Lot was conveniently located near the 405 freeway. Had hoped for parking inside the structure, but there were only spaces available on the outside top 8th floor. Shuttle services both ways was quick and courteous. We were pleased that we only had to wait 15 minutes after texting for shuttle pick up after our midnight flight arrival. We would definitely use this parking option in the future.
I will never park at this facility again. With all the option around there is no need to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. Really really unhappy parking here.
I had to go all the way to the roof to find parking only to find out the lot was full from the 5th level to the roof, there should be some way that you can be made aware that the lot is full on those levels. I ended up parking in the basement which was fine, but the travel time searching for a space could have been avoided.
Back elevators smell like weed need to keep a closer look but overall good
We were surprised to find the lot so full when we parked our car but realized it was that way because you offer such a great value. Only concern was the wild driver on our return from the airport, on Saturday, 8/13/2016. Jesus was his name. The shuttle was filled to capacity with riders and luggage and he drove as if the vehicle was empty. Very scary ride. He took corners much too fast and stopping and starting was very jerky. It was dangerous.
I had to wait at least 30 minutes for the shuttle.
We waited over 40 minutes at LAX and called and texted (several times) the phone number listed on our reservation sheet. The line was always busy. We finally took a taxi cab to the parking lot and talked to the attendant. He first claimed that we must have called the wrong number. When we showed him the number we dialed and pointed out that it was the very same number posted on the blue sign right next to his booth, he tried to call the number himself and of course got a busy signal. We asked to get reimbursed for the taxi cab, he refused and said that we should have waited longer for the shuttles. Not a situation we want to be in after a long flight home. Besides, the parking lot itself wasn't well lit, and the entrance sign was hard to see at night. Overall not a very good place.
Covered and clean.
The attendant on arrival were helpful. Shuttle took 45 min. to pick us up after 2 phone calls.
Shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful.
After waiting for over 20 minutes for the shuttle to get to LAX, I asked the parking attendant when the next shuttle is scheduled to come but found the attendant very unpleasant and did not want to be bothered and simply said for me to just wait. After waiting for an additional 5-10 minutes, the shuttle came but low and behold, the driver told me that his shift was done and was going on a break and simply closed the shuttle doors and drove away!!! I asked the parking attendant once again for help and was pointed to another shuttle driver who informed me that the same shuttle that left is coming back. Again, I had to wait 5 more minutes for the return of the shuttle. The 405 Parking system was a very unorganized and found the employees unhelpful. I will not use this parking lot again and neither will I recommend this to others.
Shuttle was waiting when I arrived at parking lot. Was told to call on return. Took +30 minutes for shuttle to make it to terminal 7. I understand it is summer and airport is more crowded; however, it was 2pm on a Tuesday and while clearly there were multiple stops, a second pick-up shuttle would have been nice. Otherwise, good experience overall.
Parking lot for airport parking was a little small.
Thanks the parking garage was in good condition
Driver was great & very helpful.
Shuttle driver very willing to help w/ luggage. Thank you.
Overall experience was good one. I actually forgot to lock my car. Upon return , everything was the same. Car was the same as I left it
I've used this lot for almost 10 years. The service has always been fair to good. The price is what attracted me. Has been $8.95 for a few years so I kept going back. What a coincidence that as soon as they raise their price to $11.95(a 33% increase), I have to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle! This was at 7pm on a Wednesday. To make things worse, the whole time there was a second shuttle parked with no one to run it! I was so pissed! I got to the garage 1.5 hours early, as I always do, but I would have missed my flight, but luckily it was a half hour late. In conclusion, I WILL NEVER USE THIS GARAGE EVER AGAIN! AND I ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!!
Departing was easy as pie, but coming back to LA I had to wait exactly one hour and two minutes for the shuttle. When I called the lot the person was kind of rude, and told me I missed the ahuttle so it's my fault. Then lied to me and said that the next one if only a few minutes away, but I waited 30 more minutes. When I got on the shuttle it was completely packed and everyone were irritated after waiting so long. That was a bad experience.
Parking spaces are tight but fair.
