to long of a wait for shuttle for pick up 30 minutes and van was so full there were not enough seat for all passengers. Pick-up was a 1:45 PM at Terminal 3 . Otherwise great service this is the second time we used in last 60 days.
This was a perfect experience. Drove straight there. (SPECIAL NOTE: 405 Parking is the structure on the RIGHT side coming in from La Cienega). Went in, parked right next to elevator, went down, grabbed a bus, no wait and arrived easy. Returned, van came in less than 5 minutes after call and I was on the freeway headed home in no time flat. Very smooth experience and great price. Will def. use again!!
Parking structure fairly close to LAX right off the 405 freeway ramps on Century Boulevard. Shuttle was fast at the departure. However, the shuttle on the return took 35 mins to pick us up, I called 3 times to make sure they were on their way as I saw several shuttles from other parking structures drive by multiple times while I was waiting. The shuttle drivers were nice and very helpful. I would likely pick another parking lot next time due to their shuttle service.
It would be great if there was a place to put your luggage on the 1st floor. I parked on the roof and bringing all my bags down (I travel alone I am a widow) was very difficult considering my age & physical limitations I thought I did pretty good but would have preferred to drop off before parking. Returning that same ability would have been nice, then pick up when I get my car down to the 1st floor.
Phone service as well as people in the parking structures are Amazing !!!
We called for our shuttle pick up post flight and waited well over an hour. We had to call 5 times to get a shuttle to come and pick us up. Very poor customer service.
We accidentally left a window open and even though the car was there for a week, nothing inside was touched.

Had to wait 43 minutes after phoning for a shuttle to pick me up at Terminal 7. During that time several shuttles from each of all other parking lots came by.
Shuttle service excellent on return, called and the shuttle came immediately. However, the service going to the airport had a wait of about 15 minutes and I thought that was a little excessive. I would definitely use you again and recommend to friends.
Upon arrival, shuttle response slow. Of some concern, is that the shuttle would not arrive in time enough for early, relaxed check-in. Perhaps a schedule of some sorts would be helpful or at least some type of indicator concerning arriveal time. On return trip, shuttle dispatch much quicker. May be beneficial to have recorded statement concerning how the system operates, so the drivers do not have to explain to customers.
We waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle. When we got to the parking lot, the elevator did not work. When we got in line to pay there was another wait because the cutomer in front of us did not have the registration paper. It took over an hour to get picked up and get out of the parkinging.
I waited an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport and take me to my car. Very frustrating and I will be sure to make a note about this on Yelp as many of your other customers already have.

If you park at 405 plan a little extra time for transportation to and from the airport. When I parked my car I waited for 20 minutes before the shuttle left the parking garage. When I arrived back at LAX I waited 25 minutes curbside for the shuttle bus - this was at a busy time of day. Several of the other parking companies had 3 or 4 shuttle buses stop while I was waiting. When I was exiting the parking lot they refused to honor the coupon for a free day of parking that the attendant had given me when I entered the lot 3 days earlier. I'm still not clear how they calculated the parking cost, but you need to know that they charge only whole days. I was there two hours more than 3 days and paid for the entire 4th day. This was not at all clear when I made the online reservation.
My car battery was dead when I returned. The attendant loaned me a battery jump starter, and I was running in minutes. The shuttle picked me up promptly, and unlike the Prime Time or Super shuttle, we did not keep circling the airport! Very friendly and courteous service at a great price. I will use 405 parking exclusively in future.
I waited over 1 hour, called 4 times before the shuttle stops by and picked me up. Clearly, this parking lot doesn't have enough shuttles running or they are poorly managed
I had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle to the airport, then on the way back they only had one fairly slow cashier and the line took about 20 minutes to get through to exit the facility.
When I arrived there were no parking spots left. I was told to park anywhere as long as it did not block any cars. I had reserved for covered parking and ended up on the rooftop but I was not given the rooftop rate although I was told when I arrived that I would get that rate by the attendant. When I left, the attendant did not give me the discount. She did not give me her name and was rude. I asked to speak with the manager and she said that he was not available. I asked for a receipt and she did not give it to me. I left the lot a few minutes before midnight on January 6th. The employee was a short hispanic girl approximately 18-20 years of age. I hope she is reprimanded for being unprofessional.
