The Parking Spot 2 servicing Dallas Fort Worth Airport offers free car side transport to and from the airport terminal 24 ours a day. Please arrive to park 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. On your return, after retrieving your luggage, please call 972-929-7275 for pick-up and wait in the off-airport shuttle area.  Please note that points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot.  Please also note that taxes at The Parking Spot locations are based on the total cost of the reservation, plus an airport access fee.  As AirportParkingReservations.com does not calculate fees as taxable amounts, the tax amount shown on your receipt will vary slightly at the lot.

    I have used parking spot for 3 years. I travel every week. I switched to Parking spot 2 because it was closer being just off the highway. Over time, service has gotten progressively worse. I am not sure what is going on. They are late not just once, but every single time for the last at least 10 times I have travelled. I am always the last one picked up. There is no apology...just the last one. This week I gave them one last shot. When I called I was told they were having a hard time getting to the airport. I saw 5 parking spot NORTH and 4 parking spot South. Everyone on the bus was mad.And to boot...the driver was complaining because he was asked to stay an hour late for delayed flights. Almost the whole bus had their flights delayed! Wrong people to complain to! Completely unacceptable! I will not come back here.

    avoid ps2 if you return late. its late pick up service is horrible for promptness. i had bad experience three times in six month. in one instance. i had to wait 40 minutes and saw seven other parking spot shuttles passing by. avoid it if you don't want a bad feeling at the end of a good family or business trip.

    Attendant at the gate was totally ill prepared as we tried to pay and exit the lot. We had pre-reserved our space and paid for one day of our stay. He was totally confused by that, said he had never seen a form like what we presented (a computer printout of our reservation and receipt) and took FOREVER to figure out what we ultimately owed. It was after 1:30 am in the morning and we were exhausted. Please train your folks to accept your forms and understand what they are doing. Thanks!!!

    The parking seemed really overbooked, with lots of cars parked in the lanes and seeming to block access to many of the cars parked in marked parking spots. A big red truck had to be moved by the shuttle driver for us to be allowed out of our parking
