  lot was very hard to find. The phone number was not in service. We were not aware the office would be in a hotel. When we arrived, could not locate the hotel clerk nor the parking attendant. The car was fairly clean upon return, and the price was reasonable.

  Very Convenient. Close to airport, very nice staff, was taken to airport within 5 minutes. Waited about 15 minutes for pick up. Would recommend to friends.

  If you use this service, be prepared for a very long, extended wait at the airport to be picked up. I returned around 10pm at night. I called 3X. Each time I was told the van was on its way.(This was obviously not true). I saw other shuttle services make several trips while I was waiting. Its not worth the aggravation to save 3-5 dollars. No wonder it changes its name every so often. I would too with all the bad reviews and dissatisfied customers.

  THEY LOST MY CAR AND KEYS. TOOK THEM 2 DAYS TO GET MY CAR TO ME . IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. PLACE UNDER STAFFED. LONG WAIT TO GET SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT AND WAITED 45 MINUTES TO BE PICKED UP. THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD PLACES TO PARK. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

  This is the worst place to park for MCO. Take your money and run! You will wait to get to the airport and 1 van serves multi hotels, so once you are on the van, no guarantee you are going straight to airport! On return, the # to call on pickup card was BUSY for 35 min., we had been on an extended trip, 6 pieces of luggage, given 3 different locations for pickup, and 1 1/2 hour wait!!! And, we are seniors. Go fast!

  Had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to show up at the desk so I could get the keys to my car then when someone finally came he was on his phone the whole time then stood there still on His phone and expected a tip

  Parking Strip parking service at the Wingate Hotel is understaffed. If they do not have the proper means to accommodate their customers, then they should not offer this service. I had to wait 15 minutes to be taken to the airport, causing me to rush to my flight and waited an hour before being picked up from the airport upon my return, causing me to have to rush to work. Overall, very displeased with the parking strip company and will not use their services again.

  Was presently surprise with great service. Since it was the best price for valet parking I did not expect great service. Shuttle may not be newest but it was quick. On the return was picked up in a reasonable time. Vehicle was ready for me in front of hotel. Would use again and recommend.

  This is by far the worst Airport parking provider in Orlando! I have used a few of them,and this one is horrible. There shuttle vans are falling apart. When I arrived back at the airport I had to wait 40 minutes for them to show up to pick me up! I will never use these guys again!

  upon return to hotel parking lot had to wait overr 15 minutes for keys to my car. up to that point you got straight A's. They could not find my keys or the keys of another customer. it would be nice for a voucher for the next stay because of the inconvenience.

  No one was around to greet us when we first arrived at the hotel. A instructional sign should be placed on the counter if they leave it empty.
