AirPark Newark is located one mile from Newark Airport (EWR) and offer a safe and secure self park service. They guarantee you a parking space if you have made a reservation and are open 24 hours a day. After arriving 10 minutes before you need to be at Newark Airport and parked a shuttle service will transport you to and from the airport for no extra charge and you will recieve free luggage assistance. AirPark Newark offer various car care services such as car wash, detail, oil change etc, information about these will be printed on your fax receipt. Please inquire about these when you check in. You can also take advantage of the complimentary copies of USA Today and free candy. Upon your return to Newark call 800-727-5070 for pickup. You will be given instructions regarding pick over the phone.  Please note that reservations at AirPark are for Valet Parking only.

    I contacted the lot the day after I checked the car when I realized I left some fruit in the car and they told me they would go to the car and throw it out. Nine days later when I picked up the car the fruit was still in it and it had degraded making a sticky mess. Not the best follow through

    Regular staff guys were great. One little (italian?) guy, not in uniform, tried to charge me $50 OVER the contract price. His arrogant attitude was a huge turnoff. Fortunately the regular front desk guy was very polite & courteous. He defused the situation, and charged me the appropriate price. keep that little guy in the lot, or off the property, all together. He has NO people skills. he cost this rating one star & will make me question using guys again.

    You only ask if the service was prompt above. It was to the airport, but we had to wait over a half hour after we called for the shuttle to arrive at the airport to pick us up. That is unacceptable when it is after midnight. We were tired and it only added to the long trip.

    While the shuttle drivers were courteous, the staff in the office were not. On both drop-off and pick-up, the office staff did not say even "good morning" or "thank you". Also, the ticket did not say where we should meet the shuttle upon our return. This information should be added.

    I arrived at 5AM. Was in the terminal by 5:10 with luggage. Returned at 10PM eight days later. Was in my car by 10:10. I was very happy with this service.
