Love to come to 105 parking. I accidentally left my phone in my valet parked car. I didn't worry though. I knew my phone would be there... and it was. Thank you.
On July 24th at approximately 10 o'clock pm I called 105 shuttle parking company. They said it would be approximately 15 min. 15 min later the shuttle arrived at terminal 2 as expected. The driver drove to the closest lane to pick up passenger for a bit, and then raced to the middle lane to pass by another shuttle bus that was actively picking up passengers. All the while I was waving both hands for a pick up 100 yards before he got to me. He raced passed me and I started to chase him down still wildly waving both arms like a mad man. Finally he came to a stop and I continued to race to him waving my arms. Again he sped away. It was shuttle 506. I can't believe the driver would drive so fast while trying to pick up passengers. He supposedly knew I was from terminal 2 since I told the dispatcher that, I would expect him to drive slower while actively looking for passenger, and me waving my arms was easy to spot. I called 105 parking to let him know what had happened, they sent another shuttle and he picked us up in another 15 min... So that's a total of 30 minutes now. Driver shuttle of 508 picked us up, and while he did that, he drove at like 15 mph and was actively looking for passengers... That what I expect from shuttle services, however shuttle 506 did not do that at all. Thanks for your time, please see if u can find that driver 506 at 10pm on 7/24/15. He should know better than that.
The attendants were very helpful in every thing we asked .
So basically the attendants need some customer service training so they can learn to be more polite. I got charged extra because they said that I was two hours passed the time that I had paid for. Well my flight was delayed plus the time that it takes them to come and pick me up. I think that I should be charging them. I am very frustrated with my experience and will be looking at other options in the future.
Prices seem to have gone up since last time we used 105 Airport Parking. There are other, more convenient, options for this price, so chances are we won't be using 105 again unless the price comes back down.

We just drop our bags and go park, it was all the way on top which is okay however looked like only a couple spaces left. We were not reqd to provide any papers and thus wonder how you would know we are a paying customer. We are so happy overall and if its easier to become a valet customer, we will do that too. So far we have always found a space. Thank you.
Took a long time to check out even though I had prepaid. Also, shuttle has to get there faster. While I was waiting, 3 Parking Spot shuttles came by and 2 Park n Fly. It should not take so long.
Although we called upon arrival (twice) we still waited over 15 minutes for shuttle to arrive, maybe almost 30 min. It was Wed. evening around 10pm. picked up at 10:30 and after going to all terminals and arriving back at parking lot, it was almost 11:30. Seemed long considering how quickly we got to aiport upon arrival.
Our shuttle driver merits a special compliment. Patient and courteous. He seems like a genuinely nice person.

We have used Parking 105 for over 10 years and with a couple of minor exceptions have had excellent results with them. I would recommend them and your service to friends and associates.
I used the parking service in June 2015 and they have the shuttle painted clearly "105 Parking". Shuttle waiting time is acceptable with LA and airport traffic.
Reserved my valet spot online which proved to be a great way to save a few dollars ~ $11/day vs. $17! Plus my car was waiting for me upon my return ready to just drive away. Very nice service, thank you! I could have done without the 20-min wait to be picked up from my terminal though...

Very courteous attendants. The only negative was the wait time to be picked up from the airport.
