Overall experience was good.
Easy access from the 405. Their sign could have been bigger when tiring to find the lot.
Shuttle only runs every 30 minutes. I realized that I had left something in my vehicle while enroute to the airport. I asked the driver if he could take me back and he told me I had to get off the shuttle and wait in the departure area to return to the parking garage. I waited 20 minutes before he arrived in the departure area to return to the garage. Once I retrieved my item from my car , the driver said he was on a 15 minute break. I had to call a Lyft driver to take me back to the airport so that I could catch my flight.
We found the lot without difficulty. We were lucky to find covered parking and our car was in the same shape as when we left it (other than being dusty). The parking lot attendant was as to be expected when we paid to leave (that was our only encounter with parking lot personnel). the shuttle from the lot was almost immediately available and the shuttle from LAX arrived at the expected place, about 20 minutes after we texted our location. Overall, satisfied with this service
took 47 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at 1 in the aftternnon, that is ridiculous. last tim I parked there it too 35. way too long!!!
I CALLED AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED TO TERMINAL IN ORDER TO BE PICK UP. THE OPERATOR TOLD US THAT THE WAITING TIME WAS LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. AFTER 35 MINUTES I CALLED AGAIN AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THE TIME AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. THE CUY IN CHARGE OF TAKING THE PAYMENT WAS SO RUDE, HE DID NOT SAY PLEASE OR THANKS, WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS BEING RUDE, HE SMILED AT ME AND SAID "THANK YOU" THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME USING YOUR FACILITIES, BUT I THINK IT WOULD BE THE LAST
I have parked here twice so far. It's a good option I think, if you reserve in advance the price is great! Shuttle was easy, probably runs about every 30 min if not more often. The only thing that I have heard negative about it is that sometimes they run out of space. I haven't experiance that myself but the second time I was picking up my car I did see a sign saying parking lot full. I don't know how that affects online reservation. But at the same time just wait for the shuttle there is always someone getting off. Quick access from and to the highway. I would definelty recommend it and I will be using them again.
This is the second time I have used this company and waited for over 25 minutes at the terminal to be picked up. When I call they were rude when other customers asked about timing to get picked up the driver was just giving excuses and when we got to the garage there was a bus sitting not being driven. I think this is a poorly run organization.
Shuttle frequency and punctuality are key to airport parking business. Max wait time should not be more than 15 minutes.
They want you to text pick up, but after 20 minutes I called and Talked to a real person who said oh ok I will send someone and we waited anothe 20 minutes for the pick up.
30 minute wait each way; drivers courteous; 15 min + to find parking space..Lot very full. Parking attendant rude.
Occasional user of this lot. It suits my needs. This past visit I lucked out and the shuttle van was curbside upon my return flight. I didn't need to contact dispatch.
Good experience. No problems. Recommend.
when i call for the shuttle to pick us up, the person who answer was Rude, not professional. need to work on that. wait time was about 45min
I think it would be a great help if you were to email people returning from a trip( you have their return date from online reservation) and telling them the number to TEXT and if the parking reservation was done online, they should have the paperwork handy when checking out. Mine was packed in my suitcase and not easy to find. I wasn't aware I needed the online printout, the print out from the entrance machine was not much help.
Wait to be picked up was way too long. Over 30 minutes. I had to call two times.
Suggest you make up a sign to hang on the wall of the exit booth with directions to the various freeways, so when a customer leaving asks "how do I get to the 105 Freeway East?" The answer is not "I don't know, I don't drive, etc" "look it up on your phone app". Driver of our shuttle to and fro was wonderful. A larger sign outside your building or a sign planted in the grass would help in finding the entrance to the parking lot.
Waiting time for shuttles was more than expected. Also I missed a shuttle by 5 seconds and had to watch a worker talking on the phone while a group of us waited for the next bus. Seriously, who says they are taking lunch at 10 am and if so walk away from your vehicle, where customers are waiting.
Lot was good we were just upset they didn't come Fornus at LAX and we had to pay for a cab to take us back to our car
On our return, main elevevator had an Out of Order sign with an arrow pointig to another elevator, but no other signs once we left that area, so we had to search and "by accident" stumbled upon the other elevator on the other side of the garage. After a long, uncomfortable plane ride that was not wat we wanted...hunting for an elevator.
