I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a shuttle back to my car. I could see every other shuttle from different companies but yours was nowhere to be found. Some shuttles picked up twice before yours evere showed up. Completly unacceptable.

The shuttle was there before I had my feet out of my vehicle. My baggage was taken out of my vehicle, off the bus and put back into my vehicle which was wonderful. Being a senior citizen I do everything for myself, but was respected and "pampered"

Air Park IAH was not worth the money. The shuttle service was slow and the shuttles were not in good condition compared to the other lots in the area. It took us 40 min to get from the airport back to the parking lot on our return trip as we watche
