad till i heard someone picked at terminal 6 say she had waited over 1 hour, with the call and text message logs to show it. use to love it, but staffing cutbacks upon arrivals has me ready to stop using after next weekend (already have bought parking)

    The young man who was at the exit kiosk was outstanding. The shuttle person was very helpful. We were not aware that we should have texted to let them know we were waiting until we happened to look at our ticket stub while we were waiting.

    Parking spaces are very narrow, and many are designated for small cars only, which does not deter large vehicles from parking wherever they find a space and intruding on the next space, thereby eliminating a space for another car. It is not unusual to cruise the lot for 10-15 minutes and not find any place to park until level 7 - rooftop. I thought I was paying for covered parking. On my most recent visit I counted mote than 20 spaces which were not available due to vehicle intrusion over the line. Wider, more vehicle-sized spaces would of course eliminate a few "spaces" but probably serve to accommodate more cars and save unhappy customers who are now going elsewhere for adequate sized spaces under cover.
