Arrived at parking lot and was on my way to airport on their shuttle within 5 minutes. After arriving at airport and walking around a bit, I realized I lost my Kindle Fire and swore I took it with me and didn't know where I put it down. Last thing I had remembered was putting on the top of vinyl bed cover on my pick up truck at parking lot so I called them to go check my truck. I knew that if I did leave it there it was probably gone but they said they would check and call me back. Within 15 minutes they called me back and said I left it on the front seat of my truck and that they put it in my glove compartment. I was surprised by the honesty and felt guilty assuming if it was there it was gonna disappear. Coming home, I called as soon as I got my luggage and they told me where to wait for them and I waited no more than 10 minutes. Very helpful, courteous. Definitely park here again.

The timing for the shuttle to the airport was excellent but the pick up was not. There were two of us waiting we had each called upon arriving. We waited over 20 min and we had to call again. No explanation was given for the delay. This is an exception as their pickup and delivery is always very timely.

Roads in area are in poor repair. Challenging to find way back to airport via signage. On our return, telephone call to the parking office was answered promptly and courteously, driver very courteous and helpful, car had already been pulled out for us when the shuttle arrived at the lot, quick and courteous checkout. An overall good experience.

Ticket said to text when you get your bags. i did that and waited for a while. When nobody came I called the number, they said they "didn't get no text" We were already out in the cold waiting so had to wait longer and that was at 2:30 am. I thought my credit card was to be automatically charged when i picked up my car but still had to do paperwork. I stuck my head in the office door and asked are we okay and the answer was yes. Then they said i had to pay. Perhaps a miss communication but I felt like they thought I was trying to get away with something. A little embarassing.

Your street signage should reflect your current logo. Your 800 number was not being picked up after twenty rings; we tried three times in ten minutes. Local number was picked up quickly.

I liked the service that allowed me to send a text to notify that I needed to be picked up. I had to wait a bit longer thatn I would have liked for the shuttle to pick me up after my flight returned. I saw two shuttles from a competitve off site parking garage come before my shuttle came.

Missed connecting to I95 for the return trip -- ended up going down 1-9 all the way. Finding you was very easy but I need to figure out how to double back. The road around the airport has very complex ways of connecting from one point to another. I've used other parking services before. Yours is the least expensive, easiest to find, and offers the best overall experience.

This was the first time I ever used an outside the airport parking lot, and I was very nervous about it, but it was SO EASY! Starting with the directions EASY valet parking EASY quick shuttle to terminal EASY help with my luggage EASY fast shuttle back to parking lot when I came back EASY and my car waiting right next to the office upon my return EASY…all for less than HALF the price of the airport! I would recommend Air Park to everyone!

I was incredibly impressed with this place. Not only was the price extremely good, and way more than a one way taxi fare from Westchester (I parked for 7 nights), but the shuttle bus was pretty much a personal taxi cab. No waiting for a larger crowd to get from there to the airport, and upon calling them once I got my luggage I got picked up in just a few minutes. Also, on the way to the airport I left a $1,000 + camera in the van, which I only noticed after checking in. They promptly found the camera and brought it right back to the terminal. The staff - from drivers to the guys at the desk were polite and helpful, my car was out and back opened, ready to go, and my luggage put in the car for me. Easy check out. Easy check in. Can't think of a single negative thing to say about these guys... Will DEFINITELY be coming back.

I contacted the lot the day after I checked the car when I realized I left some fruit in the car and they told me they would go to the car and throw it out. Nine days later when I picked up the car the fruit was still in it and it had degraded making a sticky mess. Not the best follow through

Regular staff guys were great. One little (italian?) guy, not in uniform, tried to charge me $50 OVER the contract price. His arrogant attitude was a huge turnoff. Fortunately the regular front desk guy was very polite & courteous. He defused the situation, and charged me the appropriate price. keep that little guy in the lot, or off the property, all together. He has NO people skills. he cost this rating one star & will make me question using guys again.

You only ask if the service was prompt above. It was to the airport, but we had to wait over a half hour after we called for the shuttle to arrive at the airport to pick us up. That is unacceptable when it is after midnight. We were tired and it only added to the long trip.

It took some time for the shuttle to leave the parking facility because they were waiting on other customers. Already a little behind, this added to the time. Then I was dropped at the wrong terminal (To be fair, Continental has some flights from A and some from C, but I'd expect them to know which when I told them the destination). If the flight wasn't delayed by 1 1/2 hours, I would have missed it by a mile. On the return side, they were there in minutes and my car was waiting as I walked out from paying.

We did not have much spare time on our departure leg. It was about 15 min from our arrival in you parking lot until the van left for the airport. We missed our flight by a few minutes which we would not have if we parked at the airport.

The reservations were made easily online, they quickly got me to my terminal at the airport, and they picked me up extremely fast when I arrived back home. The snow was even cleaned from my car. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them!

Great service both going to and returning from the airport. After a long flight home, the Airpark van came to pick us up within 10 minutes. When we got to the lot our car was warm and ready for us. This was especially great because there had been a snow storm while we were away (at least 12 inches) and our car was completed cleared of snow and ready to drive. We will definitely use there service again.
