Pick up was slow - I waited at least 40 minutes for a shuttle to pass & even then she was in a far lane & I had to work hard to get drivers attention. Meanwhile I saw about 10 shuttles from a competitor pass me while I waited for a '105 parking shuttle '
Parking space for ADA Hani cap was not available. Had to park at the end of the lot, which made it very difficult for me to get to the shuttle.

As I have in the past, I texted for shuttle pickup at the airport. I immediately received a response text telling me where to wait for the shuttle. After waiting 10 minutes, I called only to find out that they had not received the text (they later told me that they received it after my call, i.e., over 10 minutes late. Ultimately, I waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle. This is a badly broken system. I was a loyal customer; but am re-evaluating that relationship.
I have used this parking lot several times in the past and will continue to do so.

When I picked up my car it was dirty. Looks like they parked it outside somewhere because there were water marks on the rear of the vehicle. Didn't think there were sprinklers in the parking structure. Other then that , service was good and wait time was quick.
Finding parking garage was a bit challenging but after we found it everything went smoothly, staff was friendly and pick up drop off went without in issues.
Our first, but not last, use of 105 indoor parking. Enjoyed the great benefits of valet parking for a few dollars more, and was in and out of the garage in minutes. Great value! Great experience!
Parking lot was safe and well lighted. Location is just right around the corner from the airport. The drivers were nice and courteous. I hope that they will give great discounts especially for the frequent customers/flyers.
The wait was over 45 minutes. It was disconcerting to see other shuttles come 2 or 3 times each (with same driver) by the time ours arrived. I was the first picked up, and didn't realize another 25 minutes would be spent picking up other passengers from different places. At one of his stops, a gentleman attempted to get on the shuttle only to realize he had the wrong one. The driver repeatedly yelled at him to get off the bus because he needed to go. I'm surprised the man didn't get combative, the driver was pretty abrupt and not considerate at all. I texted for pickup at 10:07pm, and did not arrive at my car until after 11:30pm, a full hour and a half after texting. Meh, you get what you paid for. I paid about 25% less than most other parking garages, and waited longer than I would have wanted. I would probably use them again, and just lower my expectations, lol.
I have been a long time user of this service and always try to use it first when going out of LAX.
Staff are friendly. Pick up time are longer time waiting than usual.
I prefer indoor parking and valet parking makes the experience so convenient. The lot is conveniently close to the freeway
Hard to find parking, ended up in monthly parking, parking lot sizes small, no shuttle, ended up taking lfyt, and upon return waited more than 30 minutes for shuttle, texted twice and no van, ended up taking the crown plaza shuttle. I dont know if this is a Saturday thing coz my travel in and out of LAX were both on a Saturday. I have not had this happen before, usually prompt shuttle service.
A good experience. Had to park on top for 21 days because of coming in Labor Day weekend. Wasn't your fault, but sure wish I had covered parking.
Prompt courteous service. Definitely will use 105 parking the next time we travel.
Fast and easy park and fly, arrive and leave......
This was the fastest pick up EVER. It was so nice to call and have such a quick response at our terminal. We used valet and our car was there waiting for us at the 105 parking.
