    The parking lot was too small and uneven. Attendant was very polite and friendly but took too long for drop off and pick up.

    We had to wait 4 hours in the airport for the next departing flight because of 30 minute wait time and then we waited another hour for pickup upon arrival. Only. use this lot if you have unlimited time to wait & have the patience of a saint.

    At the time of drop off, no one was here. I called 2 times with no answer. When I was able to reach the attendant, he said he would be here in 15 minutes. I had to wait 40 minutes for him to come after my first call, calling him back every 15 minutes for an update. I was lucky to be in advance for my flight but it was a lot of stress. When I returned, same trouble. The attendant said he would be here in 20 minutes, I had to wait for the shuttle for 45 minutes!!!! There was no traffic at all at the airport, it's just he chose to drop off other customers before driving me back. This parking lot definitely needs 1 or 2 more shuttles

    I waited between 45 minutes and an hour to be picked up from terminal and taken to car There was only 1 car and 1 employee trying to handle everything and it is not enough. He was very nice, but 1 person is not enough to run a whole parking operation

    The parking lot had some cars hooked via batteries - My guess is they were being warmed up/ readied? I dont know, but pretty shady by my standards. Secondly, its a one guy operation - Sweet guy, but he has is limitations. If he is picking someone and on his way back, good luck spending the next 30 minutes at the airport. And he picks you up in a Suburban-like car, so two groups of passengers, skis and suitcase are a tough fit (happened in our case). Cheap though!

    THE PARKING LOT WAS CLOSED. ARRIVED AT 6 AM WITH RESERVATION. CALLED AND SOMEONE ANSWERED AND THEN WAS PUT ON HOLD. CALLED BACK 4 TIMES AND NO ANSWER. LEFT TO FIND ANOTHER PARKING LOT AS WE HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH. NO FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING.

    Most random parking lot, very hard to find, disgusting car ride in a van from car to airport, 45 mins it took to pick me up and get to my car which. The guy running the lot, is the owner, car parker, and shuttle driver. for $25.00 more I would never park here again.

    I never write any reviews but i have to about this parking lot which is a sham to reap off people, very inconveniently located. Extremely poor services. I had reservation done on the morning of 1/24/2016 online, but on arrival I found parking lot is closed, called the number on my paper and the guy was sleeping home , did not even show up to clean snow forget about taking in cars. Very rude. I almost missed my flight.I had to spend much more than I needed to. Now on return from my trip I see my reservation money was fully charged and never returned. called the parking lot and he is giving all kinds of hard time, would not even give his name, hang up on me. Told me to go online find out other contact number and than request refund. I would advise people to be aware of these kind of shady business. There many more other parking lots I have used many times around the airport even if cost few extra bucks go for the better one.

    MOST Horrible experience!!!!! On our return day, Sunday 01/24/2016 the day after NY storm! We had contacted starting at noon, all throughout the day, the manager Mr.Merkens, to inform him of our imminent arrival in the evening around 8 pm. Well guess what? He never cleaned the snow in time to prepare our car as promised, even so we gave him more than ample time (8 hours) to do so. After having arriving at JFK to return a car,at JFK Alamo National car rental terminal, he held us hostage by refusing to take our calls, and said he would come when he will be finished. So he did not come as promised to pick us up, and forced us to spend another $20. To get a cab to drive us from Alamo to his parking lot. Our car was still buried in more than 2 feet of snow, and it was obvious he had only started a short while ago, He said he would start cleaning only when he knew we would be at the airport. So at 9 pm I was forced to clean my car with the help of his 2 teenager’s nephews, who admitted that he started late to have the car ready.After an hour of clean up we left in the middle of the night and arrived home at midnight in manhattan! What a miserable experience!!! This parking place doesn’t belong there on your web site, it is hurting your image. I swear we will never again come to this place, or recommend this place to anyone.!!!!!!
