We had absolutely no problems with the place or the service. It is close to the airport and we had to wait just 10-15 mins for the shuttle to take us back to the lot. We strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for airport parking.
I love 405 Parking! I do not park anywhere else when I have to travel from LAX. Super courteous.
We always park our car at this parking lot because of the excellent service. We have had no problems. We always refer friends and family. We travel at least twice a year and always park at this parking lot. When traveling we are alway under so much stress trying to get to our destination on time and 405 parking has always made our trip alot easier. We did have an experience on 06/19/15 that we would love to share. When we got off the Shuttle, I left my IPad on the seat. This IPad has a lot of information and priceless pictures of vacations, family, friends and special memories. I would have been devistated If I had lost it. The Shuttle driver noticed that we left the IPad behind and went out of her way to make sure we got it back. We did not get her name or a chance to thank her. She was in a hurry to get back to her shuttle to get the rest of the passangers to their destination. Maybe she will see this comment and know that we appreciate her hard work, dedication, honesty and loyalty. The world is a better place with you in it. Date and time of shuttle was 06/19/15 at 7:30 - 8:30 am. Thank you.
Only one space available on above floor 4 . Very tight, and mirror was bent back on return. Location is great. Waited 20 minutes for pickup shuttle while other shuttles came by 3 or 4 times. Will have to evaluate our next choice. John
I found this a very convenient place to park, however I was only able to locate 1 parking spot and it was on the top floor, outside, next to the elevator. With cars in front of that spot, it was difficult yo get in and out of.
Way too crowded in this garage. Cars are parked in the aisles, making pulling in and out extremely difficult (took me several minutes to back out to avoid hitting any cars). Airport parking is only on the top 3 levels, which take forever to reach. I'm never using this place again.
Great customer service from the driver to the cashier. I will park there always if we fly from LAX but we normally fly BUR

Shuttle took over 45 min to arrive, and was standing room only by the time we left the last pick-up.
Parking spaces are extremely tight. Overall staff was friendly and the parking was convenient.
There was no parking except on the roof though I paid for indoor parking. So my car was outside for 10 days. Then, had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up after texting. Then, when I get to the garage, the power was out, so I had to walk up 7 flights of steps to get my car. Then, I had to dig thru my purse to scrounge up $90 in cash since the card reader wasn't working. Meanwhile, my 91 year old mother was waiting for me at the airport. Not impressed! My very last time I will park there.
Difficult to get on a bus. 1st one filled up. last one to fit on the 2nd bus. Got lucky. not enough buses running at peak need, one parked at the garage
Good place off freeway. Not enough shuttles running in the early AM going to airport. Bit of a wait returning to parking lot from airport. Overall good experience, have used before and will use again.
Just a request for the stairway at the parking lot to be lit. I arrived in the evening and had to walk up a very dark staircase to the 7th floor, which felt very unsafe. Otherwise, a great experience!
I had reservation from 6th June for five days. Check in time Around 8.00 AM . There was sign at the entrance that parking with reservations only. But there was no one to enforce. I could not find any space from 5th floor onwards. Finally ,I got a space on 4th floor.. I have used this lot many times, never had problem . If, in future ,I have similar problem, what do u suggest I should do ? That day,I informed, attendant that I could not find any space so I parked on 4th floor.. Let me know your suggestions
405 Parking OVERSELLS!!!!! Last time I used it, there were zero spaces anywhere, even in the basement, and I overheard an intercom conversation where the employees were being told to move their cars!!! Where were they going to move them? You can't park on the street. STOP THEM FROM OVERSELLING SPACES! Thanks. Not fair to customers or employees.
Parking was over sold. I arrived at the scheduled time, there was no space available in the covered area, which I had paid for. I parked on the roof. As I was exiting my car, another patron stopped me to ask if it would be OK if she parked on the roof for the exact same reason. They were gracious about charging me less because I did not "receive" the covered space I had paid for. One person on the shuttle had the same issue, I don't know if she asked for a reduction in the charges. I texted them at 2:10 p.m. on a Sunday. The van did not arrive until 2:35. They were dropping people off on the arrival level because the departure level was heavily impacted with traffic. That would have made it another 10-15 minutes had they done both levels. When we returned to the parking structure, 3 vans were parked. They only had 1 operating on a Sunday afternoon with heavy traffic which means round trip times were much longer than normal.
My wait was exactly 15 minutes and that was what I was told when I called. The shuttle filled up quickly and others complained they had waited 45 minutes but we were unable to pick them up as we were full. When multiple flights come in, there is a problem but I do not have a suggestion about managing it as you need to keep prices down overall.
The driver was 10-15 mins late, but quite nice. There was a lot of traffic. When we got to the lot the elevator was out of order. Not fun with luggage!
