Arrival Info:

Upon entering, obtain a ticket and valet guests proceed to the left towards the cashier. Self-park guests can proceed ahead straight and park on levels 4 and above. Take the elevators down to the 1st floor where you can catch the shuttle. The shuttle waiting area/room is to the left of the main entrance of the parking structure. Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

105 Airport Parking LAX is an excellet parking choice for many South Bay residents. Located off Sepulveda Blvd. and just south of I-105, this covered parking structure offers valet and self parking. The complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from LAX every 25-30 minutes. Valet guests provide their valet ticket number to the shuttle driver so their vehicle is waiting for them upon arrival.     When we arrived at the lot on Day 1, all of the spots in levels 4-6 were already full even though we had a reservation. That's pretty frustrating. On the day we returned (Sunday after Thanksgiving), we understand that it would be really busy and would need to wait for a shuttle, but it was worse than expected. We were at terminal 6 and the shuttles were already full by the time they got to terminal 6. We texted and called when we arrived, so we were very angry that a shuttle that had space for all 4 of us never made it to us. We were able to argue our way onto a shuttle with 2 seats (which was fine since it was 2 adults and 2 kids that could sit on our laps). I understand that the shuttle normally loops around the airport to pick up people but you need to seriously consider how to make sure that people at terminals 5, 6 and 7 are also getting picked up (i.e., send another shuttle just to pick up customers on the far side of the airport).

    I called from the airport for a pickup and it took 35 minutes for a shuttle to show up. I will not be using them again!

    My shuttle wait time at LAX was more than 35 minutes. This was awful and completely unprofessional and to me, unacceptable after a long flight. I intend to use another parking company as response time and the number of active shuttles is not for me.

    It was amazing. I stepped out to the curb with the red courtesy sign in 2 minutes pickup, Very Lucky!!! Then in 10 minutes I was at the parking lot and out of there. Everything and the staff were wonderful. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.

    Waited over 25 min. for shuttle to take us to airport! I guess mgmt. found it more important to service Hyatt than its own customers! Pickup was only a little better. Driver was rude, discourteous, hard to understand and stranded others while another 105 shuttle drove past. He was also dropping off customers at arrivals, which made boarding confusing. New owners or mgmt. have ruined the only viable south-of-airport parking lot. Thank goodness for Uber!

    I had an outstanding experience with 105 Airport Parking on both the outbound and inbound legs of my trip. The shuttle staff was extremely helpful with my luggage. The staff in the Lot itself were very kind to mind my bags while I dashed up to the 5th floor self-parking. I would highly recommend your services to others in future!

    I had tried a different lot on my last trip out of LAX. But I thought I'd tried 105 Parking for this trip. And I am glad I did! The price was excellent and the lot was easy to find. Because it is not on the main road to the airport, traffic was not too bad. Luckily, I found an ideal spot in the covered section of the structure. Although there was a little bit of a wait (only one shuttle operating both leaving and returning), it was not something to deter me from using them again. I will definitely be a return customer!

    We had no response when contacting 105 Parking upon arrival. Texted but response came back "unable to confirm your request at this time." Finally a van drove by - we stopped it. When we arrived, credit card machine was broken, so had to pay cash (lucky I had it). Attendant said phone lines were down.
