Arrival Info:

Upon entering, obtain a ticket and valet guests proceed to the left towards the cashier. Self-park guests can proceed ahead straight and park on levels 4 and above. Take the elevators down to the 1st floor where you can catch the shuttle. The shuttle waiting area/room is to the left of the main entrance of the parking structure.

105 Airport Parking LAX is an excellet parking choice for many South Bay residents. Located off Sepulveda Blvd. and just south of I-105, this covered parking structure offers valet and self parking. The complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from LAX every 15-20 minutes. Valet guests provide their valet ticket number to the shuttle driver so their vehicle is waiting for them upon arrival. Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    Parking lot was convenient, service to and from the airport was great. Only issue was reservation was made on phone using internet and didn't have capabilities to print invoice prior to arrival at parking lot. We got through it but should be easier to do with todays technology. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to anyone flying out of LAX.

    There was a 105 Parking van approaching just as I exited the baggage area, so my wait time for a shuttle was almost zero! I like the fact that you are outside the busy area of the airport. When I pick up my car I can avoid a lot of congestion and easily get on the freeway and head home. I plan to use 105 Parking anytime I have to leave my car and fly somewhere. I live in Santa Barbara and flying out of LAX is a lot cheaper than flying out of Santa Barbara. So I often need a place to park my car when I travel. Thanks for doing a great job!

    Very Poor Customer Service & My Car was not ready when I returned from my trip. I had paid for Valet Service & was Charged for Valet Service, But I did not receive Valet Service. Very Poor Customer Service.

    We often use your service as we normally to, but in the future I will have to rethink about this as for several buses (Dollar, Wally and some others) that came by I only saw one of yours and then the driver never got to the curb as there was too many buses at that time so he passed us. This happened to us 3 times now. Coming home at midnight it difficult to be patience in this situation.

    the girl at the desk advised me to leave the paperwork from my online purchase in the car and I did that but she could have added be sure to copy the "pick up" phone number so I could call when I arrived back at LAX airport. Not doing that caused me quite an effort which was not what I enjoyed.

    I know this is a minor issue and nothing to do with the pick up service, but the restroom was immaculate. All the staff and drivers are courteous and professional. I recommend the valet service, for the extra fee, after a long trip, well worth it!

    I waited for nearly 40 minutes for a pick-up. I called after I'd been waiting for 25 and the phone attendant very condescendingly told me that I must have been in the wrong place and that I needed to wait directly under the red shuttle sign. I told him I was and had been standing directly under the red sign but no shuttle had come. He said he'd send someone and hung up on me. I called back and asked why he was just sending someone when I had already checked in that I was waiting 25 minutes before. Again, rudeness and he hung up on me. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was over-full. When we got back to the lot, the other shuttles were just sitting there. To have this happen after an 8 hr flight that then sat on the tarmac for over an hour before they brought us to a gate, only to wait another 45 minutes for luggage was too much. I don't know that I will use this lot/service again.

    Initially used this lot because it is conveniently located and low prices. Recently prices jumped and they trick you by not honoring the posted price u less you make an online reservation in advance. I finally remembered to do that, and then it turns out they charge you a "service fee" to make the online reservation that almost negates the cheaper price. Feels kind of sleezy to me. Over it...
