Upon arrival, please take a ticket and find a spot on level 4 and above. Proceed to the shuttle bus waiting area located on the first floor. Shuttle buses are running to and from the airport every 10 - 15 minutes. Garage clearance is 6'6".

    This was my first time using your facility. I wish someone was on-hand to ask questions, I was a little lost on what to do. If a real person is nopt on the premises, There needs to signs posted offering more directions/instructions posted in the facility regarding general information on how it works, where to go, what to do upon return. In light of that, I will use this facility again.

    While I've parked at Airport Center Express about seven times over the years, I'd give this place more of a 3.5 star rating. Thing is, once you have used this place a couple of times, there is a certain convenience being familiar with the process (i.e., knowing what driveway to pull in, what floors to park on, which set of elevators to take down, location of the shuttle pick up area, and exiting the garage after return). Because of this, and because of the competitive pricing, I haven't been inclined to try another self-park service (like Wally park). In my experience, the shuttle drivers have always been courteous and generally helpful with bags (although a few times they haven't offered assistance when all I had was a carry on, which is perfectly fine by me). And I like the fact the garage is covered (unless you are required to park at the rooftop). There have been times finding a spot take some time (~15 min), depending on what time and part of the week you're entering, so build that in to your travel time to catch your flight. I like the fact you can prepay online ahead of time. Just remember to print out and bring your receipt for when you exit. My main complaints are two. First, most of the parking spaces are compact. You'll see a number of folks fail to park in between the lines, so there can be a number of non-usable space. All it takes is one nimrod to hover right next to or over a line, and it can throw off others parking in adjacent spots. Also, if you have a newer car or a larger one, it makes parking a bit precarious. Fortunately, I haven't had any dents or dings to my car as a result of this. Second, if being picked up by the shuttle after arrival is time sensitive, expect to wait 15-20 after texting. While it is understandable that you have to wait for a shuttle, it seems they don't have enough circling the airport. The last couple of times, I saw shuttles for various hotels and other parking services pass the pick-up point at least three times before the Airport Center shuttle came by. But I do like the fact you can text to alert of your need for a shuttle. If you check-in bags, probably best to text for a shuttle while you're waiting for your bags. If you hand carry, don't be surprised to be at the curb for 15-20 minutes (hopefully less if you're lucky). Fortunately, I haven't been in a situation where the shuttle was overcrowded. One minor complaint is if there is a line of cars to exit the garage and only one exit lane available, you can be waiting another 10 minutes just to get out. All this additional waiting isn't so great after a long travel schedule. But all in all, I'd use this garage again because I can't say it would be that much better at another garage.

    I texted when I arrived back and the shuttle arrived quickly. The passengers who were waiting at terminal 6 were not all able to get onboard & a second shuttle had to be called to pick them up.

    We waited approx 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, which it never did. We ended up taking a different company's shuttle to the Crown Plaza Hotel. Doubt if we'll use this same parking lot again.

    I noticed there was only one shuttle bus running. Why were three buses parked when riders needed to go to the airport and return. The wait on the return was 25 minutes.

    Love your new location. It is so close to LAX Airport that I can walk 2 blocks to your indoor building by just crossing Sepulveda. The place is so large, now everyone can park their car inside and receive a discount if they make reservation online a head of time and bring a copy of the reservation with confirmation number to the cashier desk.

    My Wife and I waited over an hour for them to pick us up after a 8 hour flight. 4 phone calls later and no shuttle in sight we had to take a taxi to the parking structure , another $24. Called the next day to complain and was told that I oviuosly couldn't recognize the shuttle and there were 4 that passed me while i was waiting.. right !!!!!!!

    Your company had signs showing how to sign up for being able to text for a ride upon your return. When I did this, I was asked for my name and email address and the sample sign on the window showed the email response saying "Hi (your name)...we're on our way!" when you text for a pickup. However, in the chaos of the airport, what you actually receive is a text saying "we have received your text". What does that mean? You are on your way? It does not acknowledge me personally in any way, nor do I know a time you might be picking me up. I just think if you are advertising a text messaging service in a certain way, it should not actually be something else!
