    This is my third time using you.... the first time was great the last two times were horrible ....whoever the girl is at the front, really should not be dealing with customers..... this last time she made me call twice and still the shuttle did not come until 25 minutes later..... the fact that you would even have me cold place is ridiculous because you call to get the shuttle there when you can I called after baggage claim it took me 5 minutes to get to the shuttle service area but after 15 minutes I see that they didn't come so I called again..... the second time I used you she was just very unpleasant and really should not be in front of customers no help till what I was dealing with and no empathy at all.... 2 stars because she was horrible. ..everyone else is great.

    Customer service was good- they were professional and courteous. However, the wait time for the shuttle was greater than 45 minutes. I understand during peak hours it would take a little longer but when I seen other parking shuttles making their rounds every 15-20 minutes then it is unacceptable for 105 to take twice as long. 105 needs to increase drivers during peak time especially when there's 6 shuttles parked at the lot with no drivers.

    105 dies not have enough vans to pick people up in the afternoon or at night. Other parking companies came around at least five times before I saw a 105 bus. I have used 105 for the last 15years but never again. Fifteen minutes is bad enough to wait, but fifty minutes is just absurd.

    I had to park at the roof top as there was no available parking spaces in the lower levels. Upon my return, at night, I found the lighting on the roof top was not lit (it was around 6:30 pm). I don't know if this was because of the recent time change (fall back time), and the lighting setting did not get updated as it should have been. Luckily, I remembered where exactly I parked, otherwise it would have been hard to locate my car. Also, I felt it was very unsafe, due to poor/no lighting. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to point out an area for improvement. Other than than, I am happy with the 105 service.

    Parking lot attendant was nice. Plenty of available spots in the structure. No shuttle wait time going to the airport but there was quite a lengthy wait to get picked up at the airport. Drivers do not get up to help with luggage (well at least they didn't for me and I'm a female). Also, the guy started driving off before I even sat down. Rude! Not sure I'll be going back.

    Unfortunately we lost our valet ticket while on vacation. Upon making the call for the shuttle we were told of we didn't have the yellow valet ticket we would need yo find the car ourselves. We offered a description but the attendant said without the license plate number they wouldn't be able to find our car. By the time we arrived to the structure our car was there... I don't know if the attendant was having a bad day but she certainly freaked us out.

    Called the 105 phone number as given for pickup once at Hotel Courtesy as directed. Person was not very nice nor seemed to understand that my wife and I were waiting for pickup. Took over 20 minutes for pickup, and this was at 1:00 A.M. in the morning. So no traffic, just not attentive I believe. Once at 105 lot had to pay an additional day because our flights were delayed and we did not check-out as was on the reservations for parking. Over by four hours yet had to pay a whole additional day. 105 Parking should be more lenient on such matters. Overall I will never park at 105 again.

    The only space available was on the roof. The elevator doesn't go all the way to the roof, so you have to walk down or up one level to get to the elevator.

    50 minutes from time we called to get in our car. Unacceptable When describing that to staff at pay window, the response was - you have a choice. They are correct, we do have a choice. And the choice will not be 105 parking anymore.

    I have used 105 park and ride before and I have never had a bad experience. This trip was no different. The wait time for the shuttle was less than 5 mins and the staff was very helpfull and friendly. Keep up the good work 105 park and ride! Inland Empire friend
