Bill Brings SEA-TAC into the 21st Century

A bill that cleared the Senate this month means an air traffic control system upgrade for SEA-TAC – and that means shorter flights, which is good news all around.

U.S. Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., says the bill will mean 12,000 local jobs, planes using less fuel, shorter wait times at the airport, and more.

Sound too good to be true? Time will tell.
