Enter 405 Airport Parking off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Obtain a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle on levels 5 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the 1st floor and catch the complimentary shuttle to LAX just outside of the parking facility where you entered. You will see a sign for the shuttlepick up location. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'5". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    Waiting time for shuttles was more than expected. Also I missed a shuttle by 5 seconds and had to watch a worker talking on the phone while a group of us waited for the next bus. Seriously, who says they are taking lunch at 10 am and if so walk away from your vehicle, where customers are waiting.

    On our return, main elevevator had an Out of Order sign with an arrow pointig to another elevator, but no other signs once we left that area, so we had to search and "by accident" stumbled upon the other elevator on the other side of the garage. After a long, uncomfortable plane ride that was not wat we wanted...hunting for an elevator.

    The driver was very nice, but they definitely need more shuttles. It took almost an hour to get picked up. It seemed like every other parking service came by at least 4 times before their shuttle arrived.

    Other companies shuttles go 3 or 4 times outside of LAX before the 405 shuttle shows up . The driver is frustrated because someone calls in sick and they have no one to replace them. Hire more people and get more vans if you want to play with the big boys!

    I've used 405 parking for over 6 years. Easy access to 405 freeway. The parking is good. May have to search during peak seasons. Never parked on roof. Area clean, elevator works well.

    All the upper rows were full even though the computer said there were places and we had paid!!! As we were driving out an attendant said to park on the basement level. Luckily, there were spots on this level. If the lot is full your website should reflect such!!

    It's been the first time in over a year in which the shuttle pick up was prompt and efficient despite the high traffic volume in the airport on the night of August 26. I've been parking at 405 for about 8 years now, and it was always good for the price. When the new management took over about 2 years ago, the shuttle service inexplicably worsened with long delays and no one to account for it if you asked the parking attendant. The parking rate has increased about $3/day now. I hope this means the shuttle service will be improved with more buses and drivers available to serve travelers.

    Bargain basement lot just off the 405. Wait times for shuttles at pick up are very long, not a regular shuttle service, must request pick-up via text or phone call. Major construction on Century Blvd. made traffic a bear and so the distance to the parking structure seemed farther than it actually is. Pay the extra $5-7 per day and park somewhere closer.
