It was a blessing to have the car pulled up and waiting for us when we returned to the parking structure.
The location although important is not the discriminator with the competition. The wait time was somewhat longer than expected but the overall experience was very good and exceeded our past experiences with other services. A suggestion for 1st timers or as a reminder. Leaving the lot with a left turn unable onto Manheim, turning left then left again to the light would be helpful.
I was very pleased with using this company. It was very easy to find the place, valet service was great and the people were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again when I fly out of Chicago !! Great job guys !!
Great experience. Parked car for 4 weeks and had absolutely no problem.
I saw 2 Blue Sky and 3 Preflight shuttle buses pass by before the First Choice shuttle bus picked me up after 20 minutes. The parking attendant then could not locate my car for another 20 minutes only to find that it was inside the building. I have used First Choice probably about 7 times, but this last experience will lead me to try another company next trip.
The service was so superb that I thought I had a personal chauffeur!!! The wait time was about 3 min. The attendants were quick to help me with my bags, and on my return, he even carried them to my car and put them in the trunk! I will definitely use this service again!!!!

I made a reservation online, which comes out to an even more affordable rate than it already is. The shuttle driver was very friendly and informative. On the way back, the shuttle picked me up within 10 minutes of my arrival, so I did not have to wait long. They are located within 3 miles of the airport so the ride is very quick. I highly recommend!
Traffic delays due to construction near the lot should be updated.
I parked with 1st choice. Nowhere on the airport parking reservations website or on 1st choice did it warm about construction and drops off at the international terminal. Upon my return I called 1st choice for pickup at 1144pm. I took airport transport to do 5e at terminal 5 and arrived by 1159. No shuttle. Called again at 1206am and was told the shuttle couldn't wait when I originally called. and was in its way back (it's 7 min their door to terminal). At 1217 woman next to me called again. Finally at 1224am (40+min after I originally called). What absolutely terrible service. I will never use them again!!!!

Lazy customer service. After a 32-hour day, we landed at O'Hare, went through Passport and Customs and boarded the airport train to go to terminal 2 and the Shuttle Bus Center -- as we had been instructed by First Choice to do. Luckily, I called to tell First Choice we had arrived and to give them our ticket number. The guy who answered the phone advised us that First Choice no longer made pick-ups at the Bus Center. He told me that we had to go to the economy parking station and board the First Choice shuttle there. Also luckily, the train we were on was a bit delayed leaving terminal 3 so we were able to get off and catch the train in the other direction. The shuttle was just about to leave when we caught it. When I mentioned to the dispatcher at base that I would have appreciated an email or phone call, he said they had too many customers to contact. His tone implied I could go screw. We are on the verge of finding another service -- if we have to go to the economy parking lot to catch the shuttle, why shouldn't we just park there and save the time? Also, who needs attitude at the tail end of a 32-hour day?
Since there was an adjustment to where we were to be picked up due to construction (not your fault), the person giving the directions of where to go at the airport for the pick up should actually go and see how to get there. It took a good 20 min to find out that we had to go up to the 3rd floor and then down the stairs to get the train. An actual train. And they told me meet at E and the place to meet was F.

Great service. However, it would be helpful to know the EXACT location of pickup on the return trip. That information wasn't readilly available and I had to call your office for it. I ended up taking a cab to your location because I was too far away from the Hilton hotel and it was raining.
Worked out great! No complaints. Easy - in and easy - out. We dropped off our car in the pull-through lane and an attendant came out to greet us. It was a minor (5 minute) wait for the van to leave, but it wasn't a big deal. We parked for 5 days and this was the best price. It was a little further on the map, compared to the other local extended / off-site parking providers, but then when I was on Mannheim road, I realized the difference was negligible -- like a few stop lights. If there is a ton of traffic (because of the ongoing construction) and you are running late, I imagine it may be 5 minute further away, but when we traveled (5pm departure and a midnight arrival), there was no traffic. I was a little unsure of the call-to-pickup but it worked out fine. They said 15- 20 minutes and it was 20 minutes. Next time I'll call as soon as deplaning instead of waiting to get the luggage and then calling. When we got to the parking lot our car was ready and waiting. It looked like it was parked inside, but there was another one there that looked like it had been outside for a very long time -- i guess it depends on how long you are parking. the attendant was very courteous and also, since we arrived at midnight, I accidentally had put in the wrong time of our arrival on their reservation system and ended up shorting them on a day of payment, since we had paid in advance to get the best rates. I offered to pay the one more day difference since it was my fault (confusing putting in a time of 12am for the day of return), but the attendant was extremely gracious and gave us the extra day. Overall the experience was very smooth and I would park here again.
This is the 2nd time I've used this lot. They are very efficient, safe and a pleasure to deal with!
