The driver asked if we were running late and we said no (meaning we were on schedule) and he then decided to pick up other passengers at another terminal before dropping us off. This required an additional 10 minutes travelling around the airport. He then stopped at a terminal to drop us off and as he was getting our bags out of the shuttle I questioned it because I didn't see our airline listed. he had to call in to the office and discovered he was dropping us off at the wrong terminal. We then had to reload the bags into the shuttle and proceed to the correct terminal. At this point our stress is now mounting as we are now feeling late for our international flight. Unacceptable!! Had we not questioned this driver he would have dropped us at the wrong terminal and we would surely have missed our flight. Not sure if I will use Airpark again. He is also the driver who picked us up on return flight. He was not friendly or courteous in ANY way!! Hire people who have people skills!!

Drove down from NH to JFK (r/t to Cebu from JFK) because I didn't want to sit around for 8 hours waiting for a flight back to NH when we got back. Using Airpark was the absolutely right decision. 24-hour LIVE PERSON security, a fully-gated lot, and the attendants were polite, helpful, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

AirPark was easy to find. I was in and out to the airport in minutes as the shuttle was ready and waiting. Upon return I called and was prompted where to find the shuttle and it arrived within 7-10 minutes as promised. The staff was friendly and worked quickly. My car was clean, in great condition, and was waiting for me when I arrived. The ride on the shuttle was fast - about 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine except........we had two small bags and a set of Golf Clubs.....I had tipped the driver $3.00 and I opened my trunk, but he left my 3 bags by the door and my wife had to load them into the SUV...he was a nice young man, but I didn't feel that he completed his job.........Am I right to assume that this is true????.

When I arrived back from my trip my battery was dead and had to be charged. The men who charged the car wee helpful and polite, while the person behind the desk was less so. It seems to me that whomever parked the car should have been responsible for making sure everything in the car was off. I have auto headlights so I know they wee off. I was not happy. Then as I was driving home the right windshield wiper fell off. I never had either problems before.

Skeptical about all JFK parking based on reviews from Yelp and Google. Took a chance with AviStar and was pleasantly surprised! They were nice and very prompt with drop-off and pick-up. The car was ready when we got to the lot, damage free and valuables still in the car. I would definitely use them again!

Getting to the airport on the day of departure was smooth. On arrival back to the airport the valet van arrived to pick my party up withing 15 minutes. When we were almost back to the parking lot the car turned around to pick up someone else. I asked the driver where he was going and he said he just got paged to pick someone else up. I called the office to ask why after almost getting back to our car we had to turn around and their response was "that is what we do". I could see if we went directly from our terminal to the other location but instead we almost got to our car and then turned around. What was even more frustrating was there was another van ready to leave as soon as we did arrive at our car. I will try another parking valet service in the future.

I will never use this lot again. The shuttle took an hour to pick us up and even though I had a receipt proving I paid for the lot, I was being told it wasn't paid. The other two customers were also upset at the service. Very unorganized business and rude employees. The driver was the only courteous and polite employee.

When we first got there to drop off the car, the door was open, there were keys in the door, but there was no one around for what seemed like 10 minutes. When we returned it was much better service.

staff went over and above my expectations. I arrived on the morning of that horrendous snowstorm with a flat tire and while i was away they got a tire for my car and i drove off a happy camper. thanks to the guys at airpark.

On departure, we waited at least 25 minutes. There seemed to be less shuttles. The driver worked very hard to accomadate all that were waiting but cound not get everyone on. Confusion with bags getting on. The driver was really trying to get everyone

The signage to enter your lot from S Condit is wrong... Upon arrival to drop off my car the same person was pulling cars as was writing up customers, had to wait.... it was about 6:30 PM... upon arrival from my return I watched 2 shuttles go past me.

The directions are not clear for people coming from NYC. Though we had the written directions and the web map, we eneded up by using our car GPS because we got lost. Also the proximity of the lot to the on ramp to the Belt Pkwy makes it hard to see.

The service was very good ,only concern was our car had yellow paint marks on fender. we were able to remove them with with connpound cleanre.
