Check-in rep good. Pick-up rep indifferent, if not rude. Price charged at pickup different than quoted. Luckily I had reservation form and adjustment made without issue, but that is just annoying. FINALLY - large scratch on back bumper found after got home - shame on me for not looking, but good luck dealing with that guy in the booth.

I did not have to wait at all going to OR returning from the airport. I got my bag, went outside and got in the van. Perfect!!! Will definately use them the next time. Highly recommended.

Frustrating experience upon return 4/6/13 to LGA when no one would pick up the phone when I called to try to get a pick up at terminal. I finally took a cab after 15 minutes of calling went unanswered. Not even a "please hold"! There were only 2 people on duty- one in office and one in van. You need 3 minimum so people can get their cars.

It would make sense when people call in for pick ups to identify how many people are in their party. It would make for better planning and communication to the passengers if they knew they might have a 15-20 minute wait.

Newly hired driver was very courteous, but was flustered by having to deal with multiple passengers and their bags; so much so that he left my golf clubs on the pavement in front of the terminal. Luckily, there were still there when he drove back to Delta at LGA to look, but his error caused me to have to wait for almost an extra 30-40 minutes. But happy to have recovered my golf bag. No harm. No foul. Will use Airpark again.

the lot was dificult to find. when being picked up from the airport, it took 15 min for van to get there and I was the only one on it. considering the location, i would hope for more prompt service. Besides those two issues, I thought the staff was wonderful and accomodating. they had my car ready, running and warming up for me

We arrived at the parking at 5:30 AM on Dec 19. Withing 5 minutes we were on our way in the van with some other people. When we returned on the 23rd, the van arrived in 10 minutes after I placed the call to pick us up. They came directly to pick us up with no other people. When we arrive at the parking lot, our car was ready waiting for us. You can't get better service than that. I posted the review in Google too because I appreciate their wonderful service.

Got to laguardia quickly. They were one of the few lots available, since we were traveling a week after hurricane Sandy. The car was ready quickly when we returned. I would definately use them again

I usually park here for LaGuardia trips. I find it easy and convenient. One time I did have a pair of shoes that were in a small carrying bag taken from my car but I consider that my fault for leaving them in the car in the first place. Still.... I like that they offer the 7th day free (if you get their emails). However, I have just compared them to the others in the area and I notice that both their daily rate and their tax rate are higher than their competitors. They still come out a few dollars less on a 7+ day trip but it makes me a bit sad that they overprice in order to offer what appears to be a discount. In the future, if I am traveling for less than 7 days I will choose another parking lot in the area.

return trip van driver...not friendly. everyone else was friendly. parking lot looks cramped but my car didn't appear dented/dinged anywhere. And most importantly NOTHING was stolen from my car like The Parking Spot LGA.

shuttle on return trip from terminal to lot was long. Had to wait 20 minutes before it showed up. Airport seemed busy, but i think the organization to pick up passengers was not that good. I use airpark 2-3 times a month and normally only wait 5-10 mins to be picked up.

The service was fast and very efficient. We got there and the attendant took our vehicle right away for parking. We were immediately taken to the airport by the shuttle and it took 5 minutes to get to our airline. On the day of our return, I called the service immediately after receiving our luggage and the shuttle was outside in less than 5 minutes. The transaction was fast (they honored the online coupon) and our car was outside waiting. This was the most efficient service I have ever used in airport parking. I would definitely use them again.

Staff was very courteous and prompt. However, the connection to my GPS stand and my power cord which was stowed underneat my driver's seat was crushed and broken. I suspect whoever pushed my driver's seat so far back stepped on my connector and broken it!!

I will park here again. We arrived at 5:30 am and we were the fourth car in the lot and they were able to get all four card checked in and luggage packed in the shuttle bus in less than 10 mins. I walked into he office and they took my name, gave me my reservation card with car number and phone number and took my keys and that's it. When we returned to LGA we called them and they showed up tithe terminal in less than five minutes and my car was waiting with the truck already popped opens dn windows down letting the heat out when we arrived in the parking lot. I walked in and gave them my name and paid my bill (which was exactly what I was quoted online that was the best price in town) and my car was already packed with my luggage. Great service and gat people. My only con of this parking lot is that the lot is gravel so your car will get dusty but no big deal. I highly recommend this parking lot to anyone looking for easy parking at LGA airport.

Our parking experience could not have gone more smoothly. I never would have believed that by using off-site parking at LGA, we could actually get to our terminal quicker than if we parked at the airport and then had to walk to the terminal. We'll definitely use Air Park again.

Everyone was very helpful and made the whole experience easy, unlike the rest of our trip. I forgot my mobile phone on the shuttle and the driver was nice enough come back to the terminal to bring it to me before I boarded the plane. I will definitley use this parking lot again when leaving from LGA.

New York was hit by a major snow storm while I was away. The staff at Air Park were working very hard to dig out cars and provide efficient service--because the lot is not covered, they struggled a bit, but they worked very hard and I received great service.
