Please arrive at ACE Rent A Car 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. When you arrive please pull up to the front of the office at Ace Rent A Car and one of the parking attendants will transfer your luggage to the shuttle bus then take your car. On your return to Indianapolis Airport, please call 800-242-7368 for shuttle pickup. The shuttle bus comes upon request. Please proceed to Zone 5 of the Ground Transportation center for our pickup area.

The only real comment was there was a long wait for the van once we called the service. It took over 20 minutes. I will say we got in about 11:20PM at night so many be we should have called as soon as we got off the plane.
My wife thought the driver of the van that picked us up was driving way to fast !
Good on pick up to airport but very bad on return. Only two staff on duty - they could not keep up.
First of all thank you for asking the question. I love the service and your drivers are top notch. What I have a real issue with is the check-in process. I make a reservation and spend an additional $5.00 for reserving a spot. I provide all the information. When I show up on the lot I have to wait for an inside person to hand me a piece of form to fill out again. I am only wanting to get to airport quickly and efficiently. I find it very FRUSTRATING to do this. If I take the time to do this online you should be able to capture the information needed. All I would need is my confirmation number. I can leave my confirmation slip in my car and jump in the van and go. You could then text me the claim check # to my phone.... along with directions on how to notify you upon my return. You guys are so close to taking you service to the next level with one small change in your process.
I was never informed that the name had been changed to Payless Parking. The sign at the light said Ace Rent-a-Cat as did my claim check. I was left standing at the airport curb for 40 minutes. The kid at the desk at the parking site couldn't have cared less and tried to make the situation my fault by saying, "Our vans have said Payless Parking for six months." How was I to know that?
Get more help at night to assist on late night return flights.

Second time using this place with very poor service! The inital drop off was good with a gentleman meeting me for the information and receipt as I had pre-paid. The return from the airport seemed good. When I called for the pick up, I asked that my car be started so it would be warm as it was about 15 degrees outside. The response was that they will only do that for pre pay customers, I informed him I was a pre pay customer, he response was 'OK, we will start the car then". On arrival, our bags were placed inthe trunk, and I thanked the driver. As my son attempted to open the drivers side car door, the handle fell off. Obviously someone did this and no one was going to tell us?! I went inside, waited my turn, and informed them that my door handle was broke. No one would make eye contact with me. A very nervous man tried to find the insurance claim form. All they could find was a rental form. I filled out as much as I could about what occurred. Still waiting for a return call from the company. You think that they would have been waiting for me when I arrrived to let me know of this accident, and I am sure it was due to the frozen conditions outside. They could careless that I had issues. My door did close for our 1.5 hour drive home. Never use this place again, will go down the street to Plainfield, IN at the OTHER Park Ride and Fly.
I decided to use this company a second time due to having a good experience 4 months ago. I called them at 1:05 AM for a pick up. At 1:35 AM I called back and asked how much longer. I was informed that the driver has already picked up two people. He asked me if I called in and I told him yes I did at 1:05. There needs to be protocol in place so the customer that calls for the pick up is not inadvertently left behind. This should have not happened as I was asked for my tag number. The driver should have known that tag number or at least our last name. Upon arrival to pick up, he should have inquired the tag number or last name instead of assuming the two people standing there were the ones that called at 1:05. It was 1:48 AM before we got picked up. We had two small children with us. Not even an apology - poor service. I will not use them again nor will I recommend.

Efficient staff, courteous drivers, well-priced (and used a discount :) ****Office staffer on 7/21/14 able to give concise directions over the phone; I was mis-directed by my own TYPO to the east side (Irvington) at 8:20 a.m. My family of six were able to be in the airport before 9 a.m. and had plenty of time to clear TSA and make our flight **** Again, many thanks !!!

This place was under-staffed for the late shift, which is a terrible thing to do to your customers past midnight. They did not have the car ready and waiting as they have in the past. They did not know where keys were. 3 customers went behind the counter to help the one staff person find their keys and find their own cars in the lot after waiting for 30+ minutes. No one was happy having to leave the lot at 1am after doing the company's work for them.
This is the second time I've used this company. The first time I was more than pleased other than a mix up about how much I was supposed to pay. This last time was less than satisfactory. The check in people were bossy and not friendly, the driver was also not friendly. On the way back from the airport, the driver was downright rude, and once again my price was messed up. It's a cheap parking place, but I would pay more for better customer service.
Love this place- So clean and the employees are very friendly and prompt. Been here many times and will continue. Only complaint is that my SUV smelled like smoke when I picked it up and it had never been smoked in before that. They also forgot to clean it inside and wash it as we requested, but we were not charged for that so it was fine. We will definitely be back as this is the quickest, easiest, and friendliest parking service in Indy.
Would, and will, use this service again. Well worth the trip to fly out of Indianapolis. Will tell all I know about ACE Rental. Thanks for the excellent and prompt service.
