rat moved into our car on their lot over 2 week stay . shuttle drivers were good
Emphasis should be made at the outset that people should keep the card informing them of where they parked their car.Many in our van had no clue in the dark and rainy night.Also,the pickup point at the airport should be emphasized

Waited 45 minutes for the driver, he was so greedy, he had people sitting in laps and standing in Isles. After waiting to picked up, it took us 25 minutes to get to the lot.. The whole bus agrees , and will be telling everybody, not to go there !!!
I always have a great interaction with the staff on my trips. Every time has been smooth.
Pick up to return to parking area was very long. Not enough shuttles for amount of people returning.
I left a small item on one of the shuttle buses. It was found and turned in by the driver. I live in another state so I contacted the office by phone. They told me that they had the item and cooperated in every way to help return my lost item to me. All the staff I spoke with were very helpful. The driver of the shuttle was also very helpful and polite during my transfer to the hotel. Good customer service and integrity were evident throughout my experience.
Customer service was great! the time from the parking lot to the airport was perfect, as well as upon returning. I made the one call to the parking lot attendant and the shuttle was there within 5 min. Everyone was very helpful!
We waited way longer than was reasonable in my opinion and it took 4 calls to your office before we finally got a shuttle to pick us up
Never used this service before and I was impressed with the short wait time for a shuttle and I found both shuttle staff and parking lot staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I will use this service again. Thanks
After arriving back from our trip at 11:30PM on 3/22/14 we went to leave the Aeroparking lot and were greeted by an attendant who curtly asked to see our reservation.After 2 exhausting plane trips my wife and I looked at each other and I produced our 'Perks Club Card' that was issued to me when I parked the car on 3/15/14.This wasn't good enough and the female attendant stated that she would not let me leave the lot until I had produced my actual reservation which I had prepaid for via the internet prior to my trip.I then rummaged through our luggage and found the copy of my reservation.What makes this an absurd situation is that all my information was already recorded in their data base including my arrival time,prepayment,parking spot number,and exiting date etc.Other than the rude attendant,the young men driving us to and from the airport were efficient and pleasant.
The attendant and the drivers attitude counts the most. I will be using you service again.

Very happy with actual service. However, checkout was irritating thinking that our online rate would have been applied since I paid a deposit etc. when making it. We were charged the full rate because the cashier did not initially ask for it. She asked if we were "members" and not if we had made a reservation or used a coupon. When asking her about the reduced rate she said that she asked if we had made a reservation but she did not. She took down details and said that a manager will make an adjustment, which is fine as long as it is actually processed. Since the online rate is not automatically charged you need to have your cashiers specifically ask if a coupon is being used to the correct charge is processed.
On my return bus trip there seemed to be confusion surrounding the business cards with lot and stall info among the passengers. In some cases, it stemmed from customer error, such as the individual whose card was with his girlfriend, who had dropped off the car. In other cases it was lot error, such as in the case of the card that had only lot info and no stall info filled out by the departing shuttle driver. If there was some way to email the parking info, I feel like that might be more efficient. ipads or something for the drivers so that they can do this? Just a thought.
