Arrival Info:

Upon arrival, obtain a take a ticket and proceed to find parking on levels 4 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the shuttle service waiting area at the west side of the parking structure. Garage clearance is 6'6". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    When we arrived back to LAX, the shuttle bus went right past our family and another family standing with us,when we where waving it down. Joe's Airport Service was there and was amazed that the female driver did not stop and get us. The Joe's driver offered to take us to the parking garage. I always use Joe's but thought I would give you a chance. That was the worst mistake I have made. Your parking structure is also the most confusing place I have ever parked at.

    Drivers were friendly and helpful, parking lot felt safe. Easy to get to and from airport. I made and paid online, attendant was super friendly at exit booth. This will be our go to for LAX parking from now on. I work in the travel industry and will recommend this to my clients.

    I accidentally put "10am" instead of "10pm" when I booked the reservation and we were charged an additional $15 dollars upon exiting. 1/2 day late and was charged almost 2x as much as the daily rate we booked. This was my last impression, so I wasn't thrilled upon leaving. Everything else was good. I liked the recommendation to take a pic of the number to text for pick-up.

    The lot was almost full when I arrived at 6am on 11/20. It took about 35 minutes to find an available parking spot in the lot, and there was no assist other than driving up and down the aisles with other cars. Another 10 minutes of looking and I might have missed my 8am flight.

    We waited over 30 minutes for Airport Center Express shuttle after a red eye flight arriving at 6:30 am. Then we waited at least 10 minutes at elevator until we figured out it was out of order so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. At exit parking attendant was rude, too.

    although I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle, others said they were waiting for 30 minutes and from the loads of people and luggage that piled on at each stop, it sure seemed like there weren't many shuttles to pick people up

    Once inside the lot was full - even though I had a reservation there were so many people who parked incorrectly spaces were lost. I drove through the entire garage incl. roof without a single space available - ones that were open were too narrow due to improperly parked vehicles. I returned to the exit gate where I was instructed to find a space marked L-M - incovienient to find but convenient upon my return
