I have usually used AirPark, but this time used ParkPlus as the cost was lower. I thought the shuttle was very good and convenient. ParkPlus's location was a bit difficult to find - the directions were correct and there were signs leading there, it is just a very circuitous route to get to and from their location.

Everything was great until I got home and found that the attendent had placed the wrong bags in my car. I spent Mother's Day driving half way across the state to exchange bags with someone else. Your have a great service but this should never happen.

The area of the parking lot is somewhat shady, BUT the courteous, friendly staff make up for this. We felt our car was secure and we were right. The Mercedes van immediatly took us to the airport. Upon our return we waited about 10 minutes for pickup. Our car was ready with the truck open. Only one negative...we were dropped off on the lower level of the airport, which requires a dragging your luggage into the terminal and up the escalators. Why not drop off in front of your airline? We watched other vans dropping off upstairs. I would park here again because of the courteous staff!

Staff was very courteous, from as much as I can till from a short visit, place looks well kept and secured. I used the drop-up service which was good as I was with two small kids in a late-night flight. Upon return, I had complained of some minor damage to the car and was compensated adequately.

I've parked at newark before and looked for as many reviews as possible before finally deciding on Park Plus. When doing a search almost every place has horrible reviews (google). Use google, NOT this site for reviews, b/c almost every parking place on this site has a 5 star review. Im still going to post a review on this site just in case. Despite what I thought were rigged reviews for Park Plus (5 stars on google), I decided to give it a shot. On the way there, there was construction and the one street we were supposed to turn down was closed! We freaked out b/c there was no way to turn off or around, we didnt know the area and we were running a little late as is. If you are ever lost in this area, good luck b/c it's practically the center hub for many major highways, so if you do make a wrong turn, you could very well miss your flight. We had no choice but to call and figure out where we were. The customer service rep who answered could not have been more pleasant on the phone. He instructed us on exactly what to do and actually stayed on the phone the entire time until we made the u turn off of the chaotic highway and back on to the correct roads, etc. When we arrived, the guys greeted us, explained everything very clearly and professionally, took our bags into the nice Mercedes van and off we went. The entire time, I was thinking to myself, this has to be staged, it's just too good to be true. Well, when we came back, they picked us up very quickly, took our bags from the curb, put them in the nice MB van off we went. When we arrived to the lot, our car was right up front with the trunk open. The driver took the bags out of the van and put them right into our car as I went inside to pay the bill (again, very courteous and nice customer service inside as well). No damages, nothing stolen, no increase in mileage, etc. Very convenient, quick and great customer service. It's no wonder they have MB vans! They probably have so much good business due to the positive experiences of many. For a first time experience with these guys, I honestly do not know how it could have been any better....with exception of a full wash, wax and detail...that would have been icing on the cake. Great experience, the reviews are all legit and Im very happy I found this place. Will definitely use them again.

We travel often and will never park anywhere else. The service was unbelievably quick from checking in, to the shuttle to the airport and pick up. EVERYONE provided the absolute most courteous and friendly service! Why would anyone park in the airport lot, wait for the bus in the little glass things, get on the crowded bus that takes you longer to get to the terminals? And pay more? The Park Plus folks need to teach everyone in NJ what customer service is. This place is the Tiffany's of parking.

Amazing! Beautiful van, clean and new. Nice uniformed, friendly driver. So much better than the smelly dingy Avistar bus that smells like, well, I don't know, with scary-looking guys in the Haynes Ave trailer at night. This is my new go-to place. I liked it so much I called them the next day to say so. Road to the lot was a little worrying the first time; didn't seem like it would be back there. But glad I found it.
