Overall, very positive except! we noticed slight scratches on the passenger side door when we got home. We knew they weren't there before because we had just had that same side of the car repaired. It is a tight lot, I know, but not the coolest thing. Not sure about coming back. Everyone super friendly, I have to say. And it is convenient. So...

Parking and getting to our flight was very quick and efficient -- while the employees are not very friendly, nor do they give you adequate information, they get the job done. However, when we returned, we had to call for a pick up 3-4 times before anyone even answered the phone. We then waited -- at 11pm -- over 1/2 hour (which is ridiculous when the lot is a quarter mile from the terminal), and were lucky to get a seat on the shuttle. 12 people were waiting for 10 seats, and rushed the van the second it pulled up. A group of 4 who were slower than the rest had to stay behind and wait. Our car was in good condition and ready to go when we arrived back at the lot; however, I can't give more than a fair/good rating for this lot as they are understaffed and it was incredibly difficult/stressful on the return end.
Is a small lot but a great one nice & close to Airport, guys working in office were great!
The attendants and person who checked me in were efficient and courteous. The wait time was very short on the way and when we returned we only had to wait just over 10 minutes which I thought was very reasonable given the volume of people in the airport. I would use AirPark again if we flew out of LaGuardia. It was really easy to find and to get back on the highway afterward. The location is very convenient which makes it a top pick. The prices were a little high but so are the rest of the lots around LaGuardia for some reason. Thanks for the great service.
The service was excellent throughout. We didn't have to wait for the shuttle either going nor coming back. The car was ready for us when we got back to the parking lot. Will use again. Would recommend

I was given wrong car key upon return. It was fixed pretty quickly, so not a big deal this time. Drop off at SW was very quick and p/u at Suthwest was pretty quick too.
Great service. No waiting time. Picked up with in few minutes and dropped off instantly.
Shuttle service to and from the airport was quick, friendly, and easy. My car was in the condition I left it when I got it back and waiting for me in the exit lane of the park. I came in on a very late flight and the shuttle dispatcher was cheerful and helpful as was the very prompt shuttle driver and the cashier who checked me out.
I left my car at air park. When I returned after 2 days I found the radio on, and a quarter tank of gas used up. Mileage had not changed, so I conclude the attendants had been sitting in the car enjoying music and relaxing. I am annoyed . The rest of the service was prompt, both pick up and drop off, but this left a bad taste. This was laguardia airport location. You should give your attendants a break room so they don't use customers cars. Also you should reimburse the customers.
I wish we could've been picked up right outside our baggage claim, rather than walking to another terminal. Otherwise, service was good.
Would make it easy for the +65 group if you could pickup out side the baggage area on ground level. Its not that easy to carry both a golf bag and personal bag to the upper level.
