Arrival Info:

Upon entering, obtain a ticket and valet guests proceed to the left towards the cashier. Self-park guests can proceed ahead straight and park on levels 4 and above. Take the elevators down to the 1st floor where you can catch the shuttle. The shuttle waiting area/room is to the left of the main entrance of the parking structure.

105 Airport Parking LAX is an excellet parking choice for many South Bay residents. Located off Sepulveda Blvd. and just south of I-105, this covered parking structure offers valet and self parking. The complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from LAX every 15-20 minutes. Valet guests provide their valet ticket number to the shuttle driver so their vehicle is waiting for them upon arrival.     The service at this lot is good. The problem is that when it's crowded you have to park on the roof and the elevator doesn't go up that high. So you have to walk down one level to get to the elevator, and with luggage you can't use the stairs. At night the roof isn't well lit.

    Parking attendants taking us to our flight were great. We were running late, used the valet service and they left immediately for the airport. Pick up was a little longer than we would have liked (because we could get anyone to answer the phone) but driver was courteous and very helpful, even stopping to help someone not using 105 parking. We were very impressed.

    A friend told me about 105 Airport Parking. Previously I had used several other parking lots. My experience with 105 Airport Parking was the best of any of the previous lots I have used. Easy access; close proximity to the terminals; valet service was great; car was ready and waiting for me when I returned; text messaging with the lot was very helpful; on-line prior purchase eliminated any guess work. I would recommend 105 and will use it again.

    When I pressed the button to enter the garage, the barrier came up but there was no ticket. It was a good thing I asked the attendant if I was supposed to get a ticket, because she went off to get one for me. I can't imagine what I would have been charged if I tried leaving without that ticket, so I was glad I took the time to ask. There should be signage concerning this situation if it has arisen before.

    Both drivers were really pleasant!! The only drawback was that it was a CRAZY Thanksgiving weekend and they had mandatory valet because they were so overbooked on spaces. Had I known in advance, I would have left personal items at home that I keep in the car for work. Everything was there when I returned, but I would have been more comfortable knowing in advance.

    I've been Parking here for Years. Coupons need to be easier to obtain. With staying at 105 Parking as long as I have, they should have additional Coupons available at Check-Out.

    The self park areas are on the 4th and 5th levels. I made a reservation ahead of time as I was sure it would be full for the Thanksgiving weekend. I was able to find a parking space although the lot was quite full. The parking space was adequately spacious.

    Only the return shuttle was quite a wait ,had problem with online booking, it went through twice but prompt response to complaint & confident it will be fixed. Will definitely use again.

    We waited more than a hour to get picked up from the Airport. Many people like me said enough is enough and we will find a new parking spot. I have been with you many years and I feel this way the last few times but this was the worse. I called to voice my concerns and felt like I was being compromised.

    When leaving the lot, turn left, then right to get to the 405 entrance. My GPS got confused. Also, I hate leaving my key with people, but when I got there with my reservation, only valet parking was available (at no extra charge). I was delighted they returned my car with no issues, and they did not lose my key.

    After a very long trip, with 3 tired kids, cold, just wanted to get home. They blocked my car with a valet, it took over 20 minutes for someone to come and move vehicle blocking my spot.

    This is my third time using you.... the first time was great the last two times were horrible ....whoever the girl is at the front, really should not be dealing with customers..... this last time she made me call twice and still the shuttle did not come until 25 minutes later..... the fact that you would even have me cold place is ridiculous because you call to get the shuttle there when you can I called after baggage claim it took me 5 minutes to get to the shuttle service area but after 15 minutes I see that they didn't come so I called again..... the second time I used you she was just very unpleasant and really should not be in front of customers no help till what I was dealing with and no empathy at all.... 2 stars because she was horrible. ..everyone else is great.

    Customer service was good- they were professional and courteous. However, the wait time for the shuttle was greater than 45 minutes. I understand during peak hours it would take a little longer but when I seen other parking shuttles making their rounds every 15-20 minutes then it is unacceptable for 105 to take twice as long. 105 needs to increase drivers during peak time especially when there's 6 shuttles parked at the lot with no drivers.

    105 dies not have enough vans to pick people up in the afternoon or at night. Other parking companies came around at least five times before I saw a 105 bus. I have used 105 for the last 15years but never again. Fifteen minutes is bad enough to wait, but fifty minutes is just absurd.
