AirPark Newark is located one mile from Newark Airport (EWR) and offer a safe and secure self park service. They guarantee you a parking space if you have made a reservation and are open 24 hours a day. After arriving 10 minutes before you need to be at Newark Airport and parked a shuttle service will transport you to and from the airport for no extra charge and you will recieve free luggage assistance. AirPark Newark offer various car care services such as car wash, detail, oil change etc, information about these will be printed on your fax receipt. Please inquire about these when you check in. You can also take advantage of the complimentary copies of USA Today and free candy. Upon your return to Newark call 800-727-5070 for pickup. You will be given instructions regarding pick over the phone. Please note that reservations at AirPark are for Valet Parking only.
Never used a parking facility outside of the airport. Always had a ride to and from. This was my first time and would not think twice about using your facility again. The staff was very helpful and explained everything. Thank You.
there was a delay for our return trip due to not knowing the location of where the shuttle bus was picking us up to deliver us back to the parking lot. Not being familiar with Newark airport, we didn't know the area. On the other hand, the staff was pleasant and helpful

I cant say enough good things about airpark! I lost my cell phone in there shuttle and they worked very hard to find the owner of the phone and left it for me in my car. The service was extremely prompt and drivers were extremely friendly

Ticket said to text when you get your bags. i did that and waited for a while. When nobody came I called the number, they said they "didn't get no text" We were already out in the cold waiting so had to wait longer and that was at 2:30 am. I thought my credit card was to be automatically charged when i picked up my car but still had to do paperwork. I stuck my head in the office door and asked are we okay and the answer was yes. Then they said i had to pay. Perhaps a miss communication but I felt like they thought I was trying to get away with something. A little embarassing.
Very prompt and courteous service. Getting in and out was a pleasant surprise knowing the Newark area. Thanks for helping make our vacation pleasant, not having to worry about weather and looking for our car.

The driver who took me from the parking area to the airport drove alarmingly fast -- I was uncomfortable and needed to hang on as he sped around tight curves. The driver for the return trip was just great.
Your street signage should reflect your current logo. Your 800 number was not being picked up after twenty rings; we tried three times in ten minutes. Local number was picked up quickly.
I liked the service that allowed me to send a text to notify that I needed to be picked up. I had to wait a bit longer thatn I would have liked for the shuttle to pick me up after my flight returned. I saw two shuttles from a competitve off site parking garage come before my shuttle came.
