    Your staff were very courteous and professional. However I have to make note of the fact that upon our arrival in Newark we called your company to alert them we had arrived and would be at the pick up location. When the driver stopped to pick us up a number of individuals self loaded into the vehicle leaving no room for my family as well as another family. It became apparent that the individuals that self loaded ( with no baggage or luggage ) were actually airport employees. As someone who has worked in the industry for many years it should have been paying customers first and if there were any room available these other individuals could have been allowed to get on and the remainder should have waited for another shuttle. I choose your company from the many listed on the PANYNJ website based on your price and on line recommendations, but I may rethink of taking your company in the future and deal with the PANYNJ parking and it high prices. Your first impression was a good one; your last impression with me and my family was not such a good one.

    Everyone was pleasant and professional. The men handled the bags carefully too. My pick-up yesterday was immediate! I am exceptionally pleased with everything about Parking Plus. This is the 2nd international trip this summer for me and both times they were great.

    Dispatch at Park Plus Newark sent the driver to the wrong terminal. I waited 25 minutes and called them and they had the nerve to give me an attitude about it.

    We had an exceptional experience with Park Plus. This was our first time using an off-site parking lot and we would definitely use them again. Even though we arrived at the parking lot around 5:00 am, we were met with friendly, efficient service. We left for the airport within 3 minutes of arriving and were promptly dropped off at the departures terminal. Upon arriving a week later, we called the shuttle as soon as we got our bags and the shuttle was waiting for us by the time we got to the meeting spot...I couldn't believe how quick it was. Not to mention, when we arrived back at the parking lot, our car was already pulled out, trunk open and our bags were quickly placed in the trunk. It could not have been simpler. The driver even recognized us from when we left a week earlier. Really great service!

    Upon arrival to shuttle for outbound trip, service was prompt and we were in the shuttle with luggage within minutes and on our way to the terminal. Driver drove safely and was professional. Upon our return from our travels, the wait for the shuttle back to the parking lot was approximately 15 minutes. Again the driver was professional and drove safely. Would definitely use again and would recommend service to friends and family.

    Service was very pleasant and easy. We didn't make a reservation prior to parking the car, but they just gave us a ticket and valeted. On our way back, we called for a shuttle when we landed and the bus was there within minutes to fetch us. Would definitely use this again. One con was that the lot was really difficult to find for the first time, but won't have that problem again.

    Overall a very good experience. Staff was friendly and efficient and car was waiting upon my return. Only slight negative was the wait was about 15 minutes for the van to come to Terminal C. When the van came is was completely full, so we had to wait for the next van. The driver said it would be there in about 4 minutes - I think it was less than 2 minutes, so that was good. I will use them again as it is a very good price and good service.

    Our parking with Parking Plus was an excellent experience. From check-in to picking up our car, the hospitality, the service, the facilities, the professionalism of the staff were all outstanding. Each staff member we encountered was professional, personable and very helpful. We are frequent travelers and the shuttle van service at Parking Plus was the best shuttle service have experienced. To top off our Parking Plus experience, the parking rate was very reasonable. We will strongly recommend Parking Plus to our family and friends. We would also recommend Parking Plus to all travelers flying out of Newark.

    Location was hard to find. Signage for detour was only obvious if coming from a certain direction. Wait for shuttle on return was roughly 20+ mins and car was not ready upon arrival at lot. Manager questioned rate I was being charged though it was clearly advertised on website.

    The shuttles were a great size and clean! Drop off and pickup was within 10 minutes each way. Drivers were great and my car was ready for me and waiting as the shuttle pulled up when we got back. Great service!

    We found out, after returning home and calling the office, that our car's battery had been jumped (the clock and radio had been reset) while it was in the lot. We should have been told of this when we picked up the car.

    The shuttle picking up took 40 minutes from the time I contacted them. When I called to follow up after 25 minutes of no shuttle, the attendant said that he would be there shortly. I called back after 35 minutes of no shuttle the attendant hung up on me. I will NEVER use your service again!
