We just returned from a trip and used Parking Spot 3. Service was excellent - was there immediately when we arrived and when we returned they were parked out front waiting. When we paid (used our 20 percent coupon) we were also given 2 bottles of water. Great service! We will use this parking service again on our next trip!

We will never park here again. The people in the booths do not know how to process discounts for pre paid parking. It is always 15 MINUTE PROCESS GETTING OUT OF THE LOT AT THE BOOTH. The shuttle drivers are the best, always helpful and courteous.

Finding and comparing rates online was easy. I was also able to use a coupon I found online. The shuttle was very convenient. I hope the prices don't soar when it becomes a PARKINGSPOT place.

We drove from Springfield, Il and did really well until we got to Alton. We were caught in a horrible winter blizzard. We arrived in your lot 20 min before our flight. Your shuttle rushed us to the airport, SWA rushed us thru the checkon process, and they held the plane for us. EXCELLENT!!

I have used this company twice in the past five months. No complaints about shuttle drivers or service. They were kind and helpful. However, both times, the lady at check out was rude to us. No smile or thank you, etc. Thanks for asking.

Parking shuttle staff very courteous. But, parking lot full of potholes. Attendant at gate where pay very slow, very rude. We came thru around 830pm on the 14th March, she took forever to process a credit card payment. Began to wonder............

Everything was fine, except at the end when the attendant was confused about how much I was supposed to pay. I gave her the printout from my email, but she was very confused. It took almost 10 minutes to clear things up, which was a little frustratin
