As trusted operators they provide a professional service with free shuttle buses running between Ace Rent A Car and Indianapolis Airport. Please arrive at ACE Rent A Car 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. When you arrive please pull up to the front of the office at Ace Rent A Car and one of the parking attendants will transfer your luggage to the shuttle bus then take your car. On your return to Indianapolis Airport, please call 800-242-7368 for shuttle pickup. The shuttle bus comes upon request. Please proceed to Zone 5 of the Ground Transportation center for our pickup area.

We I arrived in the day of my departure I waited for over 10 minutes in my car and no one came out to assist me. Had to drag my bags inside and up the stairs to check in and then wait nearly 15 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the airport - a total of 25 minutes at your lot before I got to the airport. Staff was rather apathetic that customers were there. Pick up from the airport was seamless and extremely timely, especially considering my flight arrived at 12:30 a.m. My car was waiting for me when I arrived back at your lot.
Over 30 minutes was too slow. We use your service for its quick response to the airport. May need to change.
Our car was not ready on our return. I called and gave reservation # when we cleared gate, and the driver called-in our number in transit.....but it was not brought to the front until I went in and told attendants to give me the fob and I would find the car. Very poor service....disappointing.

Your website is still ACE so we were looking for ACE signs to find the lot but it is now Payless. A little hitch but you do need to get your signage and online presence the same.
The wait was more than 30 minutes. Way,way too long. We have used your service before so we are willing to try again. But the couple with us said "never again!"
I appreciate the great customer service. Shuttles were on time and the shuttle driver was an enthusiastic person. There was some wait time and I understand that these happen and I was surprised that the guy over the counter gave me a discount for that. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend to others
The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating is my initial arrival. They obviously just had a rush as there were several cars waiting to be parked. I have always been greeted at my car, but this time I had to walk up to the building. I went in and waited for someone to greet me. I was handed the paper to fill out, then the man walked away. I stood around waiting and decided to go outside to find someone. He came back from the parking lot and continued to walk right past me as I had the paper held out. I finally got everything settled and was off on the next shuttle. From there, everything I love about this service was back on track. The pick up was fast, and I was taken care of. I understand that there was a rush, but at the point of my dropoff, I was the only person needing help with 2 men on duty.
I have parked with you several times and generally have been pretty pleased with the service. Outbound service was as usual fine. My return...not so great. I was simply travelling overnight so I had no checked bags and called from the main terminal as I was headed for the escalator to the pick up area where I ended up waiting for forty minutes for a shuttle. As I waited I had 3 of your competitors shuttles go by and it began to make me think I had chosen the wrong parking service. When I finally got to the parking office there was no one working the parking counter so I waited in the car rental line for another 10 minutes while car rentals were be processed. On the upside when the car rental clerk noticed my disapproval/impatience that he was leaving the building to do a walk around with a car customer he instructed me to just pick up my car keys from the parking counter and that he would waive the balance of my parking fees
Worst experience I've ever had using this company for parking. Had a 30 minute wait for shuttle ride back to car. website was jacked up when I made the reservation so it didn't charge me the full parking amount, I had to go in and settle up upon return and it was late and I just wanted to get going on my 1 1/2 hour drive home. The parking rates are not much cheaper than on airport parking, which is what I may start using.
They need to do a better job of identifying their vans. It was confusing on pick up. It said Payless Car Rental. Since this is change from what I was used to (ACE) I was uncertain. Another person waiting was very aggitated by not being adequately identified.
