    Takes way too long to get a ride back to your car from the airport. Had to call 2x. Confusing when you use different vans, not always say 105 parking. Only one cashier so line was long when you do finally get back to the garage. Kind of weird to pay 1/2 on line and then have to pay again to pick up car. I will be looking for other alternatives in the future. Best thing is your location south of LAX.

    I called many times for shuttle pick up & there was no answer. I had to wait over 30 minutes. When I got to the parking lot found out there was a power outage. I get the fact this was not your fault, but why did no one answer the phone? I will most likely look for another facility next time I go to LAX.

    Parked on the fourth floor and there was neighboring construction that dirty my car. Other than that everything was great. The drivers going to and from the airport are top notched and professional. Felt safe in travelling in their care

    Airport Parking 105 is the absolute worst courtesy shuttle service in my estimation!! Why? 1.) The promoted Texting service does not work and has not worked for some time now. 2.) Even after parking Valet and calling when arriving at the terminal 7 at United 4 times, it took the shuttle over 40 minutes to pick me up. 3.) The car was NOT ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the lot and had to stand inside the shuttle since they tried to pick up EVERYONE throughout the airport at LAX before coming to the United Terminal 7, (where you can take a short cut to get to without issue). 4.) Very lackadaisical approach by the employees as if they could care less that you had been waiting for over 40-45 minutes for the shuttle while all the competitor shuttles had been through at least twice!! Almost seems like there is only one shuttle that runs no matter the time of day at LAX, that is crazy!!!

    It would be helpful to have the phone number printed on the yellow card. When one arrives back from a trip, one has quite enough on one's hands and juggling between white slips (which have the phone number) and Yellow ones which do not, is annoying. On my past 2 occasions, leaving early in the morning (5 - 6 AM) there seem to have been long delays for transport to LAX. Several waiting clients were annoyed. Perhaps this could be improved.

    The highly touted texting service was NOT working so our wait was over 40 minutes and their driver continued to stop for everyone else it took over an hour just to get back to the lot!!

    Love to come to 105 parking. I accidentally left my phone in my valet parked car. I didn't worry though. I knew my phone would be there... and it was. Thank you.

    On July 24th at approximately 10 o'clock pm I called 105 shuttle parking company. They said it would be approximately 15 min. 15 min later the shuttle arrived at terminal 2 as expected. The driver drove to the closest lane to pick up passenger for a bit, and then raced to the middle lane to pass by another shuttle bus that was actively picking up passengers. All the while I was waving both hands for a pick up 100 yards before he got to me. He raced passed me and I started to chase him down still wildly waving both arms like a mad man. Finally he came to a stop and I continued to race to him waving my arms. Again he sped away. It was shuttle 506. I can't believe the driver would drive so fast while trying to pick up passengers. He supposedly knew I was from terminal 2 since I told the dispatcher that, I would expect him to drive slower while actively looking for passenger, and me waving my arms was easy to spot. I called 105 parking to let him know what had happened, they sent another shuttle and he picked us up in another 15 min... So that's a total of 30 minutes now. Driver shuttle of 508 picked us up, and while he did that, he drove at like 15 mph and was actively looking for passengers... That what I expect from shuttle services, however shuttle 506 did not do that at all. Thanks for your time, please see if u can find that driver 506 at 10pm on 7/24/15. He should know better than that.

    So basically the attendants need some customer service training so they can learn to be more polite. I got charged extra because they said that I was two hours passed the time that I had paid for. Well my flight was delayed plus the time that it takes them to come and pick me up. I think that I should be charging them. I am very frustrated with my experience and will be looking at other options in the future.

    Prices seem to have gone up since last time we used 105 Airport Parking. There are other, more convenient, options for this price, so chances are we won't be using 105 again unless the price comes back down.

    We just drop our bags and go park, it was all the way on top which is okay however looked like only a couple spaces left. We were not reqd to provide any papers and thus wonder how you would know we are a paying customer. We are so happy overall and if its easier to become a valet customer, we will do that too. So far we have always found a space. Thank you.

    Took a long time to check out even though I had prepaid. Also, shuttle has to get there faster. While I was waiting, 3 Parking Spot shuttles came by and 2 Park n Fly. It should not take so long.

    Although we called upon arrival (twice) we still waited over 15 minutes for shuttle to arrive, maybe almost 30 min. It was Wed. evening around 10pm. picked up at 10:30 and after going to all terminals and arriving back at parking lot, it was almost 11:30. Seemed long considering how quickly we got to aiport upon arrival.
