We have used Parking 105 for over 10 years and with a couple of minor exceptions have had excellent results with them. I would recommend them and your service to friends and associates.
I used the parking service in June 2015 and they have the shuttle painted clearly "105 Parking". Shuttle waiting time is acceptable with LA and airport traffic.
Reserved my valet spot online which proved to be a great way to save a few dollars ~ $11/day vs. $17! Plus my car was waiting for me upon my return ready to just drive away. Very nice service, thank you! I could have done without the 20-min wait to be picked up from my terminal though...

Will never use 105 parking again. Took a trip from LAX to Reno May 4th-6th. Paid for valet however rude attendants did not offer to carry my luggage to my car upon arrival. Also the biggest issue was I waiting almost an hour to be picked up because it was not clear to me that the name on the van was no longer 105 parking but now "Hyatt Place?" website, receipts, parking stub, even my bank statement show 105 parking. Finally when I was picked up the drive got out and yelled 105 parking so people would know that the bus which had "whited out" old 105 parking info now had a small sticker showing Hyatt Place. How is one to know they are one in the same. Parking attendant who took my money had no real explanation why 105 parking was posted everywhere EXCEPT for your pick up vehicles. will never use 105 again and will advise my executive team at work to go elsewhere. Extremely POOR customer service.
Please put 105 parking back on the bus.
There are no instructions where you can park your cars since there are so many reserved spots for local residence. it's kind of confusing

Please make sure your bus is clearly marked when picking up your customers from the airport. The little cardboard Hyatt Place/105 was not visible and confusing.
