Your web site needs work. It is hard to read and it is not user friendly. Twice now I have had to abandon the use of the website and use the phone. I would like to continue to use this service, so please update the web service. The rest of the experience was excellent.

shuttle driver dropped us off atthe wrong parking lot! he didn't tell us that QuickPark has two parking lots. When the shuttle picked us up from our return flight we just thought there was one parking lot. He just dropped us off at one but didn't ask or say anything about whick parking lot we parked at... HUGE hassle.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with this LAX parking facility. It was my first time parking my car for a trip so I was pretty scared. My flight returned around midnight and I didn't have to wait for too long. I was a little worried because there were a lot of shuttles coming by and I wasn't sure if I was standing in the right place. Be sure to wave your arms if you want to be sure. One of the elevators was broken but I guess that was okay. My car's battery actually died while I was gone, so that was really annoying. I called up the parking office and they had one of the shuttle driver help me jump my car. I felt that the people working there are generally pretty nice, even when it is 1am. Just make sure you know which side of the building you are in because I had to walk around for 10 minutes looking for my car then to realize that it was on the other side. (Especially section C, it is on both sides!)

It was a good experience at a great price. Upon returning I called the office and they had the shuttle wait an extra minute for me to walk out of the terminal. Great customer service. Parking lot slightly further from LAX than I would prefer.

Parking Lot was oversold. There were no spaces, though I had a reservation. The parking lot manager let us park in his personal spot, so we were okay. But, it is worth noting that parking lot oversells.

The Lot was very full. I paid for covered parking but had to settle for the roof. On our return we saw many more shuttles for other lots before we saw one for ours.

Once you arrive in the vinicity of the parking destination, it is very confusing to determine if you are in the correct parking area, business (because of the generic name (Airport parking) a icon or symbol or trademark picture I feel would help customers determine a bit easier that they have the correct reference. Its the parking being shared by other business also that adds to the lack of clarity once i figured out that im in the right parking structure. Thanks Peter

I had a hard time finding the parking. I called the number given on my reservation to ask for directions. The girl that answered made me feel like an idiot for not finding the parking. I was really unimpressed with her. Once I found the parking the shuttle attendants on both trips out and back were great. Also the man at the lot who helped us off with our bags was outstanding. Just a pity about the rude lady i first spoke to.

Went to Quikpark at 5959 W. Century. The shuttle was easy and awesome and fast. The parking structure was very full and I had to park outside at the top of the parking structure. That was not good.

Need to provide information about how to find and identify shuttle when returning from flight at airport. Also, made reservation on internet and attendant did not know that and I had to provide an email on my phone to prove that I had a different rate than she was going to charge.

The Shuttle driver informed my group (6 Adults, 1 child) that we had reached our destination, after unloading, the attendant then informed us that we were at the wrong spot. The Shuttle driver then accused me of making him look bad and said that I was not listening even though my entire group heard him say that we were to unload at this location. I even asked him before unloading and he confirmed that this was our destination. I did not appreciate his comments.

There were many cars parked in a way that would take two spots, or make using the next spot impossible for any car that wasn't extremely small. That made finding a parking spot very hard, wasting time. You should have personnel controlling that customers park correctly. If not, it's too much hassle to try finding a spot, and I will probably end up looking for another parking lot.

Shuttle was not obviouly marked with the Parking Lot name at the airport. If I hadn't noticed the phone number on the bus and thought it looked familiar we wouldn't have gotten on the right shuttle. Also when I called the local number on my reservation no one ever answered. It rang and rang for over 10 minutes. Other than that service was fine.

Parking spaces are small. Large trucks parked in compact spaces which makes the parking space beside them impossible to park in. Only level 4-7 available for airport parking and they were full. Difficult to find parking space (took me almost an hour). Not a good experience.

Although the shuttle was prompt, it was not big enough to handle the amount of people during my arrival and my departure. The wait was very long to get the shuttles. A couple with a stroller and car seat with their baby, even though they were fairly in line, couldn't make the shuttle because of inprganization, people cutting in front of them and lack of room. You need larger shuttles.

The QuikPark LAX shuttle driver we had on the return to the parking was very rude. He yelled at us to hurry up as soon as he opened the door to the shuttle, and did not even offer to help with our heavy bags. He also drove away from the terminal before we even had a chance to sit down or put our bags away, which caused me to literally fall over onto the driver. I got a couple bruises, but I could have been seriously hurt and me falling on to the driver caused a serious safety concern! When that happened the driver pulled over and yelled at me to sit down, grabbed my bag away from me and shoved it into the storage. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with an airport shuttle driver and I won't be using QuikPark again.

Driver drove like a madman, all of us in the shuttle were holding on for dear life. The elevators in parking structure at 5959 were stuck and inoperative when we deaprted LAX and then they stranded us on 5th floor (door would not open and elevator stopped, we pried door open since we were at the floor we needed.) I wont use you again based on this experience.

Overall experience w/ this company was great. Had a little difficulty finding an available parking slot in the structure, but the service and timeliness of the shuttle from drop-off to the airport and pick-up on my return were perfect. I would use this again on my next travel rather than the Super Shuttles or Prime Time shuttles I used to use.

It was hard to find a parking spot in the parking garage. Everyone was double parked. It took me about 20 minutes to find a parking spot. Also, the name of the parking lot I parked in was not on the shuttles name so it made it confusing when I returned.

Disappointed that it takes citipark so long to pick up when we see avg 5-8 shuttles per other lots. This was third time using them this year and the last. They gave me a hard time about having a truck in there lot. They accepted in the past but had to argue my case eventhough I had a ticket.

From LAX to Crown Plaza: 1. We had to wait quite a long time for the shuttle. 2. Crown Plaza parking was the last drop off, so that also added to the time to get to our car and home.

Our car battery died and the the cashier was no help. She told us to call AAA. Luckily the driver just came back and was dropping off some passengers. He had a battery charger in his vehicle and was able to help us get out asap. If it wasn't for him we would have been stuck there for 2 more hours. For us we are forever grateful for him. Plus my baby and I took a shuttle separately from my husband and had 4 luggages. The driver helped me carry all the luggages from the curb into the shuttle and from shuttle to curb. I would like to suggest the cashier carry a rechargable battery for situations like this. This would be greatly helpful for future customers who are in the same situation as us. Thank you for a great and quick experience. We will definitely reuse you and refer friends to you.

I waited more than 20 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up at the airport to return me to my car. When I got on the shuttle it was packed with people which clearly tells me there weren't enough shuttles running. The shuttle bus was standing room only. Then the driver "piddled" at one point he pulled off to the side and opened the shuttle door so he could exchange banter with a shuttle driver from a different company. This is ridiculous; it took 45 minutes to get from the airport to Airport Center I am a weekly customer who uses your service. I switched from another company because of this type of problem. If I experience this again, I will be switching again, which I haven't done in years so I hope the issue with the shuttles can be resolved.

getting there was easy and really eexcellent. but getting from the airport back to the lot was slow...took over 45 minutes and 3 phone calls (and the lot is a mile away). it says, 5 minutes....but that was only on the outbound. once I actually arrived at my car, the line to check out was 4-5 cars deep and after 10 mnutes of waiting, they finally added another pay attendant. to be fair...it was a busy sunday night. but really....LONG wait at LAX to get picked up.

I was very disappointed I paid for covered parking and went four levels of cars not to find a spot .Finally having to park in a upper level non covered area. The gentleman at the EXIT was incredibly rude. He made a comment as to the paper I had printed the verification payment upon...it was recycled paper. He asked me if I had a bill smaller than what I handed him, although my bill was over $50.00. Yet, the gentleman who handles the baggage onto the shuttle was delightful. Helpful, warm and caring. The promptness pickup shuttle returning to the lot was Poor. I arrived at 6:00AM and waited 25 minutes for a shuttle.

Waited for nearly 30 minutes for a shuttle. When I called the number for pickup no one answered the phone after 5 minutes of ringing. Compared to other parking lots I have used, I must say I appreciated the ability to be able to call and get someone live who you can talk to. They sent the shuttle immediately and the driver was very curteous and attentive. I can hear other calls coming in with other folks waiting at terminals and the dispatch was prompt. My only complaint is that the confirmation documentation does not state to look for the "quik park" shuttle. I was so tired from the trip that I couldn't remember the name of the service only that the vehicles were yellow. I waited for a shuttle for at least 20 minutes.

The cashier didn't honor the agreement...and charged more than was indicated on the receipt mailed by your company. I was on time as indcated in my intinirary. She said it was extra fees they had to charge. She was a little rude about it - the shuttle drivers howver were great.

This was the first time I used your parking service. I flew out of LAX with my mother. She never parked her car at LAX, but after our experience she may start to. The only complications I had was finding the shuttle stop upon my arrival. I called dispatch and they advised me to go to the end of the terminal. At UAL, I went to the end of terminal 7 and could not find the red shuttle zone. After an additional call, dispatch told me I needed to be between terminal 6&7. Otherwise, everything was great, the drivers, the attendant at the parking structure and the cashier. Thanks, Miles.

With the Crown Plaza garage, it was confusing to know what to expect. Was there an office where I should pay before retrieving my car? You could add the instructions to the "When you return" card that one is to pay at the exit, especially as the process is different from the one at your other parking garage. There was no place that I could see where I could drop off my extremely heavy wheel-less bag while I went looking for my car. When I could not find the car and could not carry it any longer, I dropped it by a pillar, and fortunately was able to find it again once I located the car. If there is a way to provide a waiting point near the exit for that kind of luggage so it does not have to be hauled up and down while looking for a car, that would be a big help. Thanks.

2 shuttle buses passed us without stopping and the third was about to pass after we had called the 800 number to pick us up on the return trip. The 3rd bus was in the far outside lane and appeared to have no intention of stopping until we hailed it. By the time it got into the correct lane, it had passed the pickup point and could not back up. Unbelievably poor service in that area. Pickup on the outbound flight at the garage did not meet the 5 minute promised interval either.

Didn't actually use shuttle but that option was not available. Late arriving to park so took a cab rather than wait. Had a ride from baggage claim to lot by a friend picking up another person anyway. Girl collecting payment at 10pm to 98th street was exceptionally pleasant and helpful when we struuggled to find our on-line receipt. Pulled over to side, found it and were on our way.

Parking lot was full when I arrived.Drove around entire lot twice.Finally had to find an attendant who directed me to a section that was not available to regular patrons. Caused much anxiety with thoughts of missing my flight. Perhaps you should have an attendant readily available to direct patrons with reservations when the lot is "full" or have signs that do the same. Driving the entire lot twice is no fun!!

I was just confused over the fact that your bus has 2 locations - one by the Sheraton at LAX and one by the Crown Plaza - We got off on the wrong stop - I think it is very important that your attendant checks the stub on hand before getting off the
