Enter 405 Airport Parking off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Obtain a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle on levels 5 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the 1st floor and catch the complimentary shuttle to LAX just outside of the parking facility where you entered. You will see a sign for the shuttlepick up location. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'5".

    I have used 405 parking before, but this time I had an unpleasant experience. You probably had on shuttle running, I waited 55 minutes to be picked up. While I was waiting, I saw all other companies' shuttles showed up between 2 to 8 times, and never 405 parking shuttle. That was my last time I am going to use your services.

    Had to park on 7th floor - really narrow, small parking spots and hardly any left. A lot of cars parked in non-designated spots. Main elevator was down when we returned, had to walk to find an elevator that worked. Not a lot of workers available to answer questions if any. Shuttle wait when leaving was 25min and approx. 20min when we arrived. Overall, we will try a new place for our next trip as this was more inconvenient than it's worth.

    When returning from my trip I pulled up to pay and the ATM machine was not working. Luckily I was able to find $50 but that was not ok. If I didn't have any money what in the world would I have done? If you park here make sure you have enough cash to pay, just in case.

    There must have been a communication issue, when I called the lady who answered the phone didn't communicate that somebody is waiting for pickup. I waited 25 minutes no 405 shuttle showed up. I recognized other parking shuttles come by from other companies multiple times, but not 405. I had to call again and a guy answered the phone. This time he called to locate the driver and I was picked up thereafter.

    The attendant at the garbage was very patient and courteous. We arrived very late, almost midnight, and I called the attendant on duty that night twice, Just cause I was so tired, but each time he was patient and assured me the shuttle was almost there. Then after picking our car up, and we drove away only to realize I lost my wallet Thinking perhaps it was lost at the garbage. I called the attendant , it was very late , and he again kindly had a look outside where we loaded and found it. Really wonderful to meet such kind decent people. Thank you for helping us get through a challenging night, after flying 25 hours.

    Excessive wait. Twice the advertised time frame. When I complained to person at checkout booth he was rude and said they only had two drivers working so couldn't do any better. UNACCEPTABLE. I won't use them again. Too many times have I experienced this long wait with this company

    Even after seeing reviews for a lengthy shuttle wait time and rude employees, my overall experience was good, except for just one bump in the road. We arrived there minutes after missing the last shuttle. The next bus arrived about 15 minutes later which was lovely and on my arrival flight, I waited less than 5 minutes for my shuttle. As we stop at different terminals, the driver picks up more and more people even though the bus is clearly full and there is no more room for luggage. The driver continues to pack more passengers and has oversized luggage in the aisles (huge safety hazard) Other than that, I would definitely do business with 405 again.

    We sent a text when we got our luggage and had to call after waiting 15 mins. We did not have a shuttle for over 25 minutes. The fact that we saw multiple shuttles for Parking Spot and others was not reassuring. Never did get a follow up text.

    We returned at 7:45 pm. Waiters at the shuttle stop until 8:12 pm . text the service. During the first 1/2 hour, other service came and went four to five times each. The two other people were waiting for your service us each text 10 minutes apart. We did not get picked up until 8:40 Pm.. very poor service.

    Only had to wait 5 minutes for the shuttle to LAX and maybe about 45 seconds after I called for the shuttle from LAX back to the lot. Will definitely use you again.
