I've used ABC for over two years, a couple times a month for business travel. Overall good service for the price, but my last experience with their extremely rude receptionist/dispatcher has made me take my business elsewhere. Why put up with being treated like dirt by someone you're paying money to? You deserve better... at least I know I do. I'll never use ABC again.

They gave us clear, easy directions for getting back on the highway when we left, but we had a difficult time finding our way there initially. We stopped at a nearby hotel to call when initially lost, and ABC was able to give us straightforward directions at that point. I would definitely use this parking service again.

This was good. I was taken immediately to the airport when I arrived, didn't have to wait. When returning, I called and I was lucky that I made it to the bus, since their pickup at terminal B they just tell you to be near the yellow taxis but it's a pretty long strip and I saw a man who wasn't as lucky as me, get left behind. It was cold and I felt bad for him. Don't know if I'll use this lot again.

Even tho coming off the turnpike I missed the turn into the lot cause the sign to enter was small and confusing. It was a great experience both efficiently and economically. I was taken to the airport quickly and picked up the same never waited more then 5min and my car was waiting for me and hot. Thank you will use again

I parked my car there for two weeks. When I returned to NJ in later night, only 5 minutes to wait the pick up after I called. When I arrived the parking place, my car was was ready at the front of there small office. I paid my fee and drove away in minutes. It is a out door parking and the place is kind of dusty, if you want your car keeps shine then it is not the place.

The shuttle TO the airport was immediate and quick. We didn't wait even a minute. That was wonderful! BUT picking us up to return from the airport was SLOW. We waited nearly 30 minutes. Then, they couldn't find our car. To add insult to injury, the lady inside where you pay could not find the paperwork. Lots of confusion and delay. The lot is a bit difficult to find. BUT the price is RIGHT.

I only waited a few minutes for the shuttle. Everyone I met at the start and end of my trip was friendly and was making an effort to please the customers. ABC seem concerned that I had to wait for my car because I had not called on my arrival and they quickly settled with a another customer who had lost his parking stub, he was quickly on his way home. It's a little hard to find, but I will use ABC again.

The ABC lot was the cheapest and provided excellent service. Our bags were taken from our car on arrival and loaded into the shuttle; as soon as we checked in we left for our terminal which is only a five mnute ride. Upon return, we were picked up outside the terminal in less than 10 minutes and our car was waiting for us by the time we arrived back at the lot. The attendant loaded our bags into our car.

my departure was good however my pick up at termal on my return was not good. waited at airport for 15-20 min for van to pick us up while watching other passengers get picked up from other lots. when we arrived at lot my car was not ready and they had a problem finding my car. had to wait in the rain with my family and all got very wet including my luggage. Please arrive at ABC Airport Parking 10 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Pull in front of office to check-in your car with the attendant. Free shuttle service provided every 2 to 10 minutes to the airport. Oversized vehicles additional $2.00 per day.

Free shuttle service every 2 to 10 minutes.
Operation Hours:
Open 24 hours.
Additional Information:
ABC Parking Newark is located only 1 mile from Newark Airport with shuttle buses running every 2 to 10 minutes to and from the airport terminals. The transport is clean and free of charge and you will recieve assistance with you luggage making your trip easier. ABC Airport Parking is paved, well lit and fenced with 24 hour security for your piece of mind. They offer great rates and ask for a minimum of a 2 day stay. Oversized trucks will be charged an additional $2.00 a day. Park Shuttle and Fly ask that you arrive with 15 minutes to get to EWR. On your return to Newark Airport and after you have collected your luggage please use the following instructions: Terminal A: Go to lower level transportation and shuttle bus will pick up at the middle island. Terminal B: Go to the parking area and the shuttle bus will pick up passengers in Lane 7. Terminal C: Outside Baggage Claim. Go across the street and shuttle bus will pick up in Area 2.
