Enter 405 Airport Parking off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Obtain a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle on levels 5 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the 1st floor and catch the complimentary shuttle to LAX just outside of the parking facility where you entered. You will see a sign for the shuttlepick up location. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'5". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    Shuttle was waiting when I arrived at parking lot. Was told to call on return. Took +30 minutes for shuttle to make it to terminal 7. I understand it is summer and airport is more crowded; however, it was 2pm on a Tuesday and while clearly there were multiple stops, a second pick-up shuttle would have been nice. Otherwise, good experience overall.

    I've used this lot for almost 10 years. The service has always been fair to good. The price is what attracted me. Has been $8.95 for a few years so I kept going back. What a coincidence that as soon as they raise their price to $11.95(a 33% increase), I have to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle! This was at 7pm on a Wednesday. To make things worse, the whole time there was a second shuttle parked with no one to run it! I was so pissed! I got to the garage 1.5 hours early, as I always do, but I would have missed my flight, but luckily it was a half hour late. In conclusion, I WILL NEVER USE THIS GARAGE EVER AGAIN! AND I ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!!

    Departing was easy as pie, but coming back to LA I had to wait exactly one hour and two minutes for the shuttle. When I called the lot the person was kind of rude, and told me I missed the ahuttle so it's my fault. Then lied to me and said that the next one if only a few minutes away, but I waited 30 more minutes. When I got on the shuttle it was completely packed and everyone were irritated after waiting so long. That was a bad experience.

    Signs indicated that you could only park above the 5th floor of the parking structure. The levels above the 5th floor were packed with cars. I lucked out and found a space on the 7th floor.

    Between a delayed flight and a shuttle that didn't show up (after 45 minutes of waiting, we ended up taking a cab), we were quite frustrated. Customer service did what they could to make a long day better and reimbursed us for the cab ride.

    on departure trip the driver was very slow to get going she did not help with baggage. she kept walking back an forth to get items from somewhere. On arrival wait time was OK there was a lot of angry people who had been waiting over an hour. More shuttles are needed to circle around

    Waited 1.5hrs to be picked up from LAX airport. Ended up taking a cab to reach the parking structure. Seems like they were running only 1 shuttle and were full even before reaching the last terminal where I was waiting to be picked up.

    I recommended you guys to my group. We had to wait 70 minutes from my initial call at 10:22pm. I called (twice) after every 20 minutes to ask how much longer and I was told the driver will be there shortly, which was a lie. One the the women in my group had a business card with your phone number on it, while I had to look your number up from my email receipt. I had asked the your woman employee if I needed anything else, all she said I just needed the ticket on the return. Finally when the bus did arrive, it was full and the driver said he had enough room for two people. There was five in my family, so two of us got on. Next thing you know, the driver allowed 5 more people to get on for a total of seven. I could have got my whole family on..... And in the confusion, my son's bag got left behind. (Luckily We found it). Sad to say but I wasn't impressed at all.

    Good price, shuttles were fast to pick up. Most importantly the traffic to get into upper level departure was heavy, so our shuttle driver was clever and dropped us off below, advising us to just take the escalator up. Probably saved us 20 minutes and got us to our flight with plenty of time.

    Getting picked up from the parking structure was really quick. We parked our car, came down stairs and the shuttle was there. For pick up at the airport it took more than 30 minutes. We texted the number right when we got off the plane. If you need to be somewhere quick after landing, do not choose this parking.

    Although I had made a reservation, there were no spots available on any floors, so I had to park next to the vending machine near the exit, which didn't feel like as secure of a spot.
