Use our entrance off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Please take a ticket and park your vehicle on levels four and above. Go to the first floor lobby to catch the shuttle bus. Shuttles run about every 15-20 minutes. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'5"

    Very efficient. The shuttles run non-stop as I saw several of the "405" Shuttles going both ways. I waited 5 minutes from the lot. Upon return, I texted my Terminal and the shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes. The driver was the same on both trips; he was very professional. The person working the booth was very friendly and quick. It's very important to take their business card from the Shuttle Driver when you arrive. It has very specific instructions on how to get the Shuttle when you arrive back.... No need to make phone calls! I will recommend to friends as this parking lot is cost-effective and close enough to the airport.

    On return, the text system didn't give me a good indication of where I should be and when the shuttle would arrive. The driver was nice, but I was fearful of her driving. Another passenger said she was waiting 45 minutes for shuttle to arrive. At the garage, your elevator stopped working at 4th level, so had to carry bags up to 6th level. The attendant at the exit gate was extremely slow. Would I use you again? Not sure...there a lots of other choices.

    The new management appears to be helping with on time efficiency. We had no issues with getting to the terminal or getting from the terminal expediently. However, there is one issue that prevents me from giving a 5 star rating. We had 5 travelers in our party, me, my wife, mother-in-law and two children. Consequently we had lots of luggage. When the driver first saw us she just stood beside the driver’s seat and while I was loading the first bag she asked if I needed any help but didn't move to help. She just stood there and watched me and my son load all the bags. When we arrived at the terminal she asked if we needed help again, touched the bags to “Guide” them off the rack but didn't grab any of the bags but certainly stood there expecting a tip. I did not give her a tip on departure or arrival. Overall it was pleasant and expedient. I guess I should ask if it is expected to tip a driver that just does their job.

    Truck was fine and the shuttle drivers were polite and professional both times. The attendant was also helpful. I did not like the fact that we were informed that credit card machine was not working after midnight. Had to pay cash.

    My husband and I parked our vehicle when we took a trip to Chicago for my family reunion. We were gone for approximately 10 days. This parking structure is far enough away so you don't get stuck on Century Blvd and we got to our airline fairly quickly. Upon our return, we called the number they gave us and the bus showed up in no time. Thank you for your service.

    Great parking structure and excellent bus drivers and cashiers. One issue though- I purchased "covered parking" at a higher rate, but when I arrived at the lot, the only spots were uncovered and on the roof- that's no problem for me, since I figured it would end up costing less. But when I got to the cashier at the end of my trip, the cashier said that covered parking was actually in the basement, and that I should have been directed down into that area. I told her I didn't see any one around when I parked to help me know that, and I didn't see any signs to even let me know there was a basement. I just assumed the "covered parking" was anything but the open air roof. No big issue here- just maybe have some signs or someone available to let people know the specifics of parking beyond "airport parking-levels five and up." I followed that sign when I guess I should have been directed elsewhere. I did get a reduced fair on my parking when I left and found this parking structure and bus to be excellent!

    They advertise that they run shuttles on 10-minute intervals; that's a lie. I've used them about 5 times, and average wait time is between 25-30 minutes.

    the person working the cash register at night was so slow and didn't know what she was doing. took 10-15 minutes per each car to get out when dealing with her. so ridiculous.

    The return shuttle took close to an hour to arrive, even after repeated calls. When we returned to the lot, there were 2 empty shuttle buses just sitting there, and the one picking us up was fairly empty too, so the slowness was not due to an overload of people to pick up.

    You have to really watch for the right color for the shuttle. Its a little confusing. I jumped on the 1st shuttle that said "Airport Parking" on it and found out that it was the wrong color. I was on the green one and I guess I needed the blue one. It ended up ok since the shuttle guy took pity on my family and I and drove the extra mile to drop us off on the corner. Overall it saved us money so I would use them again. To make things better they really should make the customer aware of what to look for to find the right shuttle.
