The ratings I saw on the Internet were correct! We had no wait at all on either end of the trip, our car was out and waiting for us when we arrived home, and everyone was more than courteous. Keep up the good work!

The instructions on your site do not match the instructions at the Indy Ace. They gave me correct instructions at their site. (you said report to Zone 5 for pickup but it was supposed to say Zone 2). The parking lot signage was difficult to understand. I didn't know where to go when I first arrived. The steps to the front door are steep, the side door steps are rickety. But overall it was great. Great savings, courteous personnel, shuttle van and drivers were excellent. I will use them again, for sure.

When I came back the shuttle took over 30 min. to arrive at the airport because the driver was not notified. When I got to the office they removed 2 days of parking to compensate. Great customer service.

Excellent service. Would recommend this over a cab or other method to get to the Indianapolis Airport. Ace staff was great. Shuttle was easy -- way better than any method other than friend drop-off/pick-up -- and affordable.

When I returned to get my car, it took 20-30 minutes to board a shuttle. When I arrived at the parking location, it took about 90 minutes to get my car and pay my bill. The agent was efficient, but over worked. From the time I picked up my luggage

It took a long time in the morning before the shuttle returned to take us to the airport, only one shuttle running apparently. When we returned it was a 40 minute wait for the shuttle.

Please pull up to the front of the office and the attendant will take your car. Free shuttle bus to the Airport. Please arrive at ACE Rent A Car 15 minutes prior to the time you would like to arrive at your airport terminal.
Airport Transportation:
We have a continuous shuttle service that runs 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. When you arrive, please give us a courtesy phone call so that we may provide the most efficient service possible.

Open 24 hours - with continuous shuttle service available.

Ace Rent A Car offers secure parking close to IND at a great price. As trusted operators they provide a professional service with free shuttle buses running between Ace Rent A Car and Indianapolis Airport. Please arrive at ACE Rent A Car 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. When you arrive please pull up to the front of the office at Ace Rent A Car and one of the parking attendants will transfer your luggage to the shuttle bus then take your car.
