Use our entrance off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Please take a ticket and park your vehicle on the rooftop. Go to the first floor lobby to catch the shuttle bus. Shuttles run about every 15-20 minutes. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'5"

405 Airport Parking - LAX enables the use of our convenient driveway located between the 9800 La Cienga building and the parking structure. As well as excellent customer service and security conscious parking we provide complimentary transportation to & from Los Angeles Airport on our modern shuttle buses. Please arrive at 405 Airport Parking 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. On your return please call 866-575-7275 for pick up. Please wait under the red 'Hotel and Courtesy Shuttles' sign outside the Baggage Claim are for the shuttle bus. Reservations made for 405 Airport Parking and all LAX parking lots on this site are secure and guarantee your parking space.

    I called for the shuttle at 7:20pm & the operator said it'll come within 15-20 min but I wasn't picked up until 8:00pm. Waiting 40min for the shuttle after a long travel day is not good customer service.

    I was blown away by how friendly and helpful all of the staff is. Thy have discovered the secret of a successful business- courtesy costs the company nothing but gains everything in customer satisfaction. I was trepidatious at the low price but thrilled that the service level is so high. I will use this lot EVERYTIME I fly!!

    My experience was fabulous! I was BLOWN AWAY by how helpful and friendly the staff are. Really great. And it was super convenient. I happened to score a parking space right by the elevator so I was stoked. The elevator is clean and my car was right where I left it. And you can't beat the price. Definately way better than a shuttle or having to work out a ride.

    we've parked here a few times. lot is convenient enough, and parking is not too tricky. however, the shuttle delays to/from airport are awful. we nearly missed our flight this weekend as we waited for a shuttle (even though one sat, empty but unused). the wait time for pickup at airport to head back to the parking garage was also lengthy.

    It took 35 minutes to go from terminal 4 to the parking lot. I owuld rather pay an extra 5 dollars to actually save myself a certain amount of time. Also, took about 20 minutes to get to the terminal because the driver decided he wanted to wait for someone else and kept leaving the van.

    I tried several parking lots at LAX after Lot B was closed to the public and Air Park Roof Top Parking at 9800 S. La Cienega Blvd. in Inglewood is the very best.

    The shuttle was TERRIBLY LATE. I was flabbergasted because they had 3 shuttles parked and only one operational the day before Thanksgiving. After waiting for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport, the driver was waiting for more people to come from the parking lot before driving to the airport. I went up to the front to complain and ask how this is possible to wait even longer after the shuttle was so late and they said it is their protocol to wait until after everyone from the parking lot comes downstairs! One guy on the shuttle confirmed and said he had 20 minutes before his flight left! We will NEVER "save money" to park here again.

    The airport pick up directions from your website for Air Park Roof Top Parking - LAX said to wait outside baggage claim, so I waited for 30 minutes after calling Air Park Roof Top Parking - LAX for a pick up. Thirty minutes later I called Air Park Roof Top Parking - LAX again and they told me that their shuttles pick up at the red shuttle sign. It would be greatly appreciated if your instructions were directly from the specific parking garages.

    The bus drivers were great. Very helpful and courteous. Signage in the lot could be better and more visible. Getting to the airport was quick, but had to wait 20 minutes before the first shuttle came. Other parking lots made multiple trips in the duration. Feel this is due to the limited vehicles. Would not mind if had been told at the beginning. Felt that I received a decent rate...$5 would be even better. Will use you again. Thanks pbm

    Great service, great facility. Easy to use and excellent prices. Staff was extremely helpful when car would not start upon return from trip. They provided a jump at 1am. Shuttle was prompt, direct and fast.
