    Never used this service before and I was impressed with the short wait time for a shuttle and I found both shuttle staff and parking lot staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I will use this service again. Thanks

    After arriving back from our trip at 11:30PM on 3/22/14 we went to leave the Aeroparking lot and were greeted by an attendant who curtly asked to see our reservation.After 2 exhausting plane trips my wife and I looked at each other and I produced our 'Perks Club Card' that was issued to me when I parked the car on 3/15/14.This wasn't good enough and the female attendant stated that she would not let me leave the lot until I had produced my actual reservation which I had prepaid for via the internet prior to my trip.I then rummaged through our luggage and found the copy of my reservation.What makes this an absurd situation is that all my information was already recorded in their data base including my arrival time,prepayment,parking spot number,and exiting date etc.Other than the rude attendant,the young men driving us to and from the airport were efficient and pleasant.

    Very happy with actual service. However, checkout was irritating thinking that our online rate would have been applied since I paid a deposit etc. when making it. We were charged the full rate because the cashier did not initially ask for it. She asked if we were "members" and not if we had made a reservation or used a coupon. When asking her about the reduced rate she said that she asked if we had made a reservation but she did not. She took down details and said that a manager will make an adjustment, which is fine as long as it is actually processed. Since the online rate is not automatically charged you need to have your cashiers specifically ask if a coupon is being used to the correct charge is processed.

    On my return bus trip there seemed to be confusion surrounding the business cards with lot and stall info among the passengers. In some cases, it stemmed from customer error, such as the individual whose card was with his girlfriend, who had dropped off the car. In other cases it was lot error, such as in the case of the card that had only lot info and no stall info filled out by the departing shuttle driver. If there was some way to email the parking info, I feel like that might be more efficient. ipads or something for the drivers so that they can do this? Just a thought.

    Pick up from airport seemed like a little longer wait (around 25 minutes). Other than that, everything was great.

    I've used them twice now. I like the price and the fact I get to keep my vehicle keys so it's secure while I'm traveling. First time, I had a reservation and the lot was overloaded so they had to valet park my vehicle and I had to leave the keys with them. I wrote down the mileage and there was no issue with the vehicle. The shuttle was prompt leaving and about a 15 minute wait coming home. The drivers were both polite and helpful. The second time we were able to park the vehicle ourselves and the shuttle was prompt to pick us up. Unfortunately we had to wait 28 minutes for a shuttle on the way home. The staff again were polite and helpful with luggage but the return wait times are unacceptably long.

    We have used this lot twice. The first time had no negative reviews but this last time we arrived at island #1 and waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. We filled it to capacity and the driver turned away another waiting customer. When we arrived at the lot I noticed an extreme number of cars "double parked". All three of the parties in the shuttle were blocked in being able to back out. I admit they were quick in getting the car in back of us out of the way, but why was it there? I assume the owner would have had to leave his keys with the lot attendant--I would never do that. The entire time to call for the shuttle at arrive at the lot was 45 minutes! Totally unacceptable.

    Getting out from Seattle was easy and efficient. This was at 12:30 pm when traffic was busy. On the return I called, waited the stated 5 minutes, called again after 15 minutes, waited 10 more minutes, and then got picked up. This was at 2:45 a.m. when there was no traffic to speak of.

    Waited over 35 minutes for the shttle at the airport on our return. when I called them they ssid in would be there in 15 minutes then the the shuttle past us right by had to call again. Then they wanted us ro walk down to pick-up 3 I am disables and would not walk down there. Just a real hassle on our return. Price was great lot was good.

    Great service and close to SeaTac. I would've given a 5 star rating, but it took them 30 min from my arrival to airport. I only note this because they say on their website that 20 min is plenty of time.
