The EXIT from the parking was AWFUL. I was not told how to get out of there and how long it would take to get back in the direction of the airport. They need to ask each customer if they need directions. I loved the service but am reluctant to use it again due to the exit problem.

Air Park PDX now uses Valet parking. The parking guy drove my car too agressively and parked it poorly putting pressure against the rear tire. The car was clean when dropped off and very dirty with tree sap when returning to the airport. Very disappo

My vehicle had a dead battery after two weeks parking in the cold. The shuttle driver and attendant were great getting it started and getting us back on the road. A+++++
